I had gone back and forth on what ring to buy for my girlfriend and input my order multiple times. Well, apparently on the last instance, I selected the wrong gold. I have recommended the site include a page listing the specifications of each order prior to making the order final, maybe they do that. But this issue was probably on me for not ensuring the ring I ordered was exactly what I wanted. I reached out to the company using the email they provided and they got back to me very quickly. I had to eat the shipping cost to send the original ring back, but again, this was my fault so that is just part of getting what I actually meant to order. Sent the original ring back and within a week or so they sent me the ring I actually wanted. I was skeptical that they would follow thru on their promise to replace it, but they sent emails every step of the way so I knew exactly where things stood as far as my return and when the replacement would arrive. Now, I just need to see if my GF likes the ring, she picked it out, so hopefully she will be happy with the actual ring once she sees it. I would just say if you are skeptical that they will follow thru on their promises, they did with me and I would not be leery about buying from Moon Magic again.
I ordered the Wild Child necklace. I didn't even take it out of the plastic when i noticed the the color of the stones and the quality of the silver was not as expected. Immediately I went to request a return - which involved a text and several emails. When i finally got an email, i was asked to photograph the item. And then I was to "take a short video of your item with your phone on a clean background(ideally black or white) and natural light by moving your item slowly." What? I haven't even unsealed it. Im supposed to stage a photo shoot? As of now I have not been given an RMA number. But Im suspecting ill have to get AmEX to resolve this one. If they do what they should and allow it to be returned in a sane customer service process, ill update this post.

After my order my lost by USPS, Moon Magic refused to refund or replace. They have stated its not their fault and their policy is to not refund or replace. They said it's USPS fault. As someone who works in shipping, I know they have insurance on everything that is shipped. USPS pays out the claim to the shipper. They contracted USPS to deliver the package safely, USPS failed to complete the task and Moon Magic has refused to remedy the situation. So I've paid money for a product I never received. Never again will I do business with this company.

DHL shipping is the worst with Moon Magic orders. They will not tell you that you owe customs until 2 months after the items are delivered and then they'll harass you with sketchy calls that you cannot tell are real and only checking your orders months later on the payment only site will show owing customs. The actual DHL tracking will not show it. Jewellery is not worth the hassle and the company doesn't offer any shipping protection like other companies or other shipping options that are more reliable and honest.

I placed an order for a necklace through Moon Magic which was marred by some hiccups, but was more than perfectly resolved by their excellent customer service team. I purchased the 'Moon Desire' necklace and was initially shipped the incorrect item, another necklace. After reaching out to customer service, they promptly addressed my concerns and provided instructions on how to return the item at no cost, after which they sent the correct item. When I received the subsequent shipment, the item was correct though slightly imperfect in some areas. After speaking with customer service again, they escalated the case for review, after which they decided to send out another replacement necklace immediately, at no additional charge. The replacement necklace I received was beautiful and in pristine condition exactly as pictured on the product page. Jovana and the customer service team was extremely helpful and communicative through every step of my order. I would highly recommend purchasing through this company.

I've purchase several items from moon magic. My first purchase was a set of 3 rings, only 2 arrived. I made the company aware and they sent a replacement so all was well. Fast forward, I sent my mom a necklace from the company for my birthday gift. She purchased it and the necklace was missing the center stone, I contacted them for a replacement and they stated that since the item was purchased over 30 days ago they would not replace it and offered a 50% refund. Very disappointed as a return customer, considering I had issues with every order so far. Don't recommend

I have seen Moon Magic jewelry for a long time now. And i have wanted one for so long. It ended up being my engagement ring. My fiance paid around 300 for my dream ring and it tore up in less then a month of wearing it. But because he had it a few weeks unworn before he proposed they said they cant do anything to help but offer me a discount on a different ring. The stone is scratched and cloudy now. A diamond fell out already and it looks dull and cheap now. The under part that touches my skin is turning black. Im heartbroken over this because i loved the ring so much. Now have to save up more money to get a replacement. The ring was beautiful when i got it but ended up disappointing after the first month.

