Did not listen to the poor rating on this... I should of... the ring is super pretty... too bad it only lasted not even a day... I noticed rose gold fading on the first day of wear. I was very careful about it too. $80 for 1 hour now it is completely dull after wearing for 2 days.
Here is comparison of what rose gold is supposed to look like after 2 days of wear...& and moonmagic ring after 2 days... So disappointing.
Look at the photo and dont order here. I warn you.

I am a 1st time customer with moon magic. The original ring I ordered was not what I expected, I wasnt very happy with it. But I had some great customer service help from Ita. She helped me get rings that I absolutely love and it didnt involve a difficult return process! Very happy with my purchase!

At first I was super happy with my new ring. I ordered the Opal Ring Gracious (80,-) and it was beautiful. However after I took it for a swim the ring became completely oxidized and dull, as if it was very old when in fact I had it only for about three months.
I contacted customer service for a refund, because they promote quality but it has been proven to me that that's not the case. They said the warranty is only one month and that I could get a reduction of 50% on my next order, but I won't be ordering again.
On the website there were no instruction on what you can and cannot do with your ring. I have multiple rings in that price category (from Ti Sento and Pandora) and this has never happened with those brands. I told them that, but they completely ignored it and they refused to give a refund.
So if you buy anything from there, DONT swim with it or use while your doing stuff.

All items come with a 1-month (30 days) warranty. During this period you can either return your item for a full refund, get a replacement, or make an exchange. Bought two rings for myself for my birthday. Their products marketed as constructed with authentic materialsabsolutely not. I ordered a freshwater pearl ring which was a bead with blue enamel on it and a moonstone ring which looked like cloudy plastic. At a glance the rings are pretty, but you look closer and it looks and feels like the lie that it is.
The sterling silver' bands they claim are stamped with 925 to appear legitimate. 0.925 closely stamped with the jeweler/company trademark is what makes a piece legitimate according to the Federal Trade Commission close but no cigar, Moon Magic. Lets see how my request for a refund is processed.

I ordered a ring from moon magic... My first thought when I first received it was "O they sent the wrong ring!" I contacted the company to tell them I wanted to return the item. 2 days later I get an email telling me I can chose anther item. I wrote back saying I wanted a refund. 2 days later I get a response giving me info on how to mail back. I went to the post office and shipped the own back and held on to the heaving number. It has been over a week since they have received it and ironically they will not respond to my emailsand no refundhas been issued. The Ring was a total of $359.20 after I used a coupon code. Now I am going through my bank to try and resolve this. This company is a scam, the ring looked nothing like the pictures and the moon stone was cracked and looked horrible... I would advise people to order from somewhere else. They do not allow reviews to be posted on Facebook and deleate negative reviews on their own website.

Purchased an opal ring online, the picture shows a solid opal with great coloring. They did ship out soon and was delivered before I expected it, but the quality of the ring is terrible. The "opal" is a cheap plastic gem with an opaque coating on it which I expect to wear off within a few days. The entire stone setting is also slightly crooked in relation to the band... it's still a cute ring, but something that I would not expect to pay more than $10 for, not the $80 that I actually spent.

Bought the Talos Opal ring as my wedding ring. It arrived in January for my wedding in May so wasn't worn until May. Within TWO WEEKS of wearing it the middle opal started to go cloudy. I emailed Moon Magic to let them know what had happened and ask why that would happen. Their reply was very dismissive and as well as not even offering an apology, they said that the Talos ring was currently on sale should i wish to order another one! What a shocking way to deal with a complaint, why on gods green earth would i buy another one when the first one was faulty and the customer service is just as bad! Hard avoid this company.

We are very sorry that you are not happy with the ring you received and we are sorry that the ring was out of the warranty. Please note that our Ethiopian Opal is hydrophane opal so it can change its color when it absorbs the water. Hydrophane opal can have different brightness and patterns from wet to dry. It also depends on the temperature and humidity where the opal is situated.
We strongly recommend to take the jewelry off before entering a shower or a pool. It's totally fine if the ring comes close to water, but as soon as this water contains any chemicals, like in a pool, the color might change for good. We are very sorry for any inconvenience.

Product looks nothing like photo on the website, they were supposed to be rose quarts set in rose gold, however the actual earrings are a clear cheap looking gem and not rose quart. This was purchased as a gift for my birthday. I was disappointed when I received it because I picked it out. Wanted this because it would match other items that I have from other vendors. I emailed their customer service and because it was past the 30 day return date there is nothing they can do. As stated, it was a gift. I would have never let my husband pay $79 for these earrings.

I was so excited to get my jewelry that my fiancé got me for my birthday. Within two weeks, the rose gold was rubbed off. For the price point, I would have expected maybe a bit more time before that.

I returned the two rings I bought and they claimed they only received one so withheld $55. I researched them online and found they have done this to other customers. Don't buy anything from them!

Answer: ITS 100% scam
Answer: Yes, the main stone in my ring fell out after four months and the company is refusing to refund me. It's only four months old. They say it's only got a one month warranty! A month?! They only have a month warranty because they expect them to break and don't want to give you your money back. Disgusting.
