We love the TickTalk watch. It has given our daughter extra freedom and independence while still allowing us to feel secure through communication and tracking — a huge benefit for our family. That said, the after-sale service has been a real struggle. Having to communicate only through email, with each response taking days, makes support very inefficient and frustrating

Awesome watch for peace of mind

My son loves this he has a chance to enjoy school and life knowing dad and mom are 1 push of a button away. Wish it has a listen threw feature so I could use to listen to what's happening around him in time of need but new tech takes time. Great watch awesome features for teaching children responsibility and safety ticktalk please add a feature that can do audio recording when a child thinks the conversation needs to be heard by parents

The ordering process was easy and the watch was delivery quickly. Just what my nine year old daughter wanted. My only complaint is that the watch band is tighter than she would like. We hope that over time it stretches.

3 Hr Setup

I ordered the unlocked version because my phone service is through a local carrier. It took about 3 hours to set up the watch, between multiple calls to TickTalk tech support and conversations with my carrier tech support. The first woman I talked to at TickTalk was not very helpful, but when I called back the second person was able to resolve my issue very quickly. After the frustrating setup process the watch seems to be working very well. The GPS is not 100% accurate but it's reliable enough. My son immediately loves the voice to text. It's very accurate. One important note: the TickTalk 5 runs on 3G. My local carrier told me 3G will no longer supported in my area within the next one to two years, so this watch will soon be obsolete. My son is very prone to breaking or losing things, so this is not a concern for me at the moment.

Quick Shipping for a Refundable Fee

Very happy with service

I love that I can keep in contact and know where my child is at all times. It's very easy to use. My only concern is that with constant wear, the band made of plastic has ripped and I had to replace it.
