The ring set I ordered is gorgeous! My wife loves it! The stones are shiny and very colorful. I would say that the attention to detail is exceptional.
Additionally, their customer service is top-notch. Friendly, professional and efficient. I had ordered the wrong stone and when I contacted them they were very helpful in fixing my mistake, will definitely be a repeat customer. I have my eye on a few items already!
I'm shocked to learn that they delete complaints and honest feedback from customers on Instagram comments. One minute you see a complaint, the next moment it's untraceable. I bought an opal ring. It chipped in the first week and fell out in the second week. They want you to buy and say that the exchange of incorrect sizes are convenient and easy. It's extremely untrue. One of my rings didn't fit. I emailed them to find out where to send the ring to, and they don't respond. I also noticed that someone else had the same issue, but her comment got deleted. Untrustworthy service and product.

I ordered a Moonstone ring at the start of November for my friends Christmas present. Paid over $120 for the ring and shipping to AUS. Within 5 days of her opening it for Christmas, the stone had fallen our and the "silver" was discolouring. I contacted the company as soon as the ring fell out, but because I am out of there insainly short 30 warranty period, they are offering my NOTHING! No refund, no return, their only suggested is a buy an additional ring at a discounted price. Why on earth would I want another ring of such poor quality. The company is corrupt, and the quality is appalling. Theyre customer service took over 12 days to respond to my first request.

Ordered my Wife a Moonstone Ring for Christmas on November 27th. It didn't arrive until Christmas eve and wasn't even shipped out for almost 3 weeks after ordering it.
When it arrived, it looked nothing like the natural stones in the photos. Just a square rock that looked like garbage. As other have mentioned, their sizing is completely off and the ring fit way too big on my wife.
The worst part? Trying to return an item is a nightmare. Their customer service is garbage, it took them 2 weeks to answer my e-mail and their answer is that I have to pay for return shipping to Florida from Toronto if I want a new size or to return an item. Are you kidding me? You're an online retailer, you forgo the cost of a brick and mortar store knowing full well people will need to try your items on to make sure they fit. This place is a total joke - I am going out of my way to return this item and to tell people not to deal with this company.
They use social media and a BOATLOAD of fake reviews to make their products seem like they're anything special. I absolutely cannot recommend enough that you stay away from these people. Garbage products, garbage service, one of the worst online retailers I have ever had to deal with. Buyer beware - don't flush your money down the toilet with this company.

After waiting over a month and being later from Christmas and countless excuses from an incompetent seller the ring had a arrived and it's not good, bares little resemblance to the pics, Customer service was an absolute joke, read the reviews below, they don't lie! Reviews can't be left on the social page for obvious reason and negative comments are being deleted! How embarrassing to have to lie to your customer base

Also, there were three options to return the item and we will send you a brand new one in the same design or exchange it for something else from our website, as well as the option to return it and we will issue you a full refund of the purchase price.

I had several small issues with this company, but the final straw was when they asked for my honest review and never published it. Will never trust an Instagram company again.
- Like others, I too had a problem with my Black Friday purchase being out of stock. It took much longer to arrive.
- Sizing is off and the rings run large.
- The raw moonstone ring I received looked nothing like the photo (see attached image). It was dull, cut into a rectangle, and you can SEE the setting it is mounted to.
- I received a follow up email asking for my review. I wrote that I was disappointed, but the customer service was helpful. The review was never published on their website. I am certain that they delete negative feedback on both their site and their Instagram page. I am also suspicious that they buy fake positive reviews.

Jewelry looked way different than pictured on the website. Customer service was very slow and bare minimum to not be called bad. Didn't reply to email, but sent a screenshot of an alleged reply they gave (but never sent). Had to pay to return their crappy product.

Much like Adam, paid for ring in the first week of December, a month later the package is still not here, can't be tracked, no customer service number, auto response to my email I sent them... This was supposed to be an anniversary gift.

