Ordered and paid for a ring and earrings on 3rd November. Was told the next day that earrings were out of stock (why sell them then?!), so I asked for ring to be sent separately as needed it for wife's birthday. Several emails and TWENTY THREE days later my order has STILL not arrived. My wife's birthday has passed. This has caused me stress and upset my wife. Shocking service, unprofessional, uncaring, uncooperative and inept. I'd never buy from MoonMagic again and recommend you avoid them too. My complaint is still ongoing...
My moonstone looks fake! It looks like a crystal that has been painted on by a sheer blue nail polish. I am so upset! They wont give you your money back but If they do its only 20 percent. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I AM A REAL CUSTOMER, MAKING A REAL REVIEW. WE SHOULD MAKE A YELP SO THEY CAN NOT DELETE YOUR REVIEW ON THEIR WEBSITE. MY RING WAS 62 DOLLARS

Thank you for your feedback. Please note that no two rings look the same thanks to its natural gemstone beauty and unusual, untreated shape. Also, we are using only Authentic Rainbow Moonstones. If you don't like your ring you can return it for a full refund, however, a 20% refund is one of the options if you decide to keep the ring. We are very sorry for any inconvenience.

I finally managed to get some jewellery for
My Bithday and I was over the moon. I had a slight problem with some of the gems falling out of my ring, but I contacted customer service and i have never experienced such care before. My issue was sorted quickly and efficiently and I will definitely be ordering again!

I have ordered from this company two or three times now. Some items I've received have been pretty and just like (if not better) than the photo. However, some items I've received are not even slightly like the photo and the stone is way smaller than advertised. I ordered the raw moonstone ring in silver and really liked it (the shape wasn't as pretty as on the site/instagram but I was all right with that). The blue shift was really cool at different angles and lighting. I then ordered the same ring in rose gold and the one that came was not at all the same quality. The stone size was half the size of my silver one and the blue shift/vibrancy was nonexistent. Because they offer a petite version of the ring for much cheaper, I was frustrated I didn't receive the same size and qualify that I did before. The response of stones are unique and will all look different doesn't satisfy my frustration because they have control over the size of the stone (especially since they now offer multiple sizes for different prices).

However, if you are not satisfied with the ring you can return it for an exchange or for a full refund. The Petite Raw version is different from the regular Raw Crystal ring as you know and no two rings look the same thanks to its natural gemstone beauty and unusual, untreated shape. My mom bought me this beautiful moon stone ring for my birthday, but she forgot to choose the correct size. When it arrived it was so small I couldn't even fit it on my pinky. So I reached out to customer service via email to see what I could do.
The person I was emailing with her name is Marijana. She was amazing helped me select my correct ring size even offer to ship it free of charge. She even let me keep the small ring instead of returning or exchanging it. So i gave the smaller ring to my sister as a gift.
My new ring was on it's way and within 3 days I got it. I love this ring!
The customer service provided by marijana was amazing she responded back on a timely manner, answered all my questions and made it easy for me to have a good experience through the purchase!

Such poor quality! I had my ring for two months and three side stones fell out. I contacted customer services and they said because its past their one month return policy, the best they can do is sell me the same ring at 50% off or I could purchase something of the same value as my ring off their site for 50% off! Such bull****! If I'm paying $80 for a ring it should not fall apart after two months and if it does this company should take better care of their customers by replacing it for free. Either way they would still be making money off me and I'm not falling for that! Also, I posted a 1 star review on their actual website and it doesn't show up... only 4 and 5 star reviews do... weird?

You were welcome to contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. I have bought a Rose Quartz Gold Ring in July and due to the misleading information on their website about the international shipping I have never received it. I have been in contact with them explaining my situation and they assured me when the package is getting back to them they are going to contact me about a refund or a reshipment. I have been waiting for 2 months and nothing. They refuse to give me my refund telling me i just have to wait some more.
Also, their website, Instagram and Facebook it's just a fantasy: it's filled with fake comments and they delete every comment they do not like.
It's a scam, do not buy!

We informed you that this can take a few months and we can't give you a guarantee, especially if the address refers to a real location. I ordered a silver piece covered with rose gold and waited for a week before reaching out to customer service. Lady named Marlene said that they were swamped with orders but I'll get my tracking number tonight. It didn't happen that day. I got no update from the company, no apology, no heads up about the delay for over a week but Marlene kept telling me to be patient. After a while I asked to be refunded and she emailed me back convincing to keep my order and just wait some more for the shipping information. I declined.
Would not recommend to anybody. Seems like a scam.

The ring is very pretty. It does not like exactly like the picture because the stone reflects light so depending on the lighting the ring will look different but always pretty. The ring is just a bit bigger on my finger so I emailed customer support and they were amazing! Marlene sent me a new one in the size requested and was extremely fast in her responses.

My poor fiancé got duped by this company. He bought me a replacement ring for a very special ring he has purchased our first year of dating. He assumed as the rings cost hundreds of dollars they were good quality. After a month and a half the ring band broke in half. I contacted the company for a refund to be told they only have a month warranty! But no worries, they'd like to resolve the situation by offering a replacement of the same price 50% off. What kind of logic is that? We're out a ring and you try to resolve it by making another sale? Wish he had reviewed this company beforehand and saw all these horrible reviews.

I bought some items for quite a sum as Christmas presents from them and the parcel could allegedly not be delivered (I gave them my work address for shipping because we're open 11h/d, so there was always someone there to accept the parcel). Anyways, instead of a second try to deliver it was instantly sent back and I tried to get in touch with the customer service. They said they can't stop the return and they offered they could send the items again for 50% of the original price or I can wait until the parcel gets back to them and I'll get a refund. Months passed and they always claimed the parcel has not returned yet and sometimes it would take months! After almost a year and after I told them I'd consult a lawyer, the parcel magically returned and I got a refund (but not the shipping costs...).
What kind if company would treat their customers like crap?! Do yourself a favor and do NOT buy from those unprincipled people!

I am very sorry about your experience. I saw that your package is safely returned to us and we've processed your refund on September 28,2019.
Unfortunately, there is not much we can do once the package is shipped, as the package is not in our hands anymore. However, it is very rare that our orders experience an international unintended return process. For some reason, the shipping company was not able to deliver your package. It can take months for international undelivered packages to return and be processed at our warehouse, but again this is something we cannot control.

Answer: Yes, the main stone in my ring fell out after four months and the company is refusing to refund me. It's only four months old. They say it's only got a one month warranty! A month?! They only have a month warranty because they expect them to break and don't want to give you your money back. Disgusting.
