Their return policy is 14 days. That's about when the moonstone fell out of my ring. Wouldn't buy again. I ordered it July 9. It took a couple weeks to get here. Today is August 3. No stone.

So my boyfriend ordered me two rings from moon magic but unfortunately when they came there were small faults with the products. I emailed customer service at Moon Magic and spoke to Hristina about the issues with the products. I received a pleasant, proactive response in a timely manner in which Hristina explained the options I had. I ordered two replacement rings of similar value and they were shipped out (with no extra fee) the next day. The customer service I received was excellent and the issues were dealt with in a fantastic way. I'm very excited to receive my two new rings! I understand sometimes there can be small faults with goods ordered online and the team at Moon Magic rectified my issue straight away. Will definitely be ordering from here again. X

Damaged Item
August 16, 2020

First time customer and received my earrings I ordered within a few days. They were beautiful but the post on one was bent and the back does not go on properly. I emailed them fast response. They gave me 2 options and told me to respond back which I did. Since then 4 days several emails nothing. They refuse to respond back and I paid $80 for a damaged pair of earrings. Not a happy customer. Will not do business with them. I do not recommend them. All I want is another pair of earrings.

Disappointed
August 15, 2020

After seeing many ads on Moon Magic. Reading reviews. Watching YouTube on clients purchases. I felt confident making a purchase. I ordered the Raw Crystal Ring - Moonstone & Ring - Twinkling Band. I have seen raw moonstones at shops and markets - and from the pictures on the Moon Magic. I had a strong idea of what the stone should look like. I received my rings today. The moonstone is chalky. The colour flat. No beautiful shimmer expected from a moonstone. I would be embarrassed to wear this ring. And very disappointed. I have contacted Moon Magic by email. So I will wait and see how easy this return/refund will be.

I purchased a moonstone ring and I absolutely loved it. I always got so many compliments when wearing it. Unfortunately the stone fell off. I contacted customer service and they got back to me the next day because of time difference. They asked me for a picture of the ring and the stone and once I sent that I got a tracking number with the confirmation of my replacement. They even asked me if I wanted to get a different stone! AMAZING! I got my new ring and it's beautiful!

Buyer beware! There's something not right about these rings. And the warranty is only ONE month for jewelry? That should say a lot about the quality of their products. They also don't do returns even though their website claims they offer "easy returns". You can't get your money back! They offer an exchange but only if you ship it back yourself within 7 days. It was around $10 from CA.

I don't believe all their rings are real rose gold. I wonder if a portion of them are fake and take just over 30 days to tarnish, that way you can't exchange them and are left wondering if it was something you did because other people had good experiences. That would make sense for why only one ring from the pair tarnished and the other was fine even though they were stored together. I got mine after the lockdown started, so I didn't wear them or even look at them for almost 2 months. That was when I realized the moonstone ring had tarnished (see pics). It looked exactly like the F21 rings I had as a teenager, but even those lasted longer. Rose gold is supposed take years to get dark.

Their sizing is also off. Size 7 was too loose and size 6 was too small to even go down my finger. The moonstone ring I got in exchange also came in an unsealed, open bag, which I was disappointed about and wasn't surprised when I noticed the issue. The other ring came in a sealed bag. I think they might send you an older, returned or sample ring if you end up exchanging.

Worst jewelry company

At first you'll love your purchase like I did then time will pass. I got an engagement ring from here less than a year ago and the opal turned a disgusting mustard yellow than im now embarrassed to wear.
We contacted the company and they agreed to ship a brand new one free if charge until we asked for a smaller size ring. They don't offer 1/2 sizes so if your in the middle you need to get it sized to wear! All of a sudden they said because it was sized they can't do anything for us! We even asked just for the stone to replace ourselves from a jeweler and they simply refused.
DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID!

I paid extra for 2 day shipping. Originally it was suppose to arrive on the 16th, it didn't arrive until the 23rd. By coincidence, my partner purchased from Moon Magic the same night I placed my order (for our anniversary) her package arrived the next day and she didn't pay extra for shipping. I reached out on the 19th asking for some assistance on the whereabouts of my package. Customer support replies by email the tracking number in which I already had access to, that was my reply back to customer support. After waiting more than 24 hours for a response on the 21st I emailed customer support to begin the process for a return, to no avail. On the 23rd, I emailed customer support again to start the process of returning the 4 rings. I had to pay for shipping to send back the unwanted items. It is the 27th and I am still waiting for a response to see if I will actually be refunded.

