I ordered a key chain on November 27th and after several emails, they say the product is in customs sample audit in California and to give them one more week! According to the track number, the package has been in California for 10 days! Customers need to be aware that this company is in Hong Kong, China and it will take forever to get the product!. It is not cheap and it is a scam.

I recently ordered a custom wallet from the site. I wish I didn't. Now, after reading the reviews, I REALLY wish I didn't. I cannot reach anybody, and haven't received my product. SCAM. What worries me is they have all of my information.

I was so worried after I ordered my husband's wallet because I failed to look at the reviews beforehand. Now I'm glad I didnt because I wouldnt have ordered. I made my order on Dec. 3rd and just received my wallet today on the 17th! Just in time for Christmas. I just got a sketch on mine instead of a real life photo sketch. Super happy with my purchase.

Do Not Order From Them!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered three wallets and the pictures on the wallets were absolutely horrible. I contacted customer service and they said to send them pictures of the wallets, which I did. They said they looked great and they didn't see a problem with them. On one of the wallets there were dark marks all over the face of my son and the pictures looked nothing like the originals. Absolutely worst thing I have ever bought and customer service is absolutely ridiculous!

There is no contact. Other than a repetitive "hello this is Judy. Be patient."
Over and over. I have not received mine. It's past due and my only gift for my 20 year old granddaughter to put $ in and gift card. It was suppose to be special of her and her boyfriend. Out of country I find out now. Pay pal is how I PAID. Hoping to get refunded. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY. No product. Should be investigated.

Still waiting!

So far they get a 1 star! On November 29th I ordered wallets for my son and daughter in law with a picture of their brand new baby. I can't believe I'm still waiting I fly out on December 25th. I hope it's here by then. Wish I'd read the reviews before.

Ordered a wallet for my husband with a picture of our granddaughter. Photo work on the wallet looked nothing like our granddaughter. They should have called or emailed that the photo sent could not be replicated properly onto the wallet. I emailed immediately after receiving the wallet and sent photo as asked. I was hoping to either try another photo or refund my money. Was emailed back that the "artist" draws the photos before they are imprinted. (All example photo wallets looked great). The fact that they were placing blame, and not good at PR and cheating people out of their money for a wallet that will not be used. I will not be using this company again. I hope people will read ALL reviews before using this Company. That was a strike on me. I've warned family and friends and have asked that they do the same.

I ordered a wallet for my husband, it arrived within a two-week time frame, however, when I got the wallet the photo was off center and the photo looked horrible. Like the printer overdid it. I contacted My Photo Wallet and asked for a refund and all I received was automated responses stating how they don't do refunds. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DONT ORDER FROM HERE!

I ordered this for my husband's birthday almost a month before the day and paid for express shipping. The parcel was delayed and I had to email them for details on shipping. That's when I learnt they did not use express shipping even though I paid for it. When the wallet finally came it had the wrong image on it. Remind you they had still not refunded my extra $19 I paid for extra shipping. Save yourself the headache and find another company to deal with. Worse company I have dealt with plus the don't have a phone number so all you can do is send an email and wait

These people have no phone number. They take 2 days to get back to you. They don't ship for 2 weeks and then you wait another week. They just don't seem to care they just take your money and make you wait.

Bad Business

I ordered this for Fathers Day, I ordered and month and a half in advance to be sure I received it on time. After three weeks and still no shipping notice, I emailed them. The apologized and said they had to send it back to reproduction because it was not satisfactory. Well wouldn't you let your customer know this when it happens? Nope! Not until I emailed them. That same day I got a shipping notice, but it still has not left the facility after two weeks. Says USPS is waiting receipt of package.? Emailed them again and told them I want my money back or the wallet by Saturday considering Fathers Day is Sunday. Don't waste your money, or order a year in advanced. According to other reviews, if and when you get it, it will look like crap.

I'm usually a pretty sketchy person but But I gave this a shot and I'm so glad I did. It got to me two weeks after payment of that included getting it ready to ship in and out and it getting to me from China and I live in North Carolina United States the wall it was exactly as pictured the quality of the wall it was really great and the picture that I sent them turned out perfect I don't know why everybody else is saying they have problems because I had a great experience I'm usually one with the bad luck but for myphotowallet.com I can't say I did. Definitely recommend

I ordered a key chain for my dad for Christmas. It took over 2 months, Arrived in mid January. Quality was horrific, and they refused to either refund me or reprint another - as their website clearly states. STAY AWAY. I wish I'd have read these reviews before dealing with this disreputable company. Emailed several times and finally asked for a phone # to speak with a supervisor and was told 'sorry no phone service available'... The same thing that happened to Alicia F happened to me!

First the ordered came almost a whole month later, then when I received the package I could not at the picture on the dog tag unless I held it sideways and the one I selected I should've been able to see it just from looking at it. I also ordered the key chain and it looks like a cartoon character. I expressed my concerns and information on how to return it and they only want to give me 20% back because of how long it took. Not good customer service at all. It takes them 3 or more days to respond to your concerns. If they would've have at least tried to correct it I would've been happy with that however they have no accountability skills.

THE WORST!

I waited over 35 days for an engraved pendant with no updates until i initiated emails. No phone number to contact customer service.
Was offered a discount upon arrival & never issued. The engraving is horrible & now i cant give this as the gift it was intended for. Waste of money, time,& emails.
Very disappointed, i wanted to give this business a -5 stars

First, there is no address or phone on file. Their website states to be sure of image and size as that is what will be printed on your wallet. Definitely not so. Also when you upload the image, what you see in your cart is not what you get. No background. Just faces

Terrible

Ordered the first of December finally received the photo necklaces I ordered on January 4th. Told the two people their gifts would be late. Opened them up you could not even see the photo with the naked eye. Had to use a magnifying glass to see. Emailed company telling them I expect all my money back waiting for them to respond. Stay away terrible service and products!
