Ring turned black

The ring I ordered turned black after 2 weeks of gently wearing it. Their website says hassle free returns but this is not true. I couldn't have been more disappointed.

Amazing customer Service

Initially, I ordered the spirit keeper and the chain came a little bronzy looking. However, once I emailed customer service, I was given amazing service and offered a new necklace free of charge. This gave me confidence in shopping at moon magic and I highly rate how they deal with complaints or faulty products. I am very satisfied with this company and recommend them highly to others.

It's been 2 months since I received my ring and earrings from Moon magic which I never wore. I placed them in a safe location and to my surprise when I was cleaning I noticed that both the ring and pair of earrings are already tarnished. I have bought rings/earrings overseas for $2 that have lasted much longer than the jewelry I purchased at Moon magic. I specifically bought this set because I didn't want to deal with tarnishing issues and so far it's been the set of jewelry that has tarnished the fastest without ever being worn. After reading the rest of the reviews I find it really insulting that the company doesn't take ownership for the quality of their jewelry and does not offer a full refund knowing that their materials are of cheap value. At this point I'm just writing this review to warn everyone else to NOT purchase from this store.

Waste of time!

Bought my first ring from the company and within one week one of the prongs holding the stone in snapped. Contacted the company and they allowed me to choose another item of the same value which was great however when the replacement ring arrived I then had to contact them again because what I ordered was aquamarine and what I got was not even close to the same colour as on the website and I was told every piece is different and maybe the brightest of my phone or computer made it looked different! I was told I could get a full refund only if I returned in 7 days. Ummm I live in Australia and you want me to pay to post it back to America? Yeah not happening. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. NEVER AGAIN

Damaged Goods
December 13, 2020

I ordered a necklace and it came degraded, almost as if someone picked at it; attached pictures for reference. I understand that sometimes items get bent or damaged on arrival, but the box was in perfect condition... which makes you think, did they even look at what they put into the box? It's unfortunate being that their customer service was excellent, item arrived when promised, refund was given, it's just the quality is trash...

Bought a moonstone ring... it was super glued in to a thin and flimsy setting! Of course the stone fell out on the second wearing... and then the warranty only covered 1 month but with the long shipping time, that month had almost expired wheb it arrived as it goes from their export date. I left a review on this site and they changed their mind and sent a replacement. Awaiting its arrival and will update on the quality

Horrible Service

Absolute fail
December 10, 2020

Got two rings from moon magic. Was supposed to be a Christmas gift from my boyfriend but showed up a month after Christmas even thought he ordered a month before Christmas.

I wore moon magic rings sometimes, but apparently too much. The stones on both fell out in under a year.

Their Instagram deletes any negative comments. So many left bad comments and I was shocked that they could sell 85$ plus rings that don't stay in and it wasn't just me. I reached out to them and they pretty much told me tough luck. Same response of when my boyfriend complained for them being a month late. Don't get scammed

Great customer service

I ordered a ring from moon magic, absolutely beautiful it was to big unfortunately. Mailed them about the return/replacement options, got a really quick response. Send out the wrong ring a few days and the new one is already on it's way. Excellent service! Cant wait to receive the right one.

I am not one to ever write a bad review but can't help it because of the poor customer experience I have ever recieved. It is one thing to sell people faulty rings, which clearly is the case if multiple people have complained about the same thing, but what is WORSE is not taking responsibility as a business and RECTIFYING it with your customers. My partner bought me a moonstone ring for my birthday and I was so excited because it was a lovely ring. I wore it on my birthday night (first time) and my partner noticed the stone on the dining table. I then contacted the company and initially they were really good and said they can ether replace it or give me an item of a similar value. Although I loved the style of ring I received, I was scared that it may happen again because of the design. So I picked the only other ring I liked which was of a similar value (difference was about $17) and then I sent that in. Didn't hear back for a few weeks so I assumed all good, then I contacted them again to see if the new ring had been sent. The different lady Marlene said I had to pay the difference of $17, which I then said was not what I was told originally. She then offered to split the difference of $8 and then it just got me so mad, like just pay the difference for all the messing around I have had to go through because YOUR product is faulty. So I have given up and paid the difference of $8, a month later I still have no ring, and am out of pocket scared the next one will probably break again and writing a bad review. How not to run a business 101.

