I love this for washing my face at night, face masks, etc. Hole in the back for ponytail. It's cute, adjustable and affordable! Great customer service too.

I have thick curly hair and a soft towel is super important for my curls. This one is the perfect thickness and very soft. It soaks up the access water in my hair without damaging my curls or taking out any product I put in (I put my hair products in when my hair is very wet). I am definitely going to get more of these towels. They are also very comfy to have on your head and you can do things you need to do while wearing it. You don't have to worry about it falling off.

Honestly i wasn't hesitant buying such a expensive hair wrap but I've been washing my hair every night, i work in healthcare, and my turbie twist just doesn't hold all my hair as good as it could. I have long thick hair. So I kept seeing ads for this so decide to splurge. Honestly I'm glad i did. The elastic at the bottoms catches all your hair to twist up. The elastic tie and button and in perfect position. I would suggest the elastic tie on the outside but it still works great. If you're in the fence just buy this. It was great. Dries my hair quickly.

I'm a sucker for polka dots! I have a light weight towel designated for my hair, it's super ugly and old, but easier for me to wear on my head. So excited I came across this micro finer hair towel! I'm obsessed with it and I can finally turn my old hair towel into rags where it belongs :) Oh, and I have a LOT of hair, and it's LONG, and it all fits inside the wrap!

Bought this towel to replace the cheap one I bought a few months ago. The old one was thin material that didn't absorb enough, and was difficult to secure. The first thing I noticed about the Kitsch towel was how soft and thick it was. Its easy to put on, and the button for securing it is in just the right place, so I don't worry about the button popping off while I'm wearing it. I love how absorbent it is, I wear it for about 10-15 minutes most times and my hair is about 85-95 % dry when I take it off, which is the perfect time for me to use my leave in treatment. I couldn't be happier with this towel, and if your thinking it's a little expensive for a hair towel, I promise you its 100% worth it. Now I do have to say they lose a bit of softness after washing, but they almost double there absorbency!

On May 26th I ordered graduation gift sets and it's June 24th and I still have not received them! I contacted the owner and she assured me the products are on their way after excuse after excuse (COVID, LA Protests, UPS all blames for delays) but no responsibility taken on part of the company. Will never order from this company again

I placed an order on May 26th. It is June 21st and I've received no order updates. I've emailed 2x and have heard nothing back. Yes. They have cute things but based on my experience, you will never receive them. Don't waste your money.

This was my first experience with Kitsch. I figured they were legit because Shopbop carries their products & I've never had any issues with Shopbop.
I wanted to order some face masks that they had for pre-order. I totally understand that during these times delays or mix-ups happen and I'm not here to complain about that.
The website said the masks would be shipping on May 22, but May 22 came and went and I didn't receive any updates on my order. I figured there was just a delay (especially considering I ordered masks which are high in demand) and sometimes that just happens with pre-orders and stuff. But a couple of days passed and I noticed that my card was charged, but I still had not received a shipping confirmation or ANY updates. So I went on their site and tried the customer service chat and got no response. I went back the next day and still didn't receive a response. Then I tried emailing and I didn't receive anything so I tried Instagram which they responded pretty quickly saying there was nothing to worry about and it was just a delay. I eventually got an email (that conflicted with the Instagram response) saying my items were now out of stock and would ship later in June...
The bottom line is that it seems that their internal system seems a little off (I got conflicting messages...) and their customer service is not that great they respond very slowly and don't give tangible steps to help resolve issues.
I wouldn't risk it if you want to purchase their products buy it from another retailer.
UPDATE: Received productsthey are great quality and they are my favorite masks! Unfortunately, since they are a newer and smaller company, customer service is just not that great... Hopefully they will only get better.

You are completely right. When our Cotton Face Masks went on pre-order, we became overwhelmed with orders and customer service requests. It became difficult for us to get to the people who needed us first, first, and we are so sorry we let you down. One of the products I bought broke in the first week and the refuse to initiate a return citing it was my mistake. I am not buying from them again!
