No care factor very inferior products. Bought so called 1800 thread count sheets but were very very thin quality and pilled badly after 24 hours. Took photos as requested and did everything they asked for in order for a refund then was flatly refused any form of refund or replacement. It was a terribly upsetting experience. Go and have a physical shopping experience at the shops its so much more fun and trustworthy returns if anything goes wrong
I purchased a small item more than 2 months ago. I actually received an email asking me to review a product that I didn't even try because I didn't receive it yet and still haven't. I have sent various emails to try and find out what has happened and funny enough it seems to have been lost so were sending another one out. After waiting for some time and putting in another email enquiry I decided to call them but was on hold for ever and then the phone eventually hung up. I rang up again and currently still on hold!
While on hold, I decide to google the review and I wish I had checked out these before I made my purchase. I am lucky that I didn't lose as much money as others have!
I purchased the 5-in-1 Giantz Garden Powertool set from MyDeal a few years ago. Of course the warranty has expired. But an internal part in the motor failed and no replacement part is available (apparently) rendering almost a shed full of tools completely useless. Imagine if your car or motorbike or even your pushbike was rendered absolutely useless because one small ($15) part failed. I am sure Consumer Affairs will act on my behalf. But I'll give MyDeal a miss in future.
My Deal sent me a faulty rower THAT MADE A GRINDING NOISE AND COULD BE ADJUSTEF.
I returned it back via Hunter Express and have not heard anything over 10 days ago. Sent a dozen emails to this so called Customer Help as there's no one to call. Still NO ANSWER. Have made a complaint to Consumer Affairs. The worst experience EVER!
They made it an absolute Nightmare to buy from them. When it was finally meant to ship, they put it on hold for verification. If you ring them they leave you on hold forever, then after 20 min the system hangs up on you and you have to start again. What a waste of my life. AVOID THIS BUSINESS LIKE THE PLAGUE!
Paid $35 delivery fee for arrival in 1- 2 business days. I wait a week, then find out the product is at a warehouse 1-hour drive away and I have to pay an extra $70 for delivery. Tried to call them and their system automatically hangs up on you after 20 mins of waiting.

Bought a bench after hours 8.00pm cancelled 4 hours later before opening of business got an e mail all sorted at depach 2 days later got an e mail to say on its way after numerous attempts to contact them everything works with a ticket was advised if courier delivers i need to pay for return freight also 22% handling fee before my refund
Find another site to purchase from buyer beware... All purchases from 3rd or 4th party so purchase at your own risk.
I placed 4 orders amounting to just over $2000.
Still only received 2 of 4 and only after a threat of legal action. Lawyer now involved.
These guys are just money grabbing vultures that have no regard for Australian consumer law. They send rubbish to my phone even after the opt out option was done. They have done this before and will probably have to learn the hard way like Kogan and Co with a hefty fine before they will stop harassing people.
Bought an iphone 6s order no. *******.
Item was advertised as refurbished, but received a phone with marks and scratches. Dust build up on buttons and around the edge of the display. A good used phone but not re-furbished.
Now chasing to get a refund.
Their Customer Service especially on emails continues to frustrate you by replying generic responses. They hide behind emails and their on the phone customer service repeats the same you receive in email. They are only after your money.

They are unprofessional and they keep referring you to their 'sellers', where in fact you pay for products you purchase through myDeal; no seller or courier information available to end customer. I am yet to retrieve $100 from them which I paid for an order I have not received.

I bought my 12 months old daughter trycle. It got broke in 2 days I asked for refund. They offered to send a broken detail on a faulty product for an infant to keep using it. Their staff is unprofessional. The caller on the phone address to me as " my girl" no comments on the whole situation. The trycle is twice more expensive than any other web site. Super frustrated with the scam

Tried to make a $200 purchase on line and use the $10 voucher that MyDeal sent me. Of Course the voucher wouldn't work. I don't support dodgy companies (work too hard for my money!) so I called them immediately. Their 'customer service' lines were apparently busy so I was hung up on twice before speaking to a woman who then accidently disconnected me. I called back another five times and was hung up on five time by service before getting same female on phone who had no idea what she was doing. Even though it was 2pm they were not able to stop the $200 form leaving my account. The female agreed that someone would call me back that day. This did not happen. The $200 was taken from my account. The next day I received an email saying that if I wanted to cancel the order it would take up to 5 days for my $200 to be refunded. What a racket! So they will have my $200 for at least a week. I tried for hours this morning to get through on their phone line but on hold each time for twenty minutes and then message that they are hanging up. Disgraceful lack of customer service. All they are interested in is taking your money as quickly as possible. I can't imagine what it would be like if you actually bought something from them and had a problem with the product. They are not interested in assisting their customers at all. Only interested in taking people's money as quickly as possible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. THEY ARE EXTREMELY DODGY!

Both items I ordered did not match the product description.
This appears to be a website for very cheap Chinese made products, which would be okay if they advertised it correctly.
In one case, my memory foam mattress protector was too big for its cover, causing it to bunch up. The other item, a feather quilt, had a synthetic cover despite it being advertised as cotton.
Stay away from it!

Further to the lack of response to the broken kitchen, the company did endeavour to resolve the issue with a couple of options. So in fairness, they did respond eventually, but it was not pleasant while they were doing so.

I bought a scandinavian retro chair for $431. You have to assemble the legs yourself by screwing in a sturdy looking 2 screws into each corner of the chair. What you don't see is under the fabric the frame that the legs are attached to is thin plywood that is stapled together. One leg collapsed when my 14 year old daughter was sitting in it hurting herself in the process. After having a look underneath the fabric at the broken frame, there was only one staple holding one side of the frame together. Stephanie from My Deal says the supplier doesn't believe my daughter was sitting in it and says she must've been rocking in the chair (which you can't do because the legs angle outwards) or pushing it back with force, which she was absolutely not doing, and that therefore I don't get a refund. What recourse do you have when a supplier flips you off like that and blames you when it's clearly because the construction is poor quality
I also at the same time bought a "high density" rug which I vacuum up about 10% of the rug every week because the tufts continuously come out of the base and the rug is now "balding"
The 3rd purchase around the same time was a dog bed where the canvas was a large size and the bent frames were for a medium size. I was sent a replacement but the frames bend easily so the bed doesn't sit level and my dogs are not interested in sitting on it
