So I ordered my socks before reading reviews. Everyone was saying that they were scammed or their socks took 2 months to arrive and were miss printed. So I figured I'd probably never get my socks or if I did it would take 2 months and not be what I wanted. Fast forward 4 or five days later I received my socks and I'm happy with how they turned out. I realize I'm in the vast minority of people here so I don't think I'd recommend this site.

At first I thought that they looked great until I tried to put them on. 1. They don't fit to size I'm a size 9 1/2 and they cut off my circulation. 2. Once they were on they were so stretched out you could not see the image. Then their customer service was awful DO NOT BUY THESE SOCKS

Made an order on 22 January 2021. I tried to find alternate websites but thought this one was the best as it was located in Deer Park, Vic, Australia and advertised on its website that products will be shipped in 1 day and delivery time will be about 3-5 working days. I emailed on 2nd February for an update and my order wasn't even shipped yet! This is really disappointing given I had hoped this order would come in time for Valentine's Day. Not sure why google gives you guys a rating of 4.8/5. Seems like fake reviews.

I cannot begin to convey how horrible the service was for this product. I had so many issues ranging from simply trying to verify my purchase that I never received a confirmation email from, never giving me an estimated delivery time, or even an apology for my problems. I was given such a bad runaround from the company that I had to eventually file a PayPal claim. I did eventually receive my order but, I ordered the three pairs of socks on 11/27 and didn't relieve them until 1/19 (so much for giving them for Christmas). DO NOT use this company!

I was first super scared after I saw all the reviews but my order is great. The panties look great but I'll give only 4 stars because the shipping took 1 month

After having seen all of the bad reviews on here I tried to cancel my order within hours of placing it. Customer service never replied for almost a full day and told me that to cancel they would only be able to refund 50% because it was already in production (yah okay...). Not wanting to lose out on 50% of the cost and having nothing to show for it I Ok'd them to continue the production.

I think my biggest gripe is that I ordered this about 3 weeks before Christmas (it shipped from China for some reason) as a gift and that it showed up three weeks too late on January 15th.

Now that I have it in my hands I'm actually quite relieved now. The quality of the blanket is rather decent. I'd give it a 4 out of 5 had it of arrived on time.

I guess most people just like to post on the internet to complain.

Communication and delivery were great! The actual item itself well, no issues here! I think my daughter is going to be happy as! Will order again if need be!

BEWARE - fraud, scammers, worst customer service ever! Cut off the customization text on a customized item and won't support a resolution. Supposed to say merry Christmas dad. Terrible quality and no accountability. Took forever to ship after website advertised promising delivery by Xmas even paid more to expedite and were still late! Located in China, rip off!

Scam company. I should have read all of the other negative reviews, which would have saved me the extreme frustration of dealing with this company. Order did not arrive for Christmas despite the website guaranteeing this. When my order finally arrived it was incorrect and terrible quality. The blanket wasn't supposed to have words on it and instead they printed "no text". So unbelievable that they won't fix this. They made this mistake on not one but two blankets. They both say "no text" across the top! They won't give my money back. They are absolutely from China and not Australia or NJ. Will NEVER make the mistake of ordering from them again. Company is a total scam!

I ordered November 23rd and we are now December 23rd and still haven't received. Ships from China instead of New Jersey like the US website states!? The website said 5-7 business days shipping to Canada, but once I ordered, the email confirmation said 7-10 business days... Anyways, it's way over the deadline and I cannot get an asnwer from them. I sent 3 emails and got 3 different email responses with a tracking number, saying it was on the way. Not sure if I'll even receive it lol.
