Great for my 10 yr old

I got this for my 10 year old son who has been wanting a phone but I wasn't ready for that yet! This is the best compromise. It gives him the freedom to text, video chat, and message without all the worries of having a phone with too many features.

Great no internet option!

We got a Tick Talk watch as a "house" phone so if our kids go to our neighborhood playground or a neighbors, they can wear the phone as a watch. I love that there's no internet and it's just call and limited text (for those who have the Tick talk app).

I ordered a replacement band for my son's watch. I received the order within 2 days. The wrist band came with extra screws. I watched the video that was emailed to me on how to replace the band. I followed the instructions and it worked out great!

I purchased a new wrist band for one of my son's watches and they sent me 2! Given the amount of money this was costing me to ship to Canada it was appreciated. Hopefully when Grey/White becomes stocked again they will send me 2 of those!

You need clearer communication

I purchased a new strap for my son's watch. Once I placed my order, I received an email saying that I would receive another email with a pre-paid shipping label to send the watch to you to replace the band. That email never came. I just got another email saying that the replacement band had been shipped, and it gave me a delivery date. It was fine. I was able to change the band with very little problems. You just need to clarify your communication when you sell a replacement band. If you're not going to really send me the shipping label to send it to you to replace it, don't say that you're going to. Just send me the band like you did. Just clarify your communication for next time. Otherwise, I had no issues.
