Just wanted to give a quick update. I ordered originally this mask and I was not completely satisfied with the product I received. I left a review about it. What a GREAT Customer Service this company has! They were quick to respond and to fix the problem. Great team! P.S. This mask in black color gives you double light blockage compared to blush, so if you are looking for total black out - black is way to go. The masks are super soft, have an adjustable strap and great quality.
These are definitely worth the purchase. They are so pretty and the quality is great!. I'm glad I ordered them.

These masks are wonderful. They are high quality and comfortable. They cover your nose and securely stay on your face to help you feel protected. On top of the safety and comfort - they are adorable! I'd definitely recommend these and would definitely buy more.

I like these masks because they are breathable you can wash them and they were so inexpensive but the quality is not lacking I hope this helps

Working Customer service in a Cafe I have to wear my mask during my whole shift and all around these are my favorite masks, Light, breathable, stylish and easy to wear! I have been asked several times where my masks are from and I always refer them here. HIGHLY recommend, great price and quality.

This is an amazing company with truly great customer service. There was a bit of a glitch in timing of delivery of masks - this global pandemic has created so many problems for us all - but this small woman-run company stepped up to help me get the masks I needed 2 days before a month long trip! Lovely people with good communication and willingness to provide a very good product in a tight situation. The masks are darling, fit well and I will enjoy wearing them. I highly recommend this company.

I have thick, bleached balayage hair. Since my hair is very prone to breakage, I cannot use normal black cloth hair ties. These coils are amazing! They stay all day, they don't pull or break my hair, and the colors are beautiful. Plus, their customer service is unlike any other! I contacted Kitsch after Amazon sent me the wrong colors to see if I could equal exchange for the colors I ordered. Cassandra got back to me within an hour, told me to keep the coils Amazon sent and she personally sent me the right colors for free! I will be ordering so many more of these wonderful coils in the future.

This was my first time ordering from Kitsch.The masks were awesome, fit great and so stylish! The fabric is really nice and doesn't irritate my skin or face at all. Excellent customer service and delivery time. Definitely recommend and looking forward to ordering other items from Kitsch!

The quality and size of these spiral hair ties are comparable and even better than the typical ouchless ponytail holders. The coils continued to shrink back to it's original size and I didn't have to use hot water or air. My hair didn't get tangled and pulled out like traditional hair bands. I am very glad to support a woman owned, US based company!

Much better quality than hair wraps I've had in the past. I've washed mine and it comes out looking brand new every time :) I probably should've gotten a different color since I use purple shampoo and conditioner, but I haven't noticed any stains so far!
