My Shih Tzu is super happy with her new bed. She snuggles in it, and she looks so comfortable. I hope it holds up well in the wash, and then I will give the bed 10 stars. I ordered the apricot color and it is a very lovely, warm shade. Matches well with beige and brown tones.

I have a 6 year old rescue dog that is terrified by lightening, rain, and thunder. She lets me know a storm is coming long before the sky gets filled with clouds and things get dark. The wrap around coat I used in the past never worked. She didn't give the MrFluffyFriend pillow much attention the first two days it was in the house. However, when a typical Florida thunder, lightening and rain storm arrived on the third day she couldn't get in the pillow fast enough. She calmed down much faster than usual and went to sleep.

We have a 12 year old mix bulldog who has always reacted poorly to inclement weather by excessive drooling, shaking, and panic. We tried every "natural" remedy, calming vest, and kept a bed in our closet for her to escape to. Bought her your bed and she hasn't shook since. Not only that but our 12 year old min-pin loves hers so much, even though she isn't anxiety prone, that we literally have wake her and shoo her outside for her final potty trip at the end of the evening. This is absolutely the best bed! Our dog, Jagger, loves it. When he gets in it, he snuggles as seep and covered as he can and sleeps so good, he doesnt want to wake up. We just got another dog and this bed has helped his anxiety with his jealously! LOL He loves to cover his feet and sleeps so soundly. I just ordered another one for the new dog as well. I recently bought two anti-anxiety pet beds and I am really pleased with my purchases.
My new puppies (12 weeks) love these beds and although try to pull the threads out, have not succeeded so far.
Have already been washed and tumble-dried and have retained their shape.

The customer service is awful! I have been asking to return the product since it arrived. I ordered a medium and it's quite small for my 20lb dog! I advised them that the sizing appears off. They offered 30% off the next size up? I declined. They then offered my a 15% refund if I would keep the product. That's less than $10 for something I paid $50 for. They've finally sent the return address and it's in China despite the product being shipped from NJ. All in all this Chinese company is scamming people and I think has AI generated reviews. The only way they're receiving 4 or 5 star reviews…

I received the catastrophic Fluffy bed, a package the size of a box of corn flakes, bed made with a VERY light material. Weighed about 1 kilo.
My dog lay once on it and deformed it. I had ordered a large bed, but receive a medium. So thin, that the weight of the dog makes him touch the ground. You give 30 days warranty. I paid 98$ for it. To return it, I was obliged to get your tracing system, $ 100, plus the cost of stamps. A real joke. Fluffy people does not need tracking, but that is his way not to give your money back. This is dishonesty. I was so frustrated that I threw the dog bed in the trash. Their passion for the comfort of our four-legged friends is the greatest hypocrisy coming from this country.
When I complain, I receive that kind of letter. (make shorter) "Please know that we take pride in providing the best quality of products. We'll use your feedback so that we can improve it. Call us for further help. We will give 15% of refund if you keep the bed. Thank you for helping us to improve our service.

Alfie took to his fluffy day bed instantly. He goes to it regularly and even has fun trying to bury a biscuit in it for later. It was a good buy at an affordable price.

Bed took 3 weeks to arrive - Arrived stuffed in plastic shipping envelope and a mess. No support and made with some sort of poly fibers. Tried to return as they offer 30 day warranty only to find out I need to ship back to China! The cost to ship is more then the $58 it cost to purchase bed. What a scam!

I bought this bed based on the sizing on the website and according to breed size, XL. The next size up was recommended for Golden Retrievers and my dog is much smaller than that. I contacted customer service to get return information. I have to send back to CHINA? The shipping address on the original packaging is in Cedar Grove, NJ. To mail to China will cost almost as much as what I paid, at least $46.00. Ridiculous.

Was a bit hesitant at first as used a link from Facebook. Took a while for my order to arrive. When I opened it was again a bit concerned as looked very small and I had ordered the xl size. But it was vacuum packed.
When we opened it Christmas for our dog it was just the right size for her, with loads of room, she is a mastif x.
It is so soft and fluffy, she absolutely loves it, and that much that she spent lost if the day in it, and didn't really want to get out if it.
So much so that we have ordered another.
Personally I would highly recommend these dog beds, absolutely fantastic.
