The process of ordering replacements was fine and smooth. The only issue is the durability of the product. This is the 3rd wristband in less than 6 months. For the price and quality, there should be 2 in the package.

This is the second TickTalk watch I have purchased. The first (TickTalk4) one was bought in 2023. The battery is no longer holding a charge recently, so I decided to buy TickTalk5. It's a little bit lighter than TickTalk4, but my son likes TickTalk 4 more due to the dual cameras. Besides the camera, other functionalities are the same between TickTalk 4 and 5.

I bought this watch because I wanted to communicate with my 10 year old but do not want her to have access to social media. It's very convenient when we need to message each other.

I thought that they were going to give me a self returning package and fix the strap. Instead they just gave me the parts and I had to put it together myself.
I shouldn't be forced to leave a review. I only bought a replacement watch band- that frankly broke way too quickly.

The phone signal is poor. The signal is often very weak and it's impossible to make a call. When both parties are communicating, they can't hear each other's voices.
I ordered the replacement of my son's watch strap, and I arrive perfect, they were always waiting to help me with the process for replacing it, excellent customer service.
Quick and easy. Had the watch in a few days, it is exactly as described. Very happy with purchase.
