I had a horrible experience from this site, they promised a midnight delivery and charged Rs 250 extra for it. But the product was never delivered during the midnight and the customer care phone remained switched off throughout the night. The morning when I called they gave me the usual excuse "delivery boy met with an accident" and they would not even give me a confirmation about retuning the extra money they charged me for midnight delivery. And when I demanded a conformation about the money return the lady on at the other end was very rude and she said she has better things to do than attending my problem. She hung up on me and never attended my calls again. Never order from this site

I pray you please please do not order anything from this website.

I ordered a cake and a bunch of flowers on this website ORDER NO. ******* and paid 1200 INR. Then i received an email saying i should pay more for delivery charges and that half kg cake which i ordered is NOT possible. Then I requested them to cancel my order if its not possible but they refused to refund and in the end I neither received my order nor money.

Its not matter of money but integrity. Indians should discourage such businessmen. Please do not buy anything from here.

12 days later I found out it was never delivered(not from the company)

Even though I had checked with the people on chat about delivery options before placing the order.No one cared to inform me that they could not make the delivery. I had to make Nemours ISD calls but still no action. Lost money on calls and the gifts :(.
No money was refunded nor not even a sorry.
Unethical and Unprofessional crap company.
Avoid! Waste of Money, service and support. Riya on coustomer care is clueless and the guy on *******619 is waste of time.

I just query something nd after that they start abusing, more then bad experience money is a secondary matter, the fist is behavior and believer me they are just anpad gawar. If possible i would like to kick on his $#*! who abuse with customers. Don't go with myflowergift

Worst customer service and the man was very rude while answering my queries and was saying they are not accountable for any delay eve after the monies were paid, and for delivery they have started charging extra and speak like as if they are doing some charity. Pls people out there, there are many other good gift industry who care about their customers and treat them with priority even though they amazing busy. The customer executive named himself as Rajkumar and said he is from Bangalore. Hate MyFlowergift.

Order #******* All the comments here are true. Worst people. Take this site down. People don't do anything with this website. Cyber criminals. Payed Rs. 2550/- And its gone. All the testimonials in the website are fake. No item is delivered. I registered a complaint in consumer court. Contact me people if you want any details. All proofs are attached.

So I placed an order for basket of 20 red roses along with the black forest cake to be delivered on Monday 25/05/15. The flower basket delivered was very different from the one shown in the picture. Also the cake received was not a black forest cake and it was of low quality and taste. I am extremely disappointed with the purchase. Also they charged 300 INR more for delivery. The postal address was clearly mentioned to the seller 72 hours ago.The staff accepted it and agreed to deliver. Later on the delivery day, they texted me on watsapp saying they cannot deliver the item and need 300 INR more. The service was so unprofessional. I had to make an extra payment because I wanted the item to be delivered exactly on my mum's birthday. When I reported about the case with the picture of item received they did not even apologise. They looked at me like a fool. PLS STAY AWAY > DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

It is a pathetic experience with this company all fraud people... I ordered on valentines day a cake and flower, it did not get delivered on that day and even phone numbers not answering... finally next day I cancelled the order still I have not received the money back... it is not small amount I paid rs1800 after 25 days also they have not started the refund... pathetic and all fraud... I am going to complaint to consumer for an if I do not get my refund back in next 8 days

The site is utter crap. They need to be stopped... misleads and cheats. A cake was ordered for my birthday from the Middle East for Rs 1,250.00 which was in the cake list. But apparently I received a cake which was worth Rs. 300 of a plain chocolate cake. When my son enquired as to why the ordered cake was not sent, oh he was in for a shock as the person he spoke to was speaking to him in utter filthy word's, I spoke to another person and to my great surprise I was told that even if I or the Prime Minister orders this is what we will get. Sadly I am not an Indian, and honestly I cant get over the fact of such an unprofessional and pathetic way I was treated..
