I ordered a Harlow rose quartz ring. It was delivered with 2-3 chips in the band. The quality of these products are very very poor. Worse than costume jewelry. Please read all reviews on BBB before you order and just stay away from this company. They are very dishonest and delete all bad reviews from social media sites.
Customer service was initially very attentive. I decided on a full return and refund due to the poor quality of the product. I paid to have the ring shipped back with a promise of a refund. After numerous emails with customer service (Nena) I have still not recieved my promised refund.
This company will steal your money!

The ring is beautiful, the reason behind 2 stars... the customer service is ridiculous. I received my ring with a lovely crack in the stone. So I emailed customer service immediately, no response. I have emailed them a second time and no response. Email is the only way to contact the company.

Not as advertised

I am so disappointed with this ring. It's sad that you can't trust reviews on websites any longer. The only reason I purchase this was because there was a photo review and it looked the same, however what I received looked like a cheap knockoff of what was advertised.

Where are the facets on the rings surrounding the moonstones on what I received? It basically just looks like a silver ring with silver filigree surrounding the stones instead of actual gemstones at it looks cheap and tacky.

Not happy one bit. Total bait and switch! Especially now that I realized their approved comments are only positive ones.

First of all, I had about a million questions that I directed to their facebook messenger. I got responses back very quickly and they were all extremely helpful. Shipping came very reasonably even during the global pandemic. And WOW! This is the most beautiful ring set I've ever seen. Beautifully made, amazing customer service, outstanding price. I cannot recommend this company enough!

We are very glad to see that you like your ring. I am really sorry to hear your ring has caused a green discoloration, I know how frustrating this can be. However, it is, unfortunately, a common complaint caused by the copper present in all sterling silver jewelry. This can be especially common in hot, humid climates as moisture in the air or skin can make the copper react in this way. I recommend using a silver cloth to regularly polish your ring as this will really help.

7 days and 27 emails later and nothing is resolved and they have terrible communication with multiple typos. I've never been so frustrated with a customer service rep before. Offers me 50% off for a new ring in my price range of $100 and it can't be anything on sale. EVERYTHING IN MY PRICE RANGE WAS ON SALE! Then I brought this up to them and she told me I could use it on sale items THEN I send her a ring I liked THEN she tells me she messed up and you CAN'T

Not only are the pieces beautiful and unique, the company also contributes back to the world by planting a tree for each purchase. Moon Magic has exceeded my expectations in all ways! I ordered the Moon Shell Necklace in Silver, Flora Necklace in Gold then the Gloss Necklace in Rose gold (fell in love with these products as soon as I saw them). When I received my oder, I noticed that there was a slight defect, so I emailed customer service right away - I explained my problem and provided pictures. They were super quick to respond and their customer service was exceptional! I had the pleasure of talking to Marijana, who was very friendly and understanding. Within moments of our emails, she rectified my order. I received my package and I am MORE than happy with my products! It is refreshing to speak to a company that values their customers. :) P.s. I think it is super great that they plant 1 tree for each piece of jewelry sold (good to know my purchase made a difference) :)

Moon Magic Jewelry is a great company! I ordered a Moonstone ring in the style Nymph during the pandemic/quarantine and its delivery lifted my spirits. My ring arrived a little bit later than I expected and because I had mentioned it to their customer service I received a 10% discount for my next order. They are truly an excellent company! They know exactly what their customers want and make sure to deliver only the best service possible.

I love the jewelry from Moon Magic. It is beautiful, very well priced, creatively different and, each of the stones have history and meaning behind them. This company was horrible to work with. They refused from the beginning to apply the discount code I was emailed. Their rings were VERY poor quality, so I returned them. When I returned them they said I kept one and wouldn't give me the full refund. It's an absolute SCAM! Do not do business with this company!

Stone Fell Out

I was excited to receive my ring as a gift for Christmas, but after wearing it occasionally for only a month one of the stones fell out. Moon Magic wouldn't do anything for me, except offer a discount on purchasing another product. It's unfortunate that they do not stand behind their prodcuts

WOW, didn't expect to get so many views here. I was even messaged by the company and by some potential customers, very cool.

Update: I will keep my score at 2 stars for now, there is potential for help but I must say they are trying their hardest to get more money out of me which sucks.

BUYER BEWARE: the cheaper items are pretty and make great gifts. Do not buy something that is too expensive because unless the ring comes in broken they will not help. This is their response to how they will help me; "We could send you a brand new piece with a 40% discount AFTER you return us your ring." - Khristina.

To put that into perspective they want me to send my ring back ($699) and then paying for a new ring at a promotional value ($420). That would mean that I'm paying about $1,120.00 FOR THE SAME CHEAP RING THAT IM COMPLAINING ABOUT.

***LET ME ADD, THIS RING IS MEANT TO BE WORN WITH A COUNTERPART WHICH I ALSO PURCHASED AND NOW THE COUNTERPART LOOKS BARE WITHOUT THE TEARDROP. IF I DONT GET THIS RING FIXED THEN THE OTHER EXPENSIVE RING IS ALSO WORTHLESS.

For our diamond rings, we offer an extended 1-year warranty but as we already advised you, damages accidentally caused by the customer are not covered by the warranty. We are very sorry about that.

Hey Everyone,

3 months ago I bought my wife the ring she's always wanted! The Eternal Love Bundle. These are two rings that are meant to be used together and my wife always gets compliments. So much so that my best friend is getting his wife-to-be the same bundle of rings! (was going too...)

Now you may ask why I'm on the fence and it boils down to the email I received this morning from the customer service department of Moon Magic. Yesterday my wife grabbed some clothes out of the dryer and they got caught on the ring. Not a big deal she thought, but when trying to take off the ring it was harder than expected. After looking closely at the ring, the stone base on the ring had been bent forward and the ring itself became slightly misshapen instead of a circle.

My wife was crying over the damage that was done to the ring. How could something like a rose gold ring bend sooo easily with the weight of some clothes? Should she remove her rings when every she does anything with her hands?

The ring itself is still misshapen and serval smaller stones have fallen out and now we get back to Moon Magic's customer service. I noted that my wife's ring was damaged and would like to have some help considering the price tag and the response was NOPEEE. They said, "You are welcome to make use of our regular discounts and promos available via the website and newsletter to get a replacement if you would like it.".

Obviously, they don't care to even help. After spending $1,300 on these rings I thought they would at least ask for a picture or offer to repair it with a fee or discuss other options but that seems like a hard NO. Although we have the 1-year warrenty, it doesn't seem to be worth anything.

If you are looking to get their less expensive items, then go for it. ITEMS WITH EXPENSIVE PRICE TAGS SHOULD BE PURCHASED FROM JEWELERS WHO CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS AND NOT MOON MAGIC.

I'm still trying to work with the company so if you're on the fence look for my update and you can decide for yourself.
