Quick shipping, easy replacement, they do offer for you to send the whole watch to them to replace the band for free but we did it ourselves. Tools were a little tricky to gather but not too bad. I love that they offered to fix it for free but I do think it would be a great idea if they sold the "tool kit" as well separately for those of us who prefer not to ship.
It was a huge problem receiving the watch. I had to go to USPS because they didn't leave it at the door or in the mailbox either. I was terribly stressed

The watch is user friendly and the customer service is fairly good. However, the connection is spotty. The GPS seldom works and if it does is often incorrect. The watch is constantly "offline" and unable to take calls, especially when the battery is lower than 50%. Not a home run for us.
Hi Sav. I am very sorry that you are not happy with your TickTalk 5. If you reach out to [email protected] they can help change your server so that you will get better GPS location. This watch is easy for my 6 year old to use. He figured it out very quickly. The parent app is good and thorough. I shopped a lot of watches and this one had all the features I wanted, and it was the ONLY one that had all the features. I wish I could link it to the Verizon network, which the rest of the family uses, but service has been fine since we got it set up 5 days ago. We are very happy with this purchase.

I wish the accuracy of the WiFi/gps was accurate 100% bc the first rime we used the watch, it was accurate until it wasn't saying my child was over 6 hours away when she had only been out of my site for 1. I adjusted the location setting and it helped. But the other features like a phone are great. I'm much more relieved having this for her.
