Absolutely horrible company to deal with. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I received a damaged product and after three weeks they still havent resolved the issue. They will blame the seller and take no responsibility, take ages to reply to emails and have no concern for their customers. Unfortunately I will have no option but to go to consumer affairs and VCAT to try and get it resolved.
Purchased 2 pieces of jewellery for Christmas presents on the 7th December and its now 3rd of January and they still haven't arrived. I have tried dealing with their customer service people & have just been given the run around and told to wait a few more days for updated tracking information which I have done but nothing has changed. Luckily I paid with PayPal and am now escalating this in their resolution centre & hope to get a refund. I recommend not dealing with MyDeal as this has been a very poor shopping experience.

I purchased a product (worth a few hundred dollars) through Mydeal, I felt safe as I used paypal although after I purchased the item I read the reviews for Mydeal and thought that I had made a terrible mistake. The reviews were terrible. After the transaction the communication was very good with tracking number provided and information about its dispatch. The item arrived earlier than estimated and in good condition. I have no problem recommending their services after my experience.

Worst online shop I have ever used. Total scam artists sent me the wrong item which I paid for and now have heard nothing inspite of endless emails. Sent them all the required photos but still no reply so am left sitting with an unwanted item and all the packaging. They should be banned from trading and taken off the internet.

We purchased a sandpit online from mydeal and it was the biggest waste of money. Our daughter NEVER used the sandpit due to the issues with the original product have multiple broken or damaged parts. We were then offered replacement parts that they couldn't even then get correct. This company is terrible and dont record and customer phone calls, nor can you speak to any management over the phone. All we asked for was a refund on the original item because of the such poor quality with more than enough substantial evidence of the damaged parts and all they were willing to refund was 20% of the original value!
Never use this company if you want anything of decent quality or if you wanted to be treated with respect

I paid mydeal $400 for 2 phones in January. Neither works, and they will not refund me. I have returned to them once for repair, and one came back with a broken screen and can't turn it on, the other still has a touch screen that doesn't work. They claim I broke the screen and want another $100 from me to fix it. I still have nothing for my $400

This company will rip you off they make it easy to purchase but refuse to refund when they make you try to join paypal to only offer a credit note, i refuse to join paypal because as we all know it's one of the worlds most hacked sites on the internet. Do not and i repeat do not trust this company...

Hello, I have had great customer satisfaction from My Deal in the past but currently having issue with the return of a pool cleaner that keeps getting stuck on the steps. Having had my pool guy come out and adjust the weights and no change I asked My Deal if I could return the product (at no cost to myself) which clearly is not fit for purpose at least in my pool and get a store credit so I could buy a better more expensive robot pool cleaner from them. They originally said that I could get a store credit but would have to wear the return postage and a stocking fee, however I did not accept this as appropriate given the product was clearly not doing what it should be doing. I then made a video of it getting stuck and explained the situation in good faith but have been consistently stonewalled by the so called customer service team who seem to only look at the previous email so I have to keep drawing their attention to what has already been tried and discussed. The run around Ive had is truly frustrating and very disappointing so 0 out of 10 on this one for me...

Rude after sales Irish girl that would not help me with a parts issue in any way or form and treated me with utter disrespect.
They offer absolutely no after sales service and in no way treat you like a paying customer and consistently run you in circles through emails with absolutely no outcome.
Do not buy from these charlatans for piece of mind.

What really amazes me is that when I found this site to make my complaint, up comes an advert for the very item they told me was out of stock 4 weeks ago. Since I ordered the item I have received daily unwanted emails for a whole bunch of other stuff I have no interest in. I am still waiting for a refund. These people are a disgrace

Mydeal have to be the WORST online shopping site i have come across. I ordered 4 samsung galaxy s5's costing over $1500 for family at christmas. This was ordered and payed for over a week and a half ago and still says pending dispatch. Rang customer service to wait over 90 mins on hold and got hung up on. I then rang back waited another 45 mins for theyre 1 customer service person to answer to be a rude arrogant immigrant prick. This company really need to get theyre act together. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM SUCK A PATHETIC HALF ARSE COMPANY AGAIN. BTW THE OMBUDSMAN IS NOW INVOLVED AS YOU ARTE REFUSING TO REFUND MY MONEY. SEE YOU IN COURT $#*!ERS

After purchasing on the 21st of January my order was not shipped until the 11th of February. It took several emails to find out what the hold up was. I asked for my order to be shipped or a refund. Neither of which was done & to have replies of it will be investigated. After my third email I received a smarmy reply on the 11th to say it has been shipped & the tracking number. No apology, no explanation of why it took 3 weeks to ship my order. I will never ever use mydeal again. I suggest that if people want their items shipped within a decent time frame after purchase DO NOT use mydeal.
