The process of ordering replacements was fine and smooth. The only issue is the durability of the product. This is the 3rd wristband in less than 6 months. For the price and quality, there should be 2 in the package.

This is the second TickTalk watch I have purchased. The first (TickTalk4) one was bought in 2023. The battery is no longer holding a charge recently, so I decided to buy TickTalk5. It's a little bit lighter than TickTalk4, but my son likes TickTalk 4 more due to the dual cameras. Besides the camera, other functionalities are the same between TickTalk 4 and 5.

The signal is very poor.

The phone signal is poor. The signal is often very weak and it's impossible to make a call. When both parties are communicating, they can't hear each other's voices.
