Bunch of lies

I ordered a personalized rechargeable lighter for my husband for Father's Day and I still have not yet to receive it they keep saying it's because of covid-19 which I feel it's bull$#*! because I'm getting everything else on time and I knew with personalized gifts it might take some time but how much more time they need. It shipped out on May 11 and it's June 8th still nothing. It's still in the same spot it's been since the 16th of May. I emailed and emailed and they keep telling me the same thing and it will take 7-10 business days but there web site says something different I think there lying to me. I told them either I find my package or give me my money back and no response. I'm so pissed off. I also track my purchase from 2 different apps and it's telling me to different things.

Don't order!

I ordered a key chain for my husband with my son date of birth and a photo. IT TOOK MORE THEN 60 DAYS TO GET MY ORDER! And guess what? MY ORDER WAS INCORRECT! I emailed about 5x and no one understands what I mean when I say the month engraved on my chain is incorrect. I have to keep explaining I order dec and engraved it says sept! This company is horrible. The item looks cheap and well see if I EVER get what I paid for. I may have to wait ANOTHER 60 days! Dont do it.

Horrible Company

I ordered my item over a month ago and still have not received it. I emailed customer service seeing there is no phone number and they asked me to wait another week. I did and still no item. Now they wont even respond to my emails.

Horrible all around.

Not only is the product horrible and cheaply made, but the customer service is horrible as well! They basically told me, after I received the wallet for my husband for valentines day, that even though the picture makes our kids look like gremlins they won't be doing anything about it. I took pictures especially for the wallet, exactly how the examples tells you to take them. They look terrifying. I was so angry, and after contacting them I was even more upset. It takes them forever to respond and they respond with sarcasm and disrespect.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Spend a little more and get a much better product from shutterfly or etsy or something. Do not buy here!

Item I paid VIP for the 9th of December, arrived the 2nd week of January. I attempted to cancelled the order 2 days before the holiday as they told me that it was not ready, however then followed up with another email that it would recieve it shortly after the holidays on the 25th and would be provided with 40% off my today purchases. A week after the holidays and my item had not yet arrived and asked them for a full refund as I still had not received my items. We have over 20 email exchanges for another 2 weeks and last week my item arrived. THIS IS POOR EXCUSE OF A BUSINESS. I TOLD THEM SEVERAL TIMES TO NOT SHIP IT AND THEY WENT AHEAD AND SHIPPED, SO TO BE ABLE CHARGE ME. I'LL BE SURE TO PROVIDE FEEDBACK THROUGHOUT SOCIAL MEDIA BY THE END OF THIS WEEK IF I AM NOT 100% REIMBURSED.

Smh never again

I ordered mines dec 12 2019 and still haven't received it (1/16/20). I keep trying and trying to get ahold of customer service. I keep checking tracking and it still shows the last update on12/27/19. This is Pathetic... never will I order from here again

6 WEEKS STILL NO ITEM

Ordered on Dec. 2nd and guaranteed by Christmas. Needless to say, I wouldnt be here if i had a pleasant experience. Bonnie keeps sending the exact same email over and over, you cannot call, and the TRACKING information has said it is 30 minutes from my house for 5 weeks. I DEMAND A REFUND! Probably out the money but I WOULD NEVER ORDER IF I WERE YOU!

Absolutely terrible

Not only did it take a whole month but the product is garbage! What I thought would be a beautiful sentimental gift turned into a embarrassment. The photo aged my daughter and I by like 15 years. When contacting their customer service they did nothing to rectify the situation. They kept explaining their equipment that manufacturers their product. Absolute waste of money! Don't waste your money because 2 out of 100 people got a good product!

SCAM!

I wish I would've read these reviews before I ordered from this company. I ordered a wallet at the beginning of November and now it's January and I still have not received my order! I have emailed the company several times and they keep sending the same email response saying they guarantee I will receive my order within 4-5 days. I filed a claim with my credit card company and got my money back. This company is a scam that is only there to steal hard working people's money!

I ordered (2) wallets was guaranteed delivery by Christmas it's Jan 3rd and still nothing they keep replying with the same email saying it's on its way the post office said the tracking number is bogus I disputed it with my. Bank and instantly got my money back

I ordered a wallet with a photo of my children for my husband as a Christmas present. The photo on the wallet wasn't as bad as some of the reviews I had seen after purchasing the product, but it definitely wasn't the quality that the company advertised. The wallet itself also isn't that good of quality, so I plan to order my husband another one off a higher-quality site. It definitely wasn't worth the money and I received the wallet late.

Purchased a couple hundred dollars worth of custom engraved necklaces and a wallet. And every bit of it was a month late missing christmas gifts and it's such crap that the necklaces are just silver.
This is a sham. A cheap chinese company who doesnt give a crap about customers. Instead of what you ordered youll get a dollar store necklace. Id like to get my hands on one of them and take my size 15 shoe amd stomp a mudhole out of these flipping liars

FRAUDS!

One day after my purchase, I requested a refund because I no longer wanted the wallet because of horrible reviews from a LEGIT website. I have been requesting that my order be canceled for 3 weeks and each email I get back from "Irene", is her asking me to confirm I want to cancel my order. These people will try to insult your intelligence and act as though they do not understand basic English.
All reviews that are found on their website is fraudulent and they should be reported to the better business bureau. Beware and do not shop with them. I dealt with Jesse and Irene and both are remedial.
DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM!

WARNING! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I MADE THE MISTAKE OF ORDERING AS A CHRISTMAS GIFT BACK IN NOVEMBER. I ordered 2 customized items on Dec 4th. The website stated it takes roughly a week to produce and a week to ship so I thought I had plenty of time. Here I am, after Christmas, and still no items! I emailed several times and once they finally responded they just said they are busy with high demand. This company is a total sham. I would NEVER recommend using them. What a headache.

RIP-OFF ARTISTS

I purchased a wallet (11/22/19) and was immediately charged and still have yet to receive my item. My item is still in China. They print a shipping label and will send you a tracking # ( after chasing them endlessly for some type of info) to buy themselves time. Zero communication, horrible customer service... just poor business tactics. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!
