Was wary about this mob but got good service, communication and products from them. E mail communication was especially excellent.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. They are a scam. They are based somewhere in the far East. You will never get a refund from them, and you will never get your order, they literally take your money and vanish, you are left speaking to agents on a chat service that repeat the same thing over and over again, they refuse to provide you with a customer service number or anything else. Also if you go to any of their social media all they comment sections are shut thats how you know how many unhappy customers they have!

I wish I had found this site rating before ordering. Contrary to what their site says, this company is not in NJ. Shipped out of China. I placed an order mid-December, it's now the beginning of February and I still don't have my items. When I reached out to them via website chat they claim my $185 order is stuck in US Customs. But the tracking number they provide (via a shipper I've never heard of) lists my local post office way back on December 24th. So someone is lying, and all I can do now is pursue with my bank for buying protection.

These socks are useless… to huge for kids and adult size can't even be put on. Material is cringy!

Don't waste your time or money. Their customer service doesn't help one bit. Instead of good customer service, they just keep replying with same thing over and over, and never a solution!

If I could give zero stars I would. More expensive than all the other sites, but chose them because they guaranteed Christmas delivery. They came 4 days after Christmas and WERE SO INCREDIBLY SMALL NO ONE COULD WEAR THEM! Literally 1 of the girls I got the socks for is really thin and she couldn't get them on. Total waste of money and horrible experience with customer service sending conflicting information with emails while tracking. False advertising and bad product.

Never got anything and I paid for gauranteed Christmas delivery. No response from customer service after 72 hours.

I ordered my items on 12/7 hoping for a Christmas delivery (10 days estimate with production + delivery). I reached out to customer service after my item was in limbo at USPS for several days only to find that it was being shipped directly from China. I finally received my items on 12/27 and the quality is terrible. The socks do not even fit like socks, it's almost like a sleeve, so it bunches at the front of the ankle. It also has an awful chemical smell and the fabric is totally bizarre and stretches in an unfortunate way so that the pictures get distorted. So after that long wait, my kids faces are going in the garbage. Also worth noting, when I tried to post a bad review on their site, it doesn't post. Only the 4 and 5 start reviews show. So shadey!

I ordered four pairs of dog photo socks (black dogs - no warning on the site about not using photos of dark colored animals posted) that were to be gifts. I received four pairs of garbage quality socks with such bad image quality that the only place they will be "gifted" is to the local landfill. Their customer service sucks - after multiple emails, I was basically told "too bad, so sad, no refund" - seriously - buy from any other seller, this company is trash. I filed a complaint via Paypal, but I'm guessing I'm just out the $93 I spent on this order.

I ordered my socks on December 7th hoping I'd get them before Christmas. Was told I'd get an email when the order was ready but I haven't gotten one yet. I emailed the company asking about the status of my order and still haven't gotten a response. Don't order from here. :/ hopefully I'll receive them eventually

In the beginning I did have issues with the shipping, but their customer kept in contact. The socks were great. I just reccomend if you order keep very close track of the tracking number they give you and contact customer service immediately with any issues that arise.

They do not seem to know how to ship and properly track orders (if they even produced the 12 piece order). Customer service is a joke.
Save yourself the frustration that these clowns cause.

I should have read the reviews first. Company goes back on their written word and the quality of the socks was very poor. The heels are not shaped, just elasticated for extra stretch in that spot. And, am I really meant to stretch the short sock to make it the same length as the other? These can't be gifted...

I found the whole experience frustrating, mentally draining & gut wrenching.
Firstly - it says MADE IN AUSTRALIA
They're not- they are made in CHINA!
I only found this out because of the shipping details telling me it was currently in transit from CHINA.
I contacted someone via the chat who told me due to covid they're making them in China now. I ordered from this website because it says Australian Made.
I then received the socks, and they were TERRIBLE!
I am a size 6.5-7 women's.
I ordered men's size socks
& Apparently my foot is too big for them! –"2 inches" too big to be exact.
Which is why they have "stretched" after just trying them on!
Back and forth with a "robot" employee named Azahel.
Who did not listen to anything I said. They just kept sending me screenshots & links trying to prove me wrong. However, the information they provided was all incorrect.
They sent me a completely different link to "what I ordered"
I provided sufficient evidence each and every time.
They were even proven wrong against a previous conversation I had with of their customer service chat people.
I was offered ONLY a 20% refund.
20% LAUGHABLE! So disrespectful to offer after all the trouble and time and money spent on SOCKS!
I spent over $100 & now must go and source them elsewhere, re purchased and wait in hopes they will be here before my deadline.

JDon't pay for express delivery and expect to get your product on time. Ships from China and there is a huge delay. They stated 5 business days, maybe add 2, and you'll still be waiting. Waste of time and money.

I purchased these socks 5 weeks ago because they said that they were made in Australia and had a 3-5 day delivery. Socks still haven't been delivered. Have made multiple email enquires.
THIS IS A SCAM. Do not buy from this site. I don't envisage I will see the socks or my money again. I will be making a complaint with the consumer watchdog and requesting a refund from my credit card provider.

Prompt delivery to NZ (2 weeks) of my personalized boxers which were hilarious and well received. Would definitely recommend!

I ordered printed socks in black. The fabric is scratchy and of very poor quality. There is no form to the fabric. It's a tube with no shape for the heel or toes. It's not a natural fit, and the fabric bunches at the toes. There are two white lines on the folded sides, because the fabric was printed flat, and so the black color did not take on the outer folds. The face print is very dark. It seems obvious there was no color correction or quality check.

I didn't even want to bother having the socks reprinted, because the fabric quality and printing process is so poor, there's no way to fix this. They were intended as a gift, but I'm not able to give them to the recipient.

Great selection of products that can be customized and fantastic customer service if I've never needed assistance. Always polite, prompt and helpful.
