Support hours are challenging

I activated my SIM card on a Friday afternoon. I ran into technical challenges with pairing. Tech support is only available M-F and functions on PST. Inconvenient to wait until Monday afternoon for those of us on the east coast.

This is the second watch that we've purchased from TickTalk. I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service we received while trying to figure out what went wrong with the first one. Absolutely amazing! Vivian G. Was so helpful and kind while we were troubleshooting. Replacement watch not working well

First watch stopped working after an update, one month out of warranty. Bought replacement watch which connected to account easily (once I called customer service to find out where in the app to do it), but then went offline after one day.

Good watch, but straps break easily, replacing strap is not cheap, they have two kinds of screws to replace strap, star and hex 1.5, they only provide star screw driver with watch, but not the hex, I dont understand the purpose providing just one of the kind when u cant replace strap without removing all screws. More over it doent come off even with the hex 1.5 screw driver that I bought myself. I like the restrictive call in feature and tracking for my 7 year old, but that's the use if the straps break so easy. This is his second ticktalf watch, first one ticktalk4, no option to replace strap, so I discarded it and bought ticktalk5, this also broke and looks like I cant change even this strap. Will try if some professional watch repair can replace it. Thicktalk need to seriously think about strap breaking issues.

Amazing smart watch!

Vague Information

I purchased this at the recommendation of someone. However, when I tried to obtain more information on how the GPS worked, which carrier to use, and how to add a line etc., I was met with vague information from a rep, or little information in the FAQ section. I wound up calling the person who recommended this in order to get the answers to my questions. It was frustrating to say the least.
