The stones are really just white cloudy low quality stones that have NO blue hue, or any color in them. DONT order from them. Unless you want to have to pay shipping fees to return because you won't be happy. They are trying their hardest to get me to keep it saying it isn't defective. It isn't what I ordered that's sure

My rings were stolen through the mail and the auspost did not help me at all, moonmagic were right on it they replaced my stolen rings. I'm so happy that I bought my wedding rings from them. They have a very unique style you can't really buy in Australia. I wish they would open a store in aus that's my only complaint

Ordered an item for Valentines day for partner after seeing the post from them on Instagram, aside from the almost two week shipping delay for "QA" that was solved minutes after I contacted them over email, afterwards they did not comment on anything and almost three weeks after my order has been placed, the item still has not arrived, when I emailed them again asking for an updated I was given a run around excuse and when I checked the tracking on my UPS order it didn't even have my address on it, instead it was replaced by two zeros and my zip code, which I mentioned in my email and still have yet to get any response despite the fast responses I received before when I asked about the items shipping. Not only am I incredibly dissatisfied, I am planning a charge back on my card for this.

I bought earrings for a Christmas gift. After only one day, my friend was complaining that they hurt her ears badly (like cheap earrings do). I called customer service and was told my deadline to return was over. I reminded them that I bought it for a Christmas gift, and they have an extended return window for Christmas purchases. I bought it in mid October (I'm an early Christmas gift buyer), but they then told me their Christmas window didn't apply to me cause I bought it 2 weeks before the Nov 2 window started. 2 weeks! They wouldn't replace it or return it. I expected more from an expensive company. I paid good money and now have expensive earrings nobody can wear. They said the only thing they would offer me would be 50 percent off a NEW pair! So disappointed.

Our 30-day warranty is designed to cover manufacturer defects (60-days period for orders placed after November, 2nd). Not only did shipping take 2 months, customer service refused to care, just saying its not their fault. Usually a company would do what they can to make it right, this company couldn't even make a claim with the courier until the 8 week mark. Xmas came and went with no sign of this ring that I bought at start of November for my sister. She had already left the country by the time it finally arrived mid January. I asked if they could take it back but no, I would have to pay international freight, they wouldn't even ship it back to them despite knowing the situation.
The ring looks like it's been chipped, there's a white spot in the centre of it. Do they not even quality control the cuts?
The gift bag I bought is crinkled and too small for the scratched up little box provided for the ring.
Absolutely do not recommend wasting your money. The company is great at marketing but cannot follow through.

I wanted to get a ring for my sister as a Christmas present, and I timed the order perfectly.
The ring was supposed to arrive on 24th of December, but unfortunately something went wrong and the ring either wasn't delievered or someone took it.
Either way, my problem was with the delivery company, and not Moon Magic.
I told Moon Magic what had happened and they were so helpful, professional and quick and they sent me a new ring free of charge!
The ring came in a record time and my sister and I were amazed at how gorgeous the ring is!

Disappointed with the products. I had gotten a raw moonstone ring and the stone fell out within 3 months. Purchased a new one and that stone is about to fall out. I also had purchased a raw rose quartz ring and that stone fell out within weeks. I loved wearing them and they are such pretty rings but not worth It.

I purchased from Moon Magic on the 28th of November 2021 in the amount of USD 634.00 I received my purchase around the 3rd of December 2021. I did not like the products as they didn't look as advertised. The stones were not shiny as they were advertised online at all so I emailed Moon Magic to return all the products according to their policy. On the 6th of December a lady named Inna responded to me asking for reasons and what I wanted to send back. I sent back the package according to instructions from Inna and paid for the return shipping myself accordingly. I provided the return tracking number on the 7th of December 2021 and the package arrived at their warehouse on the 10th of December. Inna told me that I will get my money back no later than 30 days. I have been following up multiple times. Today is the 10th of January 2022 and I still haven't received my money back. All I am ever being told is that the package hasn't been checked in by the warehouse yet. I am not a bank and I want my money back. They have received the return over a month ago and it is not my fault that there seem to be issues with their warehouse. I understand the fact that there are currently supply chain issues globally but I am not willing to wait over a month for a return that I have made according to instructions. There should be some sort of customer service in this and not punish a customer for your own warehouse issues.

