I brought sheets from this company. They sent me completely different ones, wrong size and colour and they do not reply to emails. Would definitely not recommend this company to anyone

Ordered a coffee table. Ok, so it was fairly cheap and I wasn't expecting miracles, but upon opening the box the item was clearly scratched and damaged. Several emails back and forth with seller and finally agreed to a full refund. But don't be fooled, agreeing to a refund apposed to actually giving the refund are two very different things. More emailing and getting nowhere. Have tried contacting MyDeal and can get no response. Nearly three weeks and no refund. There is no phone number you can call. Avoid this company if you can, I should have.

I will never deal with this company again. Ordered goods 10/08/20 due to arrive in 2-5 working days, apart from following day email saying dispatched, which was a lie nothing.
Australia post advised they were getting a parcel from them on 12/08/20.
Have emailed on six separate occasions to no avail. No reply, no goods.
I did order some batteries from Amazon the same week and they arrived one day late and they sent apology email and refunded postage, that is service.
My advice is don't deal with this company,

Ordered a dozen Margaret River SSB wines from Mydeal. The first order was great, on time on a what I ordered. It was all down hill after that. At least half of the wines were not from Margaret River, and they were revolting. Service has been appalling, they don't return emails and there is no phone number. The original supplier is Just Wines (DO NOT use this company either) they're just as bad.

On arrival. Far too much spindle end play. Required packing with a fibre washer. Worked Ok until a chunk of plasic dislodged to get mixed up with the mixture being blended. Wrong grade of plastic & is dangerous.

Nowhere to be found...

Ordered Covid washable facemasks (3) - expected a delay in delivery due stage 4 shutdown - but this is unbelievable! - despatch was due 2-14 days! - been waiting 21 days! - STILL NOT DESPATCHED! - probably won't need them when they arrive! Tried customer service - stated l would receive a reply in approx 2 days - THAT WAS 8 DAYS AGO! - DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE CLOWNS!

Bought two products from two different factories. One product is okay, not great quality for what I paid for it. The other was a chair that came with the wrong bolts (instructions called for hex bolts of several different sizes, I got twelve bolts with nuts all same size) and I had no way to assemble it. Seller closed my support ticket without replying, then when I reopened it said they wouldn't do anything as item out of stock. Eventually managed to refund it but am still out of pocket as freight to send it back cost more than half of original price and shipping, and they have just refunded the original AfterPay transaction with no apology or reimbursement for postage. The MyDeal support staff seemed okay but if they're going to engage with such dodgy sellers I would avoid the entire site regardless.

I ordered what I believed to be 3 face masks given the name of the product had "3" at the end and was disappointed to find only one had arrived. On closer inspection of the product details only one was specified. There was also clear price gouging of this product as within a day the price increased by 50% given COVID related health measures. Do not support such a business that engages in such deceptive practices

I have used MyDeal so many times I've lost count. Everything arrived in an average of 4-5 days. All products I have ordered (except face masks) had free shipping! I even had 2 huge fake turf rolls delivered with free shipping! I live on an island off QLD so this is just exceptional delivery service from Aust Post & MyDeal. Even when one of my products ordered was out of stock, MyDeal eventually (I did have to email them several times to get clarification) continued to communicate via email. They got in touch with seller & informed me to re-order the product from another seller. The money was refunded immediately (3 days) & my re-order arrived within 4 days (to my island)! The products are good quality, a huge range & arrive in mint condition. I thoroughly recommend MyDeal

I had ordered treadmill and there is no way to contact the mydeal and they have given the number to track your product delivery but no one ever picks up the phone and it doesnt allow you to leave any msg. I have enquired through their email helpdesk and have only received automated response that some will contact me and then they go in a sleep mode. SCAM. The whole process is to frustrate the owner so they just give up and the business can take the money.

Scam
July 30, 2020

Ive order protein 3 months ago and still did not receive my order. They sent me a text message that my package was on it's way but months later nothing. Never buying from here again and hope no one experiences what I went through again.
I even tried making a review on MyDeal Product Review site but they wouldn't allow me to post my review since apparently it has "aggressive language" which I only stated "it was a scam, never received anything"

Edit to my previous review below, I finally heard back after sending multiple emails and waiting 2 months for a response, and because it is a replica of the Clarisonic brush head there is an extra step you need to do to make it work. So finally the brush rotates and it works! They needed to include this in the instructions, and also reply more promptly so that you don't think the whole thing is broken! So even though it now works, which is good, the customer service on this site is so poor and the quality questionable, so I feel that I still won't be purchasing from here again.

Original Post:
Purchased Clarisonic brush head and it is a knock off replica, which is fine, but it doesn't actually work. It doesn't fit into the device intended and it doesn't oscillate when you turn the device on.
Tried to email customer service for a refund and haven't heard back in a month.
More annoyingly I have tried twice to leave a product review to warn other people that it probably won't work for them also, but they won't approve and post my review. That's the most annoying thing is that other people will see the page and think it works.
I recommend not purchasing from this site.

Appalling customer service and take a long time to respond to queries. Bought surgical mask and received the goods not as described what was advertised. Pay a fortune and received cheap uncertified chinese made products. They are scammers and prey on innocent and genuine buyes. Best con artist online market place.

Ordered an office chair -wanted white but must have inadvertantly ordered black even though photo displayed was white. Numerous attempts to contact them by email but never a response. Only phone number is a recorded message sayiong that due to Corona 18 they arent manning their phones. Still not sorted after 10 days

Beware of this company and it's pathetic service and the suppliers who are even worse than MyDeal themselves. Go elsewhere and be warned, that alot of what they offer is from China, with instructions in Chinese and with Chinese powerpoints, making them useless. Then you will wait months, if it actually gets resolved at all. I bought some in Oct 2019 and still waiting for a full refund. MyDeal guaratee refunds and will process within 2 business days. YEAH RIGHT WHAT A LOAD LIES!

Awful Service. I ordered an item in error and cancelled immediately to be told it had already shipped. I wanted for it to be delivered to return it and it never turned up. They said they were getting proof of postage but that was the last I heard. Just chased them again nearly 5 weeks later and they say contact the Post Office. I am not really happy
