Poor quality Jewelry

I was very excited to order a ring from moon magic. A delta triangle, rose gold with a moonstone. When I initially received the ring, I thought it was pretty. That was 9 weeks ago. 9 weeks later, not only is the rose gold almost completely diminished, after a handful of times wearing, which tells me it's not real rose gold (my wedding rings are REAL rose gold) but it is also missing a stone.
I have been in correspondence and since it's past the 30 day refund, they offered me to buy something else within similar value for 50 percent off. WHY would I waste more money and do that? I highly suggest you search elsewhere for QUALITY jewelry and don't waste a cent on this company until they create pieces worthwhile.

I've wanted to buy a Moon magic ring for so long, and when I saw the Better Together bundle with Queenly, I was sold. Sadly I must have mis-measured and when it arrived, it was too big. However, a quick email to customer services put me in touch with Hristina, who went over the returns procedure, and sorted out a replacement. This arrived today and fits like a dream. I'm in love! It sparkles and looks amazing as a set of even in singles. I am thrilled with everything, even the gap between sizes. Thank you Hristina and MoonMagic!,

Deceitful company

I got a necklace that looked super chiep. "Christals" looked like plastic and "silver" is actually copper and silver. This should not exist or should be like 7$ worth. Here is a screenshot of what they send me regarding my return of a necklace that I recieved 7 days ago.

Horrid quality

I ordered 2 rings, one had black spots on it that wouldn't go away. I contacted customer service and they sent over a replacement free of charge, but new ring did not look at all like the picture (I asked for rose quartz, the stone wasn't pink in the least) and the band also had black spots on it.

I'm convinced everything they have in stock are cheap fakes from China. I can get prettier stones for less than $10 at any crystal shop so I'm having a hard time believing this is anything but an utter scam.

Avoid.

I bought a ring bundle but didn't love it and reached out to their customer support. They were so kind and helpful and offered me four different solutions for what they could do for me. I chose to exchange the ring I bought originally for a different one and it was just so hassle free. Yes, I did have to pay for the shipping cost of the returned merchandise, but I believe that to be reasonable because they didn't charge me for the price difference in rings or for the shipment of the new ring. I really love my ring, it's so gorgeous. It really means a lot to me when companies live up to their promises. They said hassle free returns and exchanges if you don't 100% love your jewelry and they really follow through with it.

Poor quality

I ordered all the way from Romania a ring for my mother. It said on the website it should arrive between 6 and 12 days. When i saw that the package it's late i emailed the company. The did bot respond, until the ring arrived in Romania after 1 week later. The ring is bad quality, it does not match the color from the pictures on the website and it looks and feels cheap.

To update on my previous review, I ordered another ring using the credit they gave me for my first ring (plus spent an extra $12). I can report I have been wearing it for a month or so now and it has not turned black and it does not turn my finger green. It is a lovely ring (the Nympf). I'm not sure what happened with my first ring but hopefully it was a one-off. With the new ring, I can wash my hands without having to remove my ring which is what I was looking for.

I bought a ring from here, when it arrived it looked different than the photo (it had blue stones on the sides and not clear like the photo). I wore it twice and decided I wasn't a fan of the blue so I reached out. They responded and said they don't have the ring I chose in stock but I could pick out another ring of similar price. But they didn't have any that I liked so I asked for a refund. I was told I can't get a refund but they would give me a credit for the full amount of the purchase. Ok fine. I take the ring out of the bag to wear today and it is black! This is a far cry from the beautiful photos on the site. I am very disappointed and upset that I wasted my money to begin with.

They basically stole my money and continue to give me the run around! I ordered myself a ring for my birthday. They sent me the completely wrong ring. I had to jump through their hoops to get it sent back to them. I provided them with a tracking number. I wake up this morning to an email saying that the package is still in pre shipment and that they haven't received it. I type in the tracking number and it clearly stated that they DID receive it! On the 20th. I am so very disappointed with my experience with these people.

