Placed order double checked with availability in that area. And also confirmed with WhatsApp agent. Paid rs 1100 for cake and flowers… after5,6 hours got email that I have to pay extra rs 300 for delivery as it is far from town and flowers are not available.
Is this really a joke that I paid you 1100 for flowers and cake, ok understandable flowers are not available, but instead of refund me money they asked me to pay extra rs300. Is I am a fool that I will pay you Rs 1400 for 1/5kg cake. Really?

My order was not delivered and no one from the customer service was replying about the same. No response at all from the customer support. Worst service ever in my entire history of online purchase.

I have ordered a cake after discussion in chat with customer service but they have not delivered and not picked any calls. At night they were replied with some stories. Then I requested for refund the amount, they replied in mail like u can order the cake for same amount in next occassion...!
Totally cheating website dont order anything in this website.

I had a terrible experience purchasing a bouquet from this company. The customer agent is rude unbelievably with me.My order no *******887.
Am not allowed to order another item and need to go specific item only.

I had order for a gift and last moment they are asking more money for delvry. They spoiled birthday.

I ordered worth of 3 k from them which included a bunch of flowers, a indoor plant and Cadbury celebration pack on 10 th September, which they assured to deliver by that day itself.It hasn't delivered yet on 13 september. They were not even answering for the queries mails phone calls. After 4 th day of waiting they replied that flowers are not available we can do cakes when called they won't pick up what the fu**... For god! I trusted this bloody scammers... Let this not happen to anyone else

Bloody cheaters. I will sue bloody bastards. Fraud $#*!s cannot recommend to anybody. Paid order but not responding after the payment. And saying wrong address. Bloody scammers.

Don't get trapped by this site. Only the site and the order is taken fast. Else the delivery goes by the speed of a tortoise. The lady on phone is too rude. Also, the products sent are of cheap quality and not even what you ordered. This business should stop immediately. They are total scammers. If you have planned your day to surprise your dear ones, then pls pls pls never do any orders from this site. Delivery will never be done on time and zero customer service will only ruin your day. I would really like to file FIR against this business.

They will only steal from you and will not even deliver your order on time. They don't know the value of you sending gifts to your special ones and they will delay and send something else which is opposite of what you have ordered. When confronted the lady was rude and they blocked us from what's app. Crazy $#*!s.

Fraud site
Before ordering cake and flowers for my parents wedding anniversary I have confirmed with customer service 3 times that they will deliver it on that day. After placing order even I didn't get a confirmation mail. No response from the person I chatted before placing order and they have not delivered the item. Next day they mailed me asking for additional 400 rupees as delivery charges which was not there when I placed order. When I asked to cancel the order and refund the amount, they refused. They have taken my money and spoiled my week. When I asked them to deliver at least the cake( eventhough I have paid and ordered for cake and flowers) they have agreed and NOT done. They are 100% fraud. I lost my 1600 rupees, energy and time.
Please be beware of them.

I Placed an order 5 days before for white forest cake 1 k and 20 Red Rose Bouquet for my Wedding anniversary. After collecting the delivery address they have asked me to make payment of Rs. 2,500 and agreed that they will make it as a surprise to my wife. After payment I received a confirmation email. On my anniversary day I got an email from them asking for an additional amount of Rs. 300 for delivery. I argued with them that the delivery address shared earlier and the payment was agreed for delivery. After a long argument with them I forced to pay the additional Rs. 300 and after that also they did not deliver the item on anniversary day. Literally they spoiled our wonderful day. Again the after fight they delivered the cake instead of white forest one normal cake, bouquet without wrapper just a bundle of rosses. After placing your order NO ONE WILL RESPOND TO YOUR CALLS OR EMAILS. I SAW THE REVIEWS NOW ONLY, MOST OF THE CUSTOMER HAVING THE SAME ISSUES.

Quality is not assuring this company. Please don't go for it. What i ordered and what they given. And even not responding when i chat with them. Until payment they will chat with us. why cheating people. I ordered cake for anniversary but they mentioned happy birthday.

Hello, i had ordered 15 pc pink flower basket and 2 heart shaped balloons for my parents wedding anniversary also paid extra 200 rs for fixed time delivery. All together 1250 rs i spend. And what i got is a poorly made bouquet f red roses. And normal balloons. The site shows something and they deliver the worst. I lost my money for this. And when you call them. They r like I don't care attitude. And disconnects the call. Even if u call back they don't attend. So much of professionalism. So i request all of you to not consider falling for it. I learned my lesson. Dont buy from them. Below am attatching the order receipt and what they delivered..

Please don't purchase anything. I ordered a bouquet on 10 Aug, it is supposed to be delivered on 11 Aug. It was not delivered and they are so irresponsible. Not attending calls and messages. Finally I caught them through call, They simply say flowers not available on 12Aug. They are not refunding my money. Bul$#*! website. Fake
