On tracking invoice says my order has been delivered. But so far haven't seen it. Can't find a phone number. I have emailed them but no answer. Hope it comes soon
This company sells fake APPLE. I bought headphones from them, but they turned out to be a craft. Bad store, no money back. Cheating buyers!
The slippers are cheap and are made in China, masquerading as 'genuine UGG', by a seller called Boutique Retailer. Mydeal are not responding to my several complaints for a refund under the terms of their guarantee!
I bought 2 watches both are faulty and not what I ordered I am currently trying to get a refund they asked for videos which I sent 2 he still refuses to refund I am currently going through the complaints with my deal then the seller who is from China pretending to be from my deal sent me an email stating that the issues had been resolved and lied about it I am not happy and would never purchase from my deal again. Also both watches are not what I ordered.
Bought a mobile phone, however incorrect color sent and manufactured in Vietnam rather than Japan/Hong Kong as advertised. Have been trying to get a refund without any success. Customer service is appalling, and the CEO Sean Senvirtne has done nothing to rectify the matter. Please DO NOT BUY FROM MYDEAL.COM as you will lose the money.
It is the first time I shop from My Deal. They took my money but don't send the order. No contact number, no people reply emails. I need this order as my boyfriend's birthday gift this week, but I am afraid I can't give him on time because I brought the gift from a spam website which is the biggest mistake I ever made.
Try and get an ETA from this bunch. I will never purchase through them again. You get a tracking number that 2 weeks later is still not activated.
I went looking for a BROWN Super King Quilt Cover, found a photo on My Deal of a BROWN cover, ordered it.
When it arrived, we saw that it was the còrrect packaging with a photo of a BROWN cover, we opened the packaging to find a GREY cover. Ratchelle the contact at My Deal.com.au has managed to organise a purchase price refund, but will not refund the return postage charges, because the quilt cover supplied is grey! We wanted a BROWN cover as advertised ( attached photos) not the GREY cover INCLUDED IN PHOTOS SUPPLIED TO MY DEAL, NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!
Advertise products at low prices and then cancel your order. The deals seem good but I wouldn't bother. The ACCC should look into this behaviour.
Just received my Bamboo sheet set, they set was well packaged, arrived early and is just like the information said, Bamboo sheets are nice and soft and luxurious,

I bought this product for $64.87 but its been 3 months I haven't receive my order. There is no update on my tracking number. It all says shipped out. I tried to contact this company but I can't any phone number and email. When click contact us on there web no details will pop up.
I won't buy again on this comapny and don't recommend.
Ordered a product, they took money from my account and then "refunded" it. PROBLEM: NO REFUND. They have since not responded to any requests.
BEWARE!
Quick to take your money, waited six weeks for a delivery update. Spent weeks trying to sort out the order before they agreed to a refund. Two weeks later am still waiting for refund and MyDeals have completely stopped communicating.
If you have an alternate supplier you can shop with, please give it serious consideration as MyDeal from my experience are a scam and only out to take your money without delivering anything in return.

Basically you pay for goods, and you wont receive them! Try getting in contact with them, its easier to get Donald trump on the phone. The advertisers that allow these scammers on their platforms, ie Instagram, Facebook etc you should be ashamed of yourselves as well.
Disasters. Don't go for this site and don't buy anything from this website. Poor products and no delivery on time
Have you noticed mydeal, unlike some other companies never publish critical reviews? My Vidaxl recliner chair and footstool was cheap, shoddy and more expensive than Ikea. The covers arrived with loose threads hanging off them and stitching already coming apart. It took 3 hours of hard labour to assemble. The instructions were very confusing. I only discovered it was going to go to completely the wrong suburb after 3 calls to the couriers. They didn't record my details properly. I don't know where they got that address. You can't ring them to complain. There is no phone number. They advertise furniture as solid wood, charge for that but if you check the specifications ( which aren't easy to find if they are thrre) it says veneer or mdf ( fibreboard)
I ordered airpods on mydeal over a month ago now, with the estimated delivery time saying 2-8 days. I have written numerous emails with no real replies. The tracking number they gave me does not work and they said that the package was lost and they would send another one. I sent them an email asking exactly when it is coming and if it is not in a reasonable time I am entitled to a refund under Consumer law, which they haven't replied to. Don't use this website, It is a scam
Happy to take my money... the company LUVYOURPHONE sent the wrong phone and sold the phone I ordered... I sent back the purchase... they received it and have contacted MYDEAL to refund money... days have passed no contact and no response when I email support... platitudes and no action. VERY UNHAPPY... would never use again