Fake Aquamarine ring.

I ordered an Aquamarine ring from Moon Magic and aside from delivery taking extremely long, it was nearly impossible to contact anyone or have a tracking number. When the ring finally arrived it was a complete disappointment! The Aquamarine crystal has blue specks in it. If you zoom in you'll be able to see the blue specks in it. It seems to be colored glass or plastic. This company refuses to refund me the $85 back! I ordered an authentic Aquamarine as this company claims and instead got a fake, cheap ring. They are a fraud and I advise anyone to stay away and save their money for a legit company!

From rose gold to copper

I have the one that has 3 little stones, with another one.
The one with the 3 little stones changed colors, it was "rose gold" now it looks like COPPER.
Because of the COVID 19, I haven't use it, because I don't want to wash my hands and use hand sanitizer and damage them.
They are in their original box, since June. I am disappointed I really loved all the styles moon magic has, but I don't think I'll ever buy again

A story for you. I married my ex husband 5 years ago. We went through a lot and divorced 8 months later. I had a beautiful Neil Lane $8,700 ring. Well, we never let each other get to far and now we're getting married again. I would never spend that money again and I believe diamonds are beautiful but a little overrated. I saw this ring and fell in love. My expectations weren't high. With the ring and band it came to a little over $100. When I tell you I opened it and cried, I am not lying. I loved it more than my first ring. Thank you so so so so much for my forever ring!

AVOID, ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS.

My partner bought a necklace from Moon Magic for my 30th birthday but the stone fell out after wearing it once. My partner contacted the company but they are refusing to do anything about it. Such a waste of money. They also delete any negative comments/feedback on their website and Facebook. Why do that unless you are untrustworthy? Avoid at all costs.

I ordered the Naia moonstone ring / twinkling band bundle for $85. I ordered the wrong size at first (my mistake), then exchanged it for my correct size and had to pay shipping to return. Unfortunately, the second ring I received looks rougher and less iridescent. The first ring I received (which I had to return) had a smoother glow and luster with more blue/purple/pink hues in the sunlight. The ring I have now does not shine as brightly and is missing the blue/purplish glow. I wish they would have replaced the ring for free and ensured I had a quality gemstone.

They aren't even deserving of one star. I purchased their Tear of Joy and Bonding Arc set from their diamond collection. It states they are 14K gold and real diamonds. They are not real gold nor are they real diamonds. This has been authenticated. I spent $1000 on cheaply made jewelry that tarnished black within a weeks time frame and the company is still telling me this is a natural occurrence with real rose gold jewelry and that it needs to be cleaned often. I've owned numerous rose gold rings and have never had any of them turn black and that with with daily wearing. They are refusing to honor their 100% 30 day hassle free return guarantee and have also blocked me on all their social media pages after I took my complaints to their Facebook and Instagram pages. Save your hard earned money and buy from a reputable company. This scamming company doesn't deserve a cent of it.

I was really excited about purchasing my first piece from Moon Magic, I'm in Australia and their website said 10-15 days postage. With Covid-19 I assumed there would be a little delay and read on their website again expect maybe 3 days longer wait.
However it's now been 6 weeks and I've not received my ring. Contacted their customer service last week with no response... emailed again this week and received what seems to be a generic email just with my name added to it, requesting I provide my order number even though the subject clearly stated my order number.
Contacted DHL and Australia post they've both replied and advised I need to speak with Moon Magic.
I'm highly disappointed spending over $100 AUD on a ring that I'll probably never receive.
Wish I had read these reviews prior to purchasing.
They emailed me weeks ago asking me to post a review, my review was that I'd love to say it's amazing but I've not received it... they've not posted my review nor contacted me.

I have been trying to order a moon magic ring from India and all my transactions and being declined. I tried to order from paypal as well but still it was showing an error. I tried reaching out by writing their customer service form and still haven't received a reply back yet. I really want to buy a ring but there seems to be a major problem in their site.
