Ordered goods thinking it was an Ausie company only to find my money being taken out by a hong kong company. 1ST MISTAKE. Ordered 5th may for an occasion based on there delivery promise. 2nd Mistake paid by master card instead of pay pal 3rd mistake. I now cannot contact them, no response to e.mails.no goods. I now have to cancel my credit card as they have my money and my details then contact all legit companys who i have dealings with, they have left me feeling fully exposed and very silly, will contact mastercard regarding my face socks facilities with them and better business regarding the false advertising

Complete scam! Ordered a package two months ago and haven't received anything but same automated email saying package was messed up. Then they stopped responding. Complete scam and rip off. Stay away!

I ordered this over a month ago for a birthday and have emailed several times only to be told 1-3 days till shipping and 3-10 days delivery. Asked for a refund and was told that it was in production, which I was told 2 weeks before also, and that it would be sent in 1-3 days, 5 days later I emailed again and was told that it would be shipped that day, 3 days later it seems to have been shipped! I'm dreading it not being right! This is an lockdown pressie, we shall all be out and about by the time it arrives!
AVOID!

If I could 0 stars, I would. I have been tracking my order for more than a month and it is still in the same place, according to the tracking information. It has not moved for ONE MONTH! This was supposed to be a birthday gift. I have contacted the company several times for more information on shipping and none was received. I understand that shipments are being delayed but, that aside, there was no email or contact made form MyFaceSocks to mention this or any kind of support given during this time. When I asked for my money back, I was told I could receive 10%. Are you joking?! This is ridiculous. The customer service of this company is atrocious! Spend a little more time taking care of your customers!

They printed the socks WRONG photos, cut off heads and put on the wrong wording, they arrived TO LATE for the occasion although I allowed plenty of time. I mailed them back at my expense they wrote to me saying they would be a restocking fee and then they would redo them at my cost less a $2.99 discount (x 3pair). After several emails, I have no socks and I haven't received any money. OUT OF POCKET COSTS $113.79. Stay away from this site!

Horrible

I ordered 3 pairs of socks and only received 2. The heads on the two were square and looked ridiculous. After going back and forth for months this issue still isn't resolved. I will never order from them again. Not worth it!

We ordered three pairs of socks. Two of the pairs arrived 5 weeks after we placed the order (much later than advertised). The invoice showed check marks by all three socks but only two were in the box (Quality Control is obviously not their specialty). Then we started the nonsensical email exchange with their customer service. They couldn't find the picture for the pair we didn't receive, they needed pictures of the socks we received, back to we need another picture of the pair we did not receive because we lost it again, etc. All of these emails were separated by about a week of no response. An additional 5 weeks has passed and they have been unable to fulfill our order or return our money. In fact, today "Vivian" requested another picture of the socks we already received.

I ordered socks on Feb 5th and paid extra money for VIP. These socks are a gift for Valentine's Day. I just received an email (Feb 10th) stating production has just started on my socks which takes 7-9 days, then shipping will take 5-8 days. I sent an email expressing my concerns regarding the lengthy production and shipping when their pitch online states "quick turn around". I then immediately received this email response:
In an effort to improve the speed of package delivery, our logistics system will be upgraded from Jan. 18 to Feb. 17. During the period, NO orders will be shipped.
Now, I'm wondering what my extra money paid for for VIP service, and what they mean exactly by their pitch "quick turn around"? I would not do business with this company. Please check their Facebook page prior to purchase, it's full of bad reviews

Took forever to get the socks. After finally receiving them, each pair had a big, black blob of dye in the middle of the sock. Worse company for communication. Responses are canned emails.

I placed an order for socks and spent $19.95 for shipping. The shipping information said printing would take 1-3 business days, and delivery would take 3-5 after printing. I had to send an email on the day the package should have been delivered and I had yet to even receive a shipping notification. 30 minutes later, they sent me a shipping confirmation indicating they shipped it only AFTER I sent my email asking about it. Since I paid $19.95 extra for fast shipping, I asked for a refund. They keep beating around the bush and not telling me if they'll refund my shipping cost saying my "satisfaction is they're priority". I've sent 3 emails asking if they will refund my shipping cost, and it's looking like they will not. Do NOT order from this shop.

Omfg
Ordered 3 pairs of socks and a blanket. They were all Christmas Gifts. Ordered in November and supposedly they said they were delivered on dec 12. I have cameras and the shipping and delivery time checked cameras and nothing. Fine I thought it was the usps cause they suck as well. So I email them and go the run around. Saying no refund blah blah. I told well maybe you can just send me the same order. They refused. I have to file a claim with pay pal and of course the refunded me the money. I never disputed anything in my life. But what right is right. The didn't refund me PayPal did. Stay as far as you can from them. They are a scam. I wish I found these reviews before I placed the order. They suck. Shame on you. $#*!s

Agree with all the other reviews it took an exceedingly long time to receive the socks and when I did, they were not the ones I ordered. A full refund was refused and I was offered 60 percent for something I didn't order.

I placed my order in December. It's January 21st... still NO SOCKS!

Julia from some computer generated response system responded multiple times, but I'm out $22.00 for one pair of socks and the recipient will probably never get their gift.

Thanks for taking the time to write out your experience Liam L. I experienced the same rigamarole with the order I placed.

Thanks for taking my money, wasting my time and when Karma comes to bite you in your crooked asses, remember all the people you screwed over.

I hope you all get volcanic diarrhea while on public transportation.

Totally NEGATIVE experience with this terrible company. Zero stars. Don't throw Your money away. I ordered at the beginning of Dec for a Xmas gift. It arrived LATE and the image of one of the faces was CUT off. Not acceptable. I asked for a refund and have exchanged no less than 10 emails with a horrible customer Svc rep who is just stringing along playing games. I even tried to cancel before it was shipped but they sent anyway and then replied that they couldn't refund since it had shipped! First offer was a refund minus shipping. Not acceptable. Then an apology for the "inconvenience"Then an offer of refunding the shipping Only as "compensation".? Now NOTHING. Supposedly the supervisor rescinded the offer of a refund. This is the worst!

These socks are THE most horrible socks on the face of this earth. I paid $25/pair this past Christmas for socks for my son and my mother. When the socks arrived, I was horrified at the cheapness of these socks. They have no form at all and are thin, papery polyester. I was embarrassed to give them as gifts. My son said they don't fit at all - too loose in the toes, too baggy on the ankle, and the leg part doesn't fit either. He said they are the cheapest "socks" (if that's what you can even call this material) he's ever seen. What a waste of money. Hopefully, this review will save others from wasting their time and money!
