Gorgeous opal ring

This was a replacement ring after I was unsatisfied with a previous purchase.
I have to congratulate the the customer service - it was phenomenal - I love this ring it's so shiny and pretty. Although delivery took a while but due to COVID nothing is coming on time it seems. Glad I finally received this yesterday and can't wait to get out of lockdown and get my nails done so it can pop on my hand! I sent photos to 5 friends yesterday LOL :) <3

Looking forward to it's arrival, had an issue and contacted cust. Service. They gladly replaced my order w/ a different choice & I was able to keep the other ring as well. I love moonstone & feel drawn since forever. I charged both rings under the full moon for 3 nights, night before, night of & night after main full moon energy I Now wear daily 24/7 and get compliments tooLove my moonstone

Shocking company.

My ring from here didn't even last 3 months... The gems round the outside have fallen out and the company only guarantee your ring to last for 1 month... Be careful when buying ladies. The gems are beautiful but the rest of the jewellery is cheap and doesn't last!
They have also now deleted every negative comment I've left on both Facebook and Instagram and then blocked me... Says it all really.

Shocking

When I received this ring I was delighted! I thought it was a beautiful ring, but as always I leave reviews until a while after I've purchased things so I can see how they hold out. After a month or so the stone in the middle became loose, so I emailed and they informed my my ONE month warranty had ran out! One month on a £70 ring? Seems sus to me. They offered 50% off another product which I declined as I didn't want another ring that would fall apart in under 6 months. I hoped the ring would hold out, but yesterday (four months after purchasing) the stone fell out completely! I am completely shocked. Would not recommend anyone buy a product from this company. I then went to leave a review to warn other potential customers about my issue and they have banned me from leaving a review! I couldnt believe it. Please don't waste your money :(

I have so far bought a necklace and a ring and I'm loving them. Shipping took a little longer than I would have liked but I understand with the pandemic and also me being in Europe. The designs are unique and very beautiful, I'm constantly checking the website for new designs and ideas - great for a gift! Customer service so far has also been very helpful, friendly and quick :)

Grosse déception...

J'ai acheté plusieurs article un ensemble de deux bagues + une bague + deux colliers...

Résultats:
- pour les deux colliers la pierre est de petite taille (j'ai mesuré elle fait a peine 9mm contrairement a 12-15 mm écrit sur le site)
-les deux colliers ont les mailles rouillées.
-j'ai perdu une pierre sur une des bagues
-l'une des bagues a la pierre de lune qui ne ressemble a rien du tout et est cassé.

Totalement déçu pour un total d'achat de 360€... pour des bijoux d'extrême mauvaise qualité...
J'ai pourtant regarde tous les avis et j'étais amoureuse des photos des bijoux. C'est ce qui m'a d'ailleurs poussé a acheter. JE N'AURAIS PAS DU!

J'ai envoyé plusieurs mail, plusieurs message sur Instagram je n'ai pas de réponses. Mise a part sur Instagram où ils me disent d'envoyer un mail...
Mais je n'ai pas de réponses...

Totalement déçu, vraiment...

Rusted Ring

I found this company, very excited to share with my mother. We chose rings for one another and gifted them to each other for Christmas 2019. I wore my ring a total of 3 times before the band started to look rusted as if it were cheap quality! I thought these rings were good quality and definitely did not expect it to happen so soon- this happened probably 3 months after ordering, I emailed moonmagic about the issue and was basically told it was normal? I don't think something like this should be normal and if so the rings shouldn't be priced so high nor sold as "sterling silver" or real anything! Very disappointed!

They don't pay the text so it will just get stopped at customs, so they charge you another 40 quid to get it. Plus they don't even inform you that it got stopped. They don't respond to emails or anything.

We include all relevant documents/information to ensure that each parcel passes safely through customs but as mentioned in our FAQS, a small percent of orders we ship may be subject to import duties and taxes and this is sorted once the shipment reaches its destination country.
This fee is not related to shipping and we’re not responsible for these charges or in control of the costs.

A month ago I have purchased "Moonstone Ring - Harlow" as a surprise gift for a very special friend of mine. The ring was beautiful and it looked very similar to the images online. Unfortunately, the ring size was a little too small. So I reached out to customer service, and Anna from their team reached out to me to assist me with my exchange. I have been working in the customer service industry for over 14 years, and I have to say Anna was nothing less than AMAZING! She was very prompt with my emails and made sure that I had all the information that I need in order to make the exchange quickly and without any hassle. After about two weeks of me shipping the original ring back, I received my exchange, and it even looked more beautiful than the original one. My friend loves it, and I am beyond pleased with the assistance that I have received. Because of representatives like Anna, I will definitely be back to purchase more items from this website. Thank you very much Moon Magic team for the amazing ring, and keep up the great customer service that you have.

They suck!

I bought my daughter a ring back in April - not super expensive, but not inexpensive either - $90 for four months. It broke about a month ago (prong broke and she lost the stone) and they have a 30 day warranty. If you are planning on buying something from them, don't. I just want to keep another person from being scammed. Is Magic Moon a legit company or a scam? Don't purchase from Moon Magic! You could get way nicer rings from Pandora for a quarter of the cost! They offered me a 15% refund... ridiculous -_- would NOT recommend! Save your cash, spend elsewhere! Picture of Expectation Vs Reality... disappointing, Blue ring looks cracked & Rose Quartz looks see through.

It was just plain white rough cut stone with not much shine. Really not worth the amount I paid.

So I never leave reviews like this but this is ridiculous. I was very excited to order from this website but customer service makes the process very bad. So my boyfriend got me the same ring for our anniversary, I had ordered the same one in silver not knowing. So we wanted to do an exchange for his and an exchange for another item for mine. We were given the instructions for shipping the items back. When asked how much the shipping back is to them and multiple emails I have not received a response. I think it's ridiculous that the item we ordered didn't require a shipping fee and we wanted an exchange for each of the items. However, since we have not gotten a response I just decided I'm going to be returning both items. It's very sad because I was super excited to order from here but honestly the process of an exchange or return is stressful. If they are able to give a 15% refund if you keep the item why wouldn't they be able to cover the shipping for exchanges. Sorry but I will not be ordering from here ever again and will not be recommending the website to any of my friends. Alsooo the customer service rep kept confusing my name with a different name and called my boyfriend my name but spelt wrong? It's very insensitive to think the person who is helping you is not even really reading the emails.

Horrible products

The jewellery is so cheap. I asked for a refund when my necklace arrived GREEN. It was already tarnished when I took it out. When I emailed, it took a lot of follow-ups to get a response. They said I could keep the defected necklace and send back the other necklace I bought (also poor quality). These guys have amazing marketing; The jewellery doesn't actually look anything like the pictures. Worst experience ever.
