GPS

We are still trying to work out kinks with the GPS tracking of the watches as the watch has "pinged" in locations not anywhere close to where we actually were. This gives me some doubts on the accuracy of the device and loss in sense of security regarding my children.

Hi Chelsey,

Have you tried using the SmartPin Ai feature? It helps teach the GPS algorithm the normal routes your child make. If it continues to ping inaccurately you can always reach out to [email protected] and someone can help reset the GPS. Not user-friendly

We found the device extremely difficult to set up, the SIM card did not seem to be reading on the watch the type face and the user interface are incredibly cumbersome and counterintuitive. I could go on

Great smartwatch for my kid!

So far I'm loving the features on the watch! I'm able to keep in touch with my son while he works on focusing on his new responsibilities and finds his independence while I'm running errands. I was considering a flip phone, but wanted some of the features of a smart phone. This is the best of both worlds while allowing me to approve his contacts so I know who he's calling & messaging.

My child can call, video chat, and send me messages, which gives both of us peace of mind. The GPS tracking is accurate, and I get instant notifications if my child leaves a designated area. Great Customer Service

Both of my kids' watches have had the issue of not turning on, with no display visible. I contacted customer service, and they provided me with a shipping label since it was still under warranty. They repaired the watch for a fee because it had been exposed to water. When they returned it, they included a screen protector and a back screen protector as well.