Extremely low quality Jewellery and poor customer service. They charged me 200$ For a Ring set that they can't guarantee will last for more than a month. I reached out about the defective ring and they offered me 10% off my next purchase lol. This company is a joke. Thanks for selling me trash.

My ring broke under very normal use and they told me they can't help at all unless it was all gold. Please do not buy from them unless your willing to buy new stuff every few months or so because that's how long mine lasted.

I know I'm probably foolish to think that I was getting what I paid for, and man was I. Don't be fooled by the beautiful blue glow of the moonstone in the pictures. I bought the ring for my wife because she loves your site and has talked about it multiple times, but I was thoroughly disappointed with what I received. The ring is almost all white, very very cloudy, and unless you look REALLY close and hold it in just the right angle and lighting, you really can't see any blue to the stone at all. I know the actual food you get at a restaurant never is as good as it looks in the picture, and this experience was no different. Would not buy from here for her again.

Bought a necklace in memory of my mother. Spent days going back and forth beetween what company to buy from. I chose moon magic. I ordered the "14k" November birthstone necklace. When I received it the chain was diffrent then the one online. I sent a message and got told they had the wrong picture online... and sorry for the confusion they offered me 20% back. I said no thats not okay. As a company its up to them to be honest about their product. They then blamed it on the supplier and offered me 60% back... which I will get in 30 days. Still dosnt fix the problem. The same photo is on the site. And the description of the chain is still the same picture. So instead of being honest about their product they place the blame else where. Very unfair. I've never delt with a company that lies about their product to save money.
Don't order from this company.

I ordered a ring and necklace from Moon Magic for the first time and was very excited to receive my purchases for several events.
I first received an empty box. Apparently an employee forgot to out the ring inside. Weeks later I received the ring but the even I bought the ring for had already passed.
I then emailed asking about the necklace I still have yet to receive, Ana told me that my package has been lost. At this point I asked for a full refund on the necklace and to be reimbursed for the cost of shipping for sending back the ring since I am only returning the ring due to their error. Ana told me she cannot reimburse for shipping but can offer me a 10% discount on my next purchase. This is no help at all since I will never be purchasing anything from their company again. Horrible delivery service and customer service. I would not recommend Moon Magic to anyone.

I've ordered a ring and some earrings from them for an anniversary
They said 3-5 business days, 12 days have already passed (from which 7 are business days) and still didn't get the package.
I tried reaching their customer service and I discovered THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON EARTH IM CONVINCED ITS JUST A BOT ANSWERING
TODAY I FOUND OUT ONLY 1 ITEM FROM MY PACKAGE IS BEING DEILVERED WHILE NOBODY AT MOON MAGIC KNOWS WHERE AND WHY THE OTHER ITEM DIDNT SHIP

This product is a bunch of crap. I received a ring for Christmas and it already has lost 4 stones. We contacted you once one stone feel out and you wouldn't do anything about it. You claim that you stand by your product which you don't! I'll make sure everyone knows this isn't even worth spending $5 on. Don't waste your money.

My boyfriend purchased a ring for my for my birthday last year. The ring was very pretty but the prongs seemed weak and the ring was glued in. After about 5 or 6 months of everyday wear, the stone fell out and was lost. It took him over a month to receive the ring, so the "one month warranty" was far over with. I expected them to honor their quality, so I thought (a few months after I lost the stone) that I would try to contact them to see what they could do. They offered me 10% off. Lol. What a joke. I feel like for the price, the quality of their jewelry is a scam.

In January I pre ordered a ring from moon magic. The company charged me for the ring and I still have not received it. I had an issue prior thinking they were going to take care of it. Answer: Yes, the main stone in my ring fell out after four months and the company is refusing to refund me. It's only four months old. They say it's only got a one month warranty! A month?! They only have a month warranty because they expect them to break and don't want to give you your money back. Disgusting.