On November 2 Mike proposed to me. He gave me a beautiful moonstone ring (because its what I wanted) and I couldn't have been happier. On December 7, just a little over a month after he proposed, I woke up to the stone missing from my ring. I was devastated and heartbroken. He bought my ring from a place online I had fallen in love with called Moon Magic. We promptly contacted them and after 2 weeks of run around and back and forth messages, I was left heartbroken again. We were told they would not replace my ring, but we could purchase a new (as long as it wasn't on sale) for 50% off the price, they would cover shipping. I will never again buy anything from Moon Magic and should have read the BBB reviews, Google reviews and even their site reviews before having him get it from here. Their customer service and return policies are a joke.

Do not believe the reviews on their website. I wrote a bad review and even after an email confirmation, the review has not been posted. I bought the "above the clouds" opal ring. It was beautiful but after two days of wearing it a prong broke off and the opal fell out. They sent a new one, free of charge, but it was still bad quality. The opal fell out after two weeks because the prongs bent out of shape. It is pretty jewelry but the quality is terrible. I had a 25 dollar Walmart ring that lasted me two years. This 80 dollar moon magic ring won't even last you two weeks.

I'm still doubtful of Instagram ads. Some companies I buy from are legitimate. This one is a mixed bag which I've never experienced before. For one thing, the gems are way more appealing looking on the website. I ordered a moonstone ring and it's still a nice ring, but for the price I paid, I wasn't expecting a boring, cloudy looking stone.
The shipping was weird too. This was during Cyber Monday and I did my shopping from different companies, yet this was the only order where they didn't ship it until 6 whole days after I ordered it. All my other orders where shipped 1-2 days after I ordered. The only excuse I'll accept is they were overwhelmed by the sale.
The most puzzling part is that they claim to be based in Florida. In fact, I live about 2 hours away from where they shipped my ring from, so you can understand my confusion when my bank account showed not just what my ring cost, but there was a Foreign transaction fee that was a measly $. 075. The location is from Germany and there's nothing on the site that mentions that at all. Why is there money going to Germany when I ordered from a "Floridian" company? It left me a little uneasy because as I stated before, I live practically 2 hours away from where they shipped my order from, why am I getting a Foreign transaction fee and why is it not mentioned anywhere on their site?
So basically, their products are way too overpriced for dull looking stones that don't match how shiny and pretty they are on the site and they don't tell you about a foreign fee even though this is supposed to be a company that ships from the US.

That would be a transaction fee charged by your credit card institute or the issuer of the card you used for the purchase. Unfortunately, that is out of our hands. For further information about this, please contact your bank. They will be able to help and explain this fee in more detail. We ship from our warehouse in Florida but the company has international accounts in Germany.
We are very sorry, we had a slight delay due to the number of orders over the Black Friday/Cyber Monday deal days and our warehouse is working around the clock to ship every single item as soon as possible.

I ordered the moonstone earrings. They arrived with two different size hooks so one hung longer than the other. They did respond to my email right away and sent me a new pair but it was still a disaster. The hooks didn't look the same (one shiny and one with more of a patina and they are still not the same size and one is bent!) I tried to post a review on their website and even after confirming it through an email they sent, it has never posted. So beware! You get sent crap and they don't allow your honest review.

I created a review from trustpilot and the seller flagged and reported my review.
I updated it but trustpilot still hasn't released the review after I responded to it. Here was the review I made that the company did not want to tell you.
Update: I just received a notification from trustpilot that my review below was flagged REPORTED by the seller! I replied to them that they know their return policy. They know about the foreign transaction fee from their Germany bank. They know about the receipt within 7 days of purchase or you forfeit the right to return it. Most importantly, I have emails to back it up! The fact that the company knows this and has the audacity to report this review says a lot about the kind of seller you are dealing with. Buy at your own risk knowing about this.

This is what their website omitted / deliberately did not disclose:
1. You will see a foreign transaction fee in your bank statement / credit card statement because the bank acct they use is from Germany. Although the items are shipped to and from the US.
2. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. So it's not a free return.
3. Even if you have 30 days to return, once you have have the RMA, you only have 7 days to return or you forfeit it.
4. Quality: in my opinion, the gemstones are not as big as in the pictures and cloudy. The ring band is very very very thin.

Answer: Yes, the main stone in my ring fell out after four months and the company is refusing to refund me. It's only four months old. They say it's only got a one month warranty! A month?! They only have a month warranty because they expect them to break and don't want to give you your money back. Disgusting.
