We made the mistake of ordering one of these so called BEDS
It is like a duster Although Fluffy Friends offered a full refund if not satisfied we have to send the product to CHINA for the refund which will cost over $100 to post!
We are absolutely disgusted with the product - which we only half unpacked to see the terrible quality - AND the customer service we have had dealing with this issue
These beds are not delivered as pictured. Be careful. They are not nearly as "fluffy" as depicted on their website. Rather pitiful really. Don't waste your money. Buy one on Amazon so you can return it if you want. Here you will have to pay for a return to CHINA!

This bed looks comfy online but I am really disappointed. The bed barely has any stuffing and you can feel the ground through it. My dog is old and she cries and won't even sleep on it.

After 2 weeks our 2 cats still won't have anything to do with the beds I bought for them. Put a favorite treat in the center and, at most, the brave one, Loki, will put a single foot on it and then grab and run. We haven't tried the one for the dog. Too hectic and crowded during the holiday season.
They are fluffy and very soft and I'd probably love a more padded, human sized one. I just don't get it as Loki jumps into and explores everything. I fear I've wasted my almost $200. Sigh:(

I looked for a long time for a dog blanket and finally found this one. I had no idea what I would be getting, but it turned out to be perfect! I wouldn't change a thing! He loves anything soft and plush, and adores it because it is so incredibly soft and cuddly. As a mountain dog he's always warm, so I was concerned it would be too hot for him, but no, I drape it over him at nap time and he keeps it on for hours. He leaves the room and comes back later still wearing it. I got the largest one available which is a good size, and just got a second one for his couch, which he loves sleeping on. The XXL bed I purchased is very small, the pictures are very deceptive. You have to pay to return this item. Complete waste of money. Would not recommend this AT ALL.

This is the worst customer service I've ever had. And a total scam. I asked to cancel the order within 24 hrs and they responded saying that it had been sent out. It then took 12 days to get to me.
When I asked to cancel they said that they would happily refund me once it arrived but didn't specify in that email that I would be shouldering the cost of return. To China!
Both the shipping were incorrect and the bed isn't what was advertised.
Every time I try and get a return label they offer me a % off the bed to keep it to "offer to a friend as a gift" or " donate to a shelter" The item isn't worth keeping for a gift or anything else as it's total crap.

The dog bed I ordered is meant to be fluffy, but it's sparsely tufted, and the fibres are already falling out because it can't withstand a 30 lb dog trying to get comfortable in it.
We also ordered a harness with custom lettering saying BLIND. The letters are printed on, poorly placed, and smaller than they should be. The metal loop is too big for the size, and the straps don't adjust properly. The fabric is hard, and the buckle is too big, and feels about as cheap as it gets.
Shipping took way longer than it was supposed to. Nearly a month.
I will never, ever shop from this site again.

I have never received my mdse. There is no customer service phone number to contact only contact via email is available. I ordered my dog bed almost one month ago and my product has not shipped yet nor did I receive an email or phone call letting me know there was an issue with my order or a dlelay in shipping. I am very disappointed as this was a Hanukkah gift for my dogs and Hanukkah is almost over and I still have no dog bed or resolution.

Got a tracking Number, which just shows it continually leaves Jamaica NY for the Post Office, but USPS never receives the item. Looks like it must be coming from China so the USPS tracking is baloney, buy a dog bed from a reliable company and MrFluffyFriend is not it. It would be nice if they actually told the truth about where its supposedly coming from and what actual shipping is, but apparently not an honest company. A Clue is there is no business address for their website!

We ordered the XXL bed...and the bed that came in the mail is extremely small and looks nothing like the pictures from the website. I feel that this product is deceiving. I have contacted customer service for a return and have heard nothing back. Paying $85 for a dog bed and getting what I got - an inferior product of this quality is disappointing.

I have a great Dane that I bought this bed for. I recommend not buying of you have a large dog because there xxl bed only fits Medium size dog.
