The company looks legit but fails to inform their customers on the shipping time. Customer service is a joke because they fail to do anything and keeps asking their customers to wait.
I normally do not write bad reviews. However be warn that your packages will take forever and on top of that the PRODUCTS are FROM CHINA. The products are not homemade or I am believe that I am supporting a womens business. SORRYNOTSORRY, I am taking my money to ETSY.COM where they have real women who actual provide excellent service with NO excuses!

I love every single thing about this shower cap it is one of the most comfortable shark cops I've ever used. I have curly hair and only like to wash it every 3 to 4 days and the shark up makes it hassle free to put my hair up when I shower in between washes.

I buy a lot of hair accessories from this brand at Ulta. I've been happy with everything, including this set. You dont have to worry about these breaking like you do with the plastic ones. These are nice metal and a nice rose gold color too. They stay in place even in my rather thin hair. Time will tell if the metal discolors at all, but as of now I am happy with them. This brand can be a little pricey in comparison to other brands, but these always are worth it because they're better quality.

These masks are soft and comfortable. They are great quality for the price. They are on the thicker side so you aren't getting flimsy cheap quality. I want them in every pattern. The shipping was super fast and communication from the company was fantastic. Thank you Kitsch!

I ordered masks for the first time. It took forever to get them but COVID-19 so that wasnt even the issue. After 8 weeks I got an email "confirming my delivery" but no package. Checked with neighbors, my carrier to look in other peoples mailboxes. Nada. So I emailed them stating no I did not get my package. Their response was a standardized tracking number. 4 emails later after that, no response. I called my credit card company and stating the issue and they retracked the charge. Do we as consumers not have any solution to mail order? I never have issues with Amazon! I am only going through Amazon in the future. Forget about these small independent companies! Why should we give them a chance when they cant even provide basic customer service like... the product!

The quality of the masks is great. I also enjoyed the color scheme option you gave. I gave the tie die and grey ones to my son. They are also very comfortable and donĂ¢t tug the ears like some do!

I ordered masks and never got them. I ended up contacting them via email. It hey sent me another set of masks. Love them. Very comfortable to wear and love the designs I picked. A+++

Placed an order a month ago, they don't respond to emails about status. Finally I received a shipped confirmation number but when I tracked it online it turns out it still hasn't been shipped (tracking number was created over a week ago). Scam!
Edit: I definitely thought this was a fake Instagram company, but after some time I was finally able to get someone to email me back. They were very kind and they did resolve my issue.

Masks fit great and are super cute, and their customer service is fantastic. I had to email about my order Ana they responded in less than 10 min and was super helpful. I'll be a repeat customer.

At first I received the incorrect product so I returned it and asked for a replacement and my replacement came the very next day! The hair coils are great, they stay in my hair and are easy to get out. Thanks!

Don't waste your money! I bought the cotton face masks thinking it was such a nice steal, 3 masks for $12 but I never received my order. I thought I could trust this brand since I've bought from them before through Ulta, but obviously I was wrong. I recommend everyone to do their research before deciding to buy from this site. I messed up and did the research after ordering and it resulted in me wasting my money. When I went on their instagram I was surprised to find out I was not the only one having issues with receiving my order, this was surprising due to this site only having good reviews. In addition, the customer service is horrible. They are impossible to get in contact with, I tried contacting them via phone, email and insta DM about my order issue and I received no reply. If I ever decide to buy from Kitsch again which not very likely after this experience, I will only be buying it in stores. The way Kitsch organizes their shipment is a mess and if I were you I would save myself the headache.

I ordered the "damn" pin and the "feelings" pin, and I'm not sure if it was an issue with USPS or what but I never got my package. I immediately emailed them, and they ended up sending a replacement! I didn't have to go through a huge hassle, so I def appreciate their customer service. Can't wait to wear my pins when we can go outdoors again lol. Def will continue to order, and support this company!

This is my first experience purchasing from their website, I bought two packs of their face masks which being promoted everywhere by various influencers. I thought it would be safe and legit to order since I know Ulta and other places carry Kitsch. However, it's been almost 4 weeks I have yet to receive my package. Contacted UPS (since the estimated delivery date had passed by 3 days and no updates had been made) which informed me to contact the company. I reached out to them via telephone (states to leave a VM so I did- no return call), e-mail twice (no response), and through Instagram comments to which they said to DM them so I did and guess what... no reply! They may have cute products but they're 100% not trustworthy and this whole process has been a pain. Completely disappointed that I even fell for this scam... also check their Instagram comments tons of people experiencing the same things (they also delete/hide half their comments though, if that's not already a red flag)
