Purchased a item back in April got no confirmation email and then they closed my account so they had no record of transactions. Money came out of bank ok. Ive also sent 4 emails without any response. Very Dodgy/
Worse product!
Paid $245 for a nasty chair totally different to the pictures shown
Worse ever service when tried to return within days of purchase due to poor quality
Erick ( whoever it is) not willing to accept the return good dropped into their ware house

Ordered a dog harness two years ago. Fast to take my money... and whilst a tracking post number was given to me, it never worked. Fast forward two years, and I still have not received the product or the refund. Communications with my deal have been futile and they have refused to abide by consumer law stating that if a purchase is not received in a reasonable time, then the consumer is entitled to a refund. They refuse the refund. The least I can do then is leave reviews of my experience so that others don't get ripped off. No wonder they made so much money so quickly...
Bought a log splitter from them, it failed after 5 months, it was still under warranty. Customer service told me that the issue had been passed on to their technical department and someone would contact me, this happend 4 times, still noone contacted me. I finished up having it repaired at a local engineerig shop. Still no rerply from mydeal

Not large or expensive amounts but each order as gone side wards and has had an issue without ANY CUSTOMER SUPPORT person to talk to or offer advice or even communicate with the seller to get them involved.
Ordered masks for my high-risk, 83-year-old mother who has emphysema on 13th MARCH. Today is 27th APRIL, 6 weeks later. Endless emails back and forth have resulted in today, MyDeal telling me that the items are still on their way. Tracking shows they were handed over to airline on 23rd March and they're trying to say they'll still be coming. Meanwhile, we've had to purchase elsewhere so we don't need theirs now, yet because they're supposedly "still on their way", they won't refund. This company steals money from customers, taking advantage of vulnerabilities, knowing they can't fulfill orders in a reasonable time frame, then expects the customer to bear the brunt of the issue. I've asked repeatedly and firmly for a refund but the response continues to be "they're on their way". Nonsense. Had I known the masks were coming from China in the first place (not disclosed upon purchase), I wouldn't have placed the order. Upon finding out, I would have thought two weeks would have been a reasonable time frame for delivery but we're now 6 weeks in and no sign of the purchase.
Absolutely insane shady practices, ordered a replacement battery for my smartphone which was faulty on arrival.
Could not begin the return process. Strategically, misplaced or no links on their website for making the process incredibly frustrating. Had to send a ticket to their support team and their response was equally abysmal.
To top it all off, they insist i must pay return postage for a faulty item. Absolutely the worst online shopping website i have ever seen in my life. Read their Terms & Conditions. STAY AWAY
A bottle of 1 litre of hand sanitiser cost me $89 but looked so cheap! The bottle looked Cheap and didnt even have a label. Beware this company just after money! I would have probably paid $5 for this not $89!
Ordered resistance bands 1 month ago and still have not received purchase. Have emailed My Deal several times and have had my email bounce back. Have rung the phone No. And have waited each time over 30 mins when they cut your phone call.
This raises a great suspicion that they are not a legitimate company and should be reported to consumer affairs.
They take the money out of your account and then are unable to be contacted as there website is very vague about how contact their Help Centre
Do Not waste your time as it will cause great frustration when your parcel does not arrive as is the case with mine
Customers support virtually nonexistent.
My order didn't arrive, tracking number never provided... I wasn't able to track my order. Send them countless e-mails(NO ATHER Way to get in touch with them?!?). Recieved automotive responses, but NO EXPLANATOION, NO HELP...
Made me feel that I've been scammed...
They owe me money($279.38!), and didn't have even the courtesy to give me ANY explanation.

Worst site, Dont waste your time ordering anything from this site they are scams. Honestly do your self a favour and stay away. Try hands first its a south Australian site.
Mydeal got my money and after 20 days I'm still not delivered and my item isn't even dispatched

This company needs to stop advertising products that it either does not have or knows that it cannot deliver. When I ask them why a product takes weeks and weeks to deliver the courier company is blamed despite the fact that Mydeal states that the product is ready for immediate delivery in thier advertising. If a courier company cannot deliver then Mydeal should know this and tell customers that there will be significant delays - weeks - months.
First order, when ordering site says ex-stock 5-7 working days, disptach notice within couple of days. Order tracking 5-10 working days, then went to 10-20.
Second order, ex-stock 5-7 working days. Still not dislatched and quoting 10-14 working days.
You can ot rely on thiz mob and need to screen shot every step to deal with their inadquate Customer Service.
Won't be using them again.
Saw a home gym today advertised for $479 and then hours later now $799 - u r taking the p$ss and an absolute disgrace in this difficult situation, very disappointing

I bought a used iPhone XS from these guys which was said to be of excellent quality. It was not. It had scratches all over the front and back glass. Delivery time frames are atrocious also. It took 18 days to receive the purchase. Buyer beware - buy from these guys at your peril.
I ordered 2 multi strand plug in fairy light sets for $74. I received 2 single strand battery operated sets. Not at all what I wanted and will not work for my project. Emails have had no response and from the reviews I have read I doubt that I will ever receive a response. Save your time and money and shop local and get what you actually want with an in store warranty.
Don't touch them - they'll take your money and you can then forget your purchase. They rarely respond to email enquiries. They have no phone number.
I have had a delayed response from these people for weeks, I ordered my daughters birthday present being a trampoline and 5 days was the quoted delivery time. It's now been 4 weeks, after several poor communications with my deal I was promised it would be delivered today. Furious is an understatement as all the time they were promising it was on way (even showing as "in transit") on their site, when I called the courier they haven't even taken delivery of it.
Save your money, save the headache just shop local.
Clearly it still isn't delivered and I'm not hearing the faint sounds of a truck in the distance.
Answer: I simply would never use them again. Catch of the Day or Kogan are great.
