BUYER BEWARE!

BUYER BEWARE! I wish I could leave zero stars. Ordering from this company has been the worse online shopping experience I have ever had. NO communication - total lies if you do get someone to write an email, which is probably not gonna happen aside from a generic automated response(Ive only gotten one despite MULTIPLE EMAILS) - I have pretty much had to write off my order and accept the fact this company has STOLEN my money, refuses to provide goods paid for, contact or communicate in ANY meaningful manner. I have never left a review like this before but its frustrating to be out of the 200 bucks I spent - Im a reasonable guy and was initially willing to work with them and be understanding - things are crazy for everyone these days, hell, I actually even tipped these guys at check out - I feel like a complete moron for letting them rip me off the way they have. They are FRAUDLULENT AND CRIMINAL - Kelly Pedigo, Roanoke VA

This company is terrible! Order placed on 3/30/20 as a bday gift for my husbands bday on 4/18. Today is 7/2/20 and still no socks. I keep getting the same excuse "global pandemic is making shipping times delayed." That a crock, I asked for a number and a manager's contact info and that request was ignored. I am so aggravated with their terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Scam

Purchased socks and never received the items or a refund! Emailed and was given a fake tracking number to a bogus shipping company. Facebook should be held liable for allowing the ads to run!

Spent 26.70 on 1 pair of socks for fathers day (with a 20% discount) and they cut off the hair on my daughter.
What a JOKE this company is.

I reported the company to the international BBB. We will see what happens! I ordered my socks May 21 and it's been in Shanghai for 21 days now. Having made in the USA' as part of your promo is BS and hopefully something happens to these jackholes

I'd give zero stars if I could. I ordered my wife a blanket on April 22nd for our anniversary (May 28th). On April 29th, I received a shipping notice that it was in California on its way. As of today (June 21st), there has been no updates to the shipping status. I have been fighting to get a refund for 3 weeks and they refuse to do so; they just keep telling me they are waiting for a reply from the shipping company and they will contact me within a few days when they hear back from them. Fortunately, I paid through PayPal and have opened a case with them. Since their 30 days is almost up and they haven't responded to PayPal yet, I should be getting my refund through them.

HORRIBLE!

This company says they are in USA. THEY ARE NOT! It has been a month and a half with no product! I have involved PayPal so the company has contacted me with no resolution. They say please be patient the order has shipped. Yeah it shipped May 10,2020, and is still in the same place. China! This company is a scam. I will be filling a federal complaint for false advertising as well. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

Don't do it!

I ordered back in mid-April for a going away present for my boss. It's now June 10th and I still haven't received them. Company won't issue a refund. There's no person to speak to. It's ridiculous! Don't make the same mistake so many others have! I mean, a one star review has to say something. Wish I had checked the reviews first!

Stay away!

I ordered one pair of socks a month and a half ago. I still have not received the product. I was given a tracking number over a month ago showing the socks shipped out of California with no updates after that. When I contacted MyFaceSocks customer service, I was told the socks shipped out of China and are stuck in customs. I continue to ask for my money back and they can keep their socks, with no response to that of course.

STAY AWAY

Don't do it. You will regret it. I ordered a pair for a friends birthday. It is now June 8,2020. Nothing. I emailed them several times. They respond that they are stuck in customs. What a waste of money.

I made 6 different orders for a total of 22 pair of socks on May 2,2020. As of today 6/03/2020 only 2 of those orders have been shipped. When I look at status or shipping tracking they said they are waiting to dispatched. Besides that when I ordered from this website I thought they were made in USA, but found out later that they are coming from China. NEVER AGAIN WILL ORDER FROM THEM.
On 5/31/2020 I went to other site FaceSocks.com and made 2 more orders with 4 socks and they are going to be deliver on Saturday 6/06/2020. Only one week and made in USA. Please support our country. Don't make same mistake that I did.

Don't Do it!

DO NOT buy into this. The company made the photo translation in ways that I could not even tell who the faces were. I signed up for VIP on every pair of the 10 sets I bought so they would come in time for Mothers Day, and they did not. One package arrived 6 days late and the other has still not arrived (28 days later). My first delivery was also missing a pair of socks. Every attempt for a refund or replacement goes unanswered. I am finally going to have to contact my credit card company to see if they can help rectify this situation. Obviously, I do not recommend the socks OR the company.

Ordered socks on April 11th for a bday on April 28th. Never received. Emailed them and they said because of Covid 19 orders will be delayed a little. Re emailed then in early may saying I no longer had a need for this product as a present and would like a refund... was told that my package was in shipping and it was not possible for a refund... it is now may 28th... no socks no refund. Their website say item was shipped and still in Fremont California... however. The usps tracking number they gave me is not valid... this is the worst experience i have ever had ordering online. During Covid i had many items shipped from China that arrived with a decent but manageable delay... these socks are from California...
Absolutely inexcusable... so bad that i actually would categorize them as scammers
