Order not delivered on time. Very poor customer service. Their contacts are good only to grab the orders!

It is very pathetic to see this kind of service. I ordered butterscotch cake for delivery on 28th july to be delivered on thrissur state, kerala. Order placed on 3 days before. They are outsourced to a service in local site to deliver it and they are asking additional money 300 rs extra at last moment. First of all I paid additional money and the product delivered is something else.
Pathetic service faced ever. Zero cx trust and satisfaction. They have a whatsapp business number, they won't clearly answer anything.

Fraud people, cannot recommend to anybody. Paid order, but not responding after the payment. There is no other way to review about them.

I've ordered birthday cake for my wife as per the assurance received from them for midnight delivery as I need to surprise my wife and paid additional for the special delivery. It never arrived and the messages been not replied. The next day also the same and tried to call many times and by noon one lady took the call and without any provocation I asked for my cake as I badly wanted is because it's not possible to get a cake in a short time. But to my surprise she is talking very rude and saying they can't deliver it as they are only an agency and can't deliver it on the specified time. When I asked about the promises made while taking the booking she rudely said if I'm okey to get delivered any time today say yes or will cancel as she can't waste time by talking. Eventhough I wanted it by hearing that I ask her to return my money back to which she replied it not possible if want she will issue credit note to use when buying next time. Since I don't want to deal with them anymore I've asked to deliver the cake. Now no idea when it'll be delivered or not delivered and if delivered will it be of any quality. Including the special midnight delivery I've paid them 2175 rupees for the cake. Anyhow the birthday is spoiled just by giving them the order. For me it is a scam and request to be careful when you approach them. They will promise you everything to get the booking.

Very bad customer service. They have not even delivered the flowers but claiming that it is delivered. Customer care person is really irresponsible. Now they don't even answer the calls.

No response or not been delivered. I ordered 2 hours ago but no one has even contacted back to tell

Mother $#*!ers, they will eat anythink for earn money... they did not send what i order they buy from my home near shop and deliverd... $#*!er
