I have mixed feelings about the watch.
Pros, location seems to be pretty accurate, easy to learn, 7 year old picked up on it quickly. I love the ease in use and being able to stay in touch
Cons, battery life is disappointing, sometime connection gets lost, not waterproof.
The band of the watch was fragile and broke. I'm sure you'll have others like it. There should be some sort of instructions on how to replace the bands if necessary.
Love that it really have all the tools for a real parent control.
All is good so far. Easy to use. But don't like to be forced to review
We had a tick tick 4 watch for nearly 2 years, and it worked great. And then it just up and stopped working one day! Just in case it was the charger I went online to buy one, but they were out of stock. Were I emailed customer service about my issue, and they said they would send me a charger! Unfortunately, it wasn't a charger issue, my phone had just randomly died (which was a bummer, and shouldn't have happened with such a young watch in my opinion). But, it was worth it to me to buy a new one, so I emailed customer service and asked if they had the coupon code for return customers, and they placed an order for TickTalk5 with me directly through email and gave me a discount, and overall I was very happy with the service (the only drawback was that it could take a few days for email correspondence).
Ordering and set up were easy. Watch is user friendly, and my 9 year old likes it.
Haven't set it up yet but my kids is super excited and this watch came highly recommended by friends.
After buy a watch band replacement a representative reached with great customer service. The band arrived a few days later.