The products are even more beautiful than I imagined. You can tell they are exceptional quality and will last. During the COVID pandemic, I had a shipping issue (not Moon Magic's fault), but the customer service team addressed it promptly. They made sure my package was reshipped quickly and safely arrived at my door.

I was super excited to see my moon magic package had arrived today. I ordered a raw aquamarine ring, an opal ring with 3 small opal stones, and a square cut moonstone ring. I was the most excited for the raw aquamarine ring. I was less than thrilled when I saw it however. It doesn't look raw, it has a smooth feel to it like it could have been tumbled. It doesn't even look real, it looks man made. My guess is that it was made with some sort of resin or something into a mold? On closer inspection of the ring I saw an air bubble in the stone. So I'm pretty mad honestly, I'm contacting the company to see if I can get my money back and send the rings back because after a guarantee that all gemstones are genuine real stones on the website they sent me a fake stone... for $60.00 soooo yeah. I'm not sure about the moonstone, that does look real to me. However the opal stones do not, I have seen plenty of real opal and plenty of fake opal and it looks off. I'm hoping that I can return these and get my money back, or get some reasonable explanation for why my aquamarine stone has an air bubble? But I don't know how else you would get a bubble inside of a rock

Ordered three months ago contacted them three or four times, huh, also contacted my PayPal account and they are checking on them. They never answered me so I guess I'm out the $40. Not a very reputable company as far as I'm concerned need to delete it as soon as you say it

Partner bought me a ring for Valentine's Day
Gem stone fell out two months after purchase. DO NOT order from this company. Rings are poor quality and the gemstones fall out. Their return policy is one month, my rings stones fell out after two months. They offer to replace the ring with a 50% contribution... so they offer a half price new ring. Not really good enough for the price they are. When emailing their customer service they basically responded with tough luck' and offered no solution.

I was super excited to get my ring from Moon Magic. Like other e-commerce website/company always does of sending an email that your order was delivered, moon magic never did that. I had to constantly check my tracking data only to find it was delivered but I never received it. Got in touch with the customer service and they asked to check with courier service ( DHL). As being the company I think it's their job to get a hold of the parcel. Both, Moon Magic and courier service kept pointing on each other leaving me with no answers. It's been almost 5 or more days of constant emails between both the companies and no track of my package. Moon magic never even asked for a refund or re-sending my order. Highly Disappointed.

Before responding to the review kindly check with your customer service. Yes, they did offer a reshipping but first asked me to get in touch with the courier service. It's been 3 weeks since I ordered a necklace. Tracking doesn't give me any updates for 10 days! I contacted customer service ( you can do it by email only) no phone number. They are not helping at all telling me to contact USPS. However, it is only a sender who can investigate where the package is. There is no sender' address, I cant do anything and Moon Magic does not want to help. Technically, I was charged and never received anything. I am going to contact my bank and BBB.

My boyfriend bought me a moonstone ring for my birthday. It was around £80 at the time. Having had the piece for only 2 months It came away from the band and snapped! For £80 this is terrible. When we contacted customer support they refused to do anything as they only offer a 1 month guarantee. They offered us a small discount for a new ring. Should we really have to spend over £100 for the sake of another poorly made product?

Disappointed

My boyfriend bought me a moonmagic ring for valentinesday (14 feb). I couldn't be happier. About 1 month later one stone fell out of the ring. We e-mailed the company because it broke really fast after wearing it. Their response was that we could buy the same one for half of the price. That meant that we would pay in total 150 euros for one ring. I thought, how about the warranty? Well, the warranty lasted for a month after buying it, and because my boyfriend received it a bit earlier than valentinesday we didn't have the warranty anymore. But, what the hell, one month warranty after purchase?!?! That's not how you treat customers after they paid you 100 euros for a product. I'm from the Netherlands, and if you deliver a product of bad quality here, the seller should find a solution, money back or a new product. They didn't even offer a refund. Ridiculous! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone, don't do it, it is a waste of your money.
