Provide parents a good device to protect the kids, especially the easy way to insert a existing sim card and you can use it right away. Do not need to apply any new line. That one definitely a bid plus to some costomers.
Arrived in a timely manner. I wish it had come with a small screw however as it was hard to find one that small.
I was happy to see that it works as expected. Sometimes the watch goes offline, but not for long. It could be the celular network or something else, but overall I am happy with my purchase.

I bought these with they hope I can use them with SIM cards in Europe during our vacations for tracking and communicating with kids - 11 and 13. Had to make sure I ordered the option WITHOUT the SIM card. Upon arriving in Europe I went to Orange and bought a 28-day SIM card for 35 Euros. Make sure you have passport woth you when buying SIM card. Set up took a while - it didn't want to connect to the SIM and required restarting and going through the process a few times. You also need to download the app to parent's phones and go through verification by email which was a little buggy. But after a little while it was all set up. Sometimes I can't call my kids but I think that's a local connectivity issue with the carrier. But otherwise can usually call them, can track them and refresh, and they can easily call me and text with me. Note - you have to set up people as contacts through the app like typical kid's smartwatches applications. These are great as I don't have to constantly obsess about keeping my kids in eyesight at all times in case they miss us for a second while walking around cities. And was also great to be able to leave them in the hotel or AirBNB and they could call me/we could check in and coordinate with them.

I was told I'd receive a pre-paid envelope to send the broke. Strap to be fixed, but received the strap instead. I had to look for the right tools to get it fixed. Once fixed it works fine.
Why am I responsible for printing a label and handling shipping when the watch arrived with factory damage? I don't believe I should have to place a $100 hold on my card for an issue that wasn't my fault. In cases like this, where the product is defective upon arrival, a pre-paid return package should be provided to make the exchange process easier.

Tik Talk is incredible, my daughter's watchband broke and I bought a new one and sent the watch in for replacement. Communication and shipping was a breeze, not only they repaired and replaced the band but also cleaned out the watch and did a little TLC. Great customer service!

My kid's TickTalk was 2 years old. Snapped at the watch face. Got 35% discount on latest version, which was nice.

My son and I were really excited to get this watch for him to have some more freedom and stay in touch. Unfortunately, the touch screen was so glitchy I couldn't even finish the set up process (after I already paid for the network plan of course). I tried rebooting and followed the troubleshooting protocols on their website to no avail. Really disappointed if this is the true quality of this watch. Also very annoyed there is no customer support personnel- just waiting for an email to try and replace what I hope is just a defective watch. If the next one does not work, we will be returning and choosing a different brand.