I'd purchased a few items from Moon Magic on my own and while they weren't amazing, I felt they were worth what I paid. I spotted a necklace on their site and added it to my Christmas wishlist. My boyfriend lovingly complied and let me open the original shipping box Christmas day. What I got was definitely not what was shown. I own moonstone pieces that cost half of what we paid for this necklace that have vastly superior "flash" and color. What I received is a cloudy white rock. Upon reading reviews here, I see others have had similar experiences with this exact piece.
I have been in touch with Marlene in customer service. She asked me for photos TWICE and ignores me unless I prompt her. I really just want to send this item back for a full refund at this point. I emailed customer service immediately on Christmas day and initially got a response quickly, and now nothing... so I'm going into the New Year with no Christmas present. The first two photos in this review are Moon Magic's original media. The third photo is what I received. The item is clearly grossly misrepresented-- as you can see, the stone on the necklace I received is just a cloudy white rock. So disappointing!
UPDATE: Moon Magic reached out to ask me for additional photos of the product to "show the team" as though this issue was debatable, so I obliged. Shown is another angle of the necklace I got shown next to an authentic moonstone ring I purchased elsewhere. As you can see, the authentic moonstones have a flash that shows in photos while Moon Magic's product does not.
UPDATE #2: I was offered a replacement. It is even worse than the original, with a huge crack in the stone. I have requested a refund and offered to return the products. I will update if they comply. I continue to be shown advertisements for moon magic with the necklace I supposedly ordered, and obviously there is a huge discrepancy. The replacement necklace is shown on the right of the photo showing two necklaces, again with an authentic moonstone ring purchased from a different vendor to show the difference.

I will start off saying I own several Moon Magic pieces. I've never had an issue. But boy are they a mess when you do. My husband tried to order me a necklace with a moon design and we received a necklace with a "T" charm. Nothing at all like what we asked for or needed. When husband explained the issue, they said just send the T back and then we'll send you the proper necklace. For Christmas? Oh they also offered 15% off his next order which I found cheeky since they hadn't fixed their first. When I pointed out that this made no sense since they messed up they should send the correct necklace immediately they then just said send the necklace back and we'll give you a refund. Still not helping us get the original piece we wanted. It's crazy to me that they screwed up but somehow they can't get the one thing we asked for to us. And then small businesses wonder why people use Amazon so much.

My partner had informed me that she liked the jewellery from their store and wanted specific earrings. After browsing the products, they appeared to be good quality. Upon purchasing, i have received an email to say i had purchased a necklace and not the earrings. After repurchasing the earrings and receiving both products, they appear to be dull and smaller than expected. Proceed with caution, photo editing managed to get me.

I have found this online business to be extremely understanding and helpful. I bought a ring a short while ago, which is beautiful and dainty, and it arrived from the U. S in a week! Unfortunately the ring was a bit big and I was offered many solutions to rectify the issue. All correspondence from the team was professional and the team were extremely understanding and helpful. I was eyeing moon magic jewelry for a while. I had my heart set on a specific ring. My friend ordered our mutual friend a necklace for christmas last year and had an amazing experience and fast shipping. They also got a ring with a great experience.
My boyfriend bought me my ring back in July for our 3 year anniversary. It was beautiful. I wore it on occasion and sometimes during work ( work from home desk job). This week; i wore it out to my chiropractor appointment then to the pharmacy. At the pharmacy i noticed one of the side stones was missing! My stomach dropped. I was so upset.
I contacted them and they got back to me quickly. Just to find out theres a 1 month warranty. Really? Its not like i was thrashing my hand around or abusing the ring. The prongs arent bent or damaged at all. Their offer was a 10% discount on buying a new ring?
So spend 100+ again for a ring to barely last 6 months? I dont think so. Im so disappointed and heart broken. I LOVED this ring.

Answer: Yes, the main stone in my ring fell out after four months and the company is refusing to refund me. It's only four months old. They say it's only got a one month warranty! A month?! They only have a month warranty because they expect them to break and don't want to give you your money back. Disgusting.