Cheap crap

My daughter received a ring as a gift and in less than 24 hours the band turned completely black. This ring cost $75 and her boyfriend purchased as a promise ring. I emailed customer service twice with no response.
Do not order from them!

Crappy quality don't buy!

Dont be tricked by the good reviews, these people just have really good marketing. The quality is really bad, stick to pandora or literally any other ring shop... the jewelry rusts and the jewels fall out easily. Don't waste your money, stay away

They delete any bad comments so people get tricked into buying their items. They are so cheap and look like they buy them from Ali Express. Don't be fooled, save your money and go to Pandora or something... also, if you ask for a refund YOU have to pay for shipping or they offer yu an extra 15% off. So it's really disapointing. Super cheap, not shiny, and im pretty sure all of the good reviews are fake. Not worth the money at all. DONT BE FOOLED. They may pay a lot for marketing but you are getting scammed.

Don't order

Do not order from this company. Bought a ring and it broke after 30 days and they told me they couldn't give me a refund because it was over the 30 day refund policy. Told me they would give me 50% of my next purchase. Horrible customer service in the middle of a pandemic. Don't fall for it!

Very disappointing to receive my item in such poor condition. The necklace is all tarnished/black and the logo plate on the back of necklace has scratches. Very poor quality control. Disappointing first experience and will be the last. They obviously don't care about overseas customers.

This company brags about how fabulous their jewelry is but that was not my experience. First thw stone appeared nothing like in the pictures. Second my boyfriend ordered my ring long before he gave it to me. Despite that the fact that I only wore it for 14 days before a stone fell out and that the silver tarnished in 1 day, they would not honor the ring as defective. And they purposely didn't post my one star review to their website. They can't be trusted and they truly only care about the customers happy with their product. Will not make the mistake of purchasing from them again when their is a company that has similar pricing and lifetime warranties.

Update: after a lot for tooing and throwing they finally came back with a solution but its disappointing that it took some bad reviews from me for them to offer a simple replacement. Glad to note that this has been resolved. A ring I recently bought for my daughter broke (within a MONTH and only worn half a dozen times at most), emailed moon magic and they replied with "if you pay us more money we will give you a replacement" they've blocked me on social media and wont respond to my emails now because I said their response is unsatisfactory on a public forum - how mature and grown up - so business like. I am appalled by the cheapness of an expensive product despite them claiming to be such a great well made brand and even more disgusted with their customer service. DO NOT buy a thing from here - you will only be disappointed.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. Inauthentic cheap quality jewellery, my item took 7 weeks to arrive and once arrived the stone was clearly not a rose quartz, the 'stone' was clear. I requested a refund and was offered 15% which I was not satisfied with, so I took the piece to a local jeweller and they confirmed it was not rose quartz and not 14K vermeil. I went back to Moon Magic and told them I will be taking this further if a full refund is not processed as this item is not true to description- they processed the refund thankfully however only because I threatened to take it further as their items are not authentic as they advertise.

My partner gave me a ring from Moon Magic. It took way over the time frame that they suggested but thought nothing of it. Then I get the product, in a ziplock bag. They promised to send us a box for the ring, but we never got anything or heard from them at all. I wear it for 2 months and now it is completely rusty and the stone has come out of the ring. My partner reached out to which we continuously received condescending responses from Khristina.
We asked for a refund and they claim there is a warranty on the goods but there is no information on their website whatsoever. Then they proceed to offer us a 50% discount to cover their cost to purchase a new ring. We definitely don't want Any other jewelry from them after the experience we had.
I will be taking this matter further as they think this is a joke.
