I have never left reviews for any company before. Good or bad but these guys have made me do it for the first time.
I must say that I never ever received such poor service before. The bouquet was not even close to what I paid for and the cake was useless. The guy on the live chat told me that the order will be delivered before 11 am but it was delivered at 3pm and when I called them they hung up on me and weren't even interested for a second to listen to what I had to say. I felt absolutely cheated and will recommend people to use other websites to order and keep away from these people! Absolutely disgusted with these guys!

Ordered for a bouquet worth Rs. 3000 and got something which was not even worth Rs. 300. Called their so called useless "Customer Care" and they said what was delivered was what I had ordered. Sent them pictures to exactly show what I wanted and what I got and they continued to make lame excuses. Eventually they agreed that I was cheated and they will not return the money. Just wish I had read reviews about them before ordering.

If you want to totally waste your money then these are the right people to go to.

My Flower Gift - Fraud and Worst service

This is complain against My Flower Gift (www.myflowergift.com) company.
I ordered Rose bouquet and cake, where for 20pcs I paid more than Rs 800/-, but they have provided me normal/local roses instead of Dart Roses, started losing its strength within 3hrs.
Also mentioned to write comment on cake, which they didn't.

When I called for asking proper justification, they abused me and said, "We have many Kolkata (Calcutta, W. B.) Customers and we know how cheap these people are, and are never satisfied". Also said, "you DON'T have knowledge of anything". When I said, is this the way you talk with your customers, they said, "Yes, this is how we behave and do whatever you want". Later my wife called them up to get update on delivery, then they said, "You people don't know english... PATA NEHI KAHA KAHA SE AAJETE HAI PAGAL".

This it ordered this for my Dad's Birthday and these people took the ownership to SPOIL that. I'LL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE (www.myflowergift.com) AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND.

PEOPLE WHO ARE READING THIS, NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE (www.myflowergift.com). AND IF YOU REALLY WISH TO BUY, THEN BE READY FOR GETTING HARASSMENT, ARROGANT BEHAVIOUR, WORST AND PATHETIC SERVICE EVER.!

The worst customer care team
They take orders and dont bother to deliver. Worst is, their customer care team some girl I have been talking to since morning. They have not bothered to deliver at midnight, neither in the morning. No regrets no apologies and have completely refused to refund the amount.
The customer care executive, doesnt even bother to share her name, when I asked her qns she just kept quiet.

Worst website. They should be banned. I should have read the reviews. Now my money is lost, gift not delivered and these people will not even refund. They should be taken to consumer court and should be made to shut down

Totally disappointed by these people. A big BIG FRAUD site. Did not inform their inability ( if I had known it before I would have arranged something else and not rely on these stupid people). Charges are high. Charged extra 250 for midnight delivery but DID NOT DELIVER IT AT ALL in-spite of reminding many times... They DID NOT EVEN GIVE OUR MONEY BACK( we paid them 2700 rs)... Above all when you ask them, they don't reply you in a proper language, cut your call or give you lame excuses like

1. The delivery boy met with an accident
2. It was raining heavy.

Now regretting about why I dint go through previous reviews. They totally spoiled our occasion..

No match between the pictures put up on the site and what they sent!

I was so disappointed by what was sent! I had ordered something entirely different and spent about Rs1450. The basket of flowers I had selected online and what was sent had absolutely no connection. They sent something which can merely pass as flowers.

If you just want to something to be delivered then you are on the right site but if you want something beautiful to be sent then do not proceed with Myflowergift!

I had also ordered two red heart shaped balloons but they sent two ordinary yellow balloons. I had also ordered chocolate fantasy but what they sent looked very different.

Very disappointing!
