No tool comes with a band

The band came with no tools to help put it on so we had to order a special screw driver from Amazon to help with assembly.

We don’t manufacture or ship the screwdrivers used for band replacements, which is why one isn’t included with the watch. I understand you’ve already purchased one separately, but I also want you to know we do offer free band replacements if you prefer to send your watch to us. Our team will handle the swap at no cost to you.

It's too chunky, GPS is never accurate, my son can't text his friends unless they download the app. I'll go back to Gabb watch.

We do have Smartpin that helps teach the algorithm your child's normal routes. We can also can rest the server to see if that helps with tracking issues.

Ordering and setting up the Tick Talk 5 was a simple process. Of course, we had to get the 5 because our 4 stopped working. It would no longer hold a charge after three years. Hopefully this one will last a little longer.

Wristband replacement

Pros: ordering was easy and arrived fairly quick. Cons: expensive, no tools, no instructions that say screw size included. I also feel the wristband needing replaced after seven months of use does not show great durability - hopefully this one lasts longer.

I ordered through the website instead of Amazon thinking it was cheaper because there was a sale going on. I don't realize you revived a charger with the watch and ordered the monster charging station. That was my bad. My only complaint is that ir took longer then expected for delivery and I could have got it faster and cheaper on Amazon. I figured going through the website directly was better but I was wrong.

Hi,
The watch I received was faulty. It did not charge and showed overheating warning even it was not being used. I requested replacement. While processing the replacement TickTalk is charging 6$ also, for their own fault.
