I placed an order on this site. As soon as i pressed order it said they sent my order to a random address. I emailed right away. And they emailed me back saying it was already sent out. Never again.
I waited for a long time for my earrings and they arrived with a fault. I can't even use them. I want a refund or new pair sent to me as soon as possible.

My husband waited to gift this to me on our anniversary. So our return date was up. However, I wore the ring from Nov 28-Dec 3 and a gem fell out. I emailed and the best they could offer was 25% off with free shipping. And to be honestly the ring was quite bulky and not like the photo. Very disappointed.

Out of 8 items ordered, two were sent that were not the ones ordered; three weeks later I still don't have the correct items. Communicating with the customer service is pain - every reply takes them 2 days. The quality is okay.

Ordered my gf one of the ritzy moonstone rings and it arrived just today and me excited to look at it was disappointed to see that the actual gem had 0 colour to it at all. The advertised photos all showed at least some colour to then but this is just an opaque stone. If the stone was fine then the ring would look great in my opinion but sadly it does not. Will be trying for a refund

They charged me $86 at first, then it was $115, then I get a duty charge for $32 and probably will end up paying $20 for shipping all on a ring. If you try to get a refund and send it back or cancel your order you're charged a restocking fee and another shipping fee and then they would only offer me $22.50 of my $150 order just because why not and I haven't even seen the ring yet.
If you look up there reviews it keep redirecting you untill you keep clicking through links and then they only post their 5 star reviews or they're all fake because I don't know who would be happy at all about this situation at all

My fiance bought me a set for our wedding on Sept. 27 and it was received Oct. 1. At first glance the ring was beautiful but the band was flimsy and a month later the stone somehow comes out of the setting and theres what looks to be GLUE that was keeping it stuck to the setting itself. Contacted customer service and the only option they gave me was to purchase ANOTHER set or a different one for 50%off. No return, no refund, nothing they just want your money so they make the ring last a month with glue that way you cant be refunded after 30 days. He spent a lot of money on my set. Its wasted money, please save yourself the headache of being scammed and buy somewhere else... I dont have a ring for my wedding anymore and this is more than upsetting.

We purchased a diamond opal ring from Moon Magic and we loved how beautiful the stones and the ring are. Customer service is super reactive and I received excellent communications and services.
I ordered 3 different rings.
For some reason, one of the rings that I got was wrong.
I contacted the customer service and they immediately took care of me!
So I want to say a special thanks to Jana who replied super fast to me and also took care on the case!
Also the products are super high-quality and I highly recommend ordering from them!
I purchased a set of the moon ring stone. After receiving I did not like the moonstone itself and asked for an exchange. They just sent me another one. My complain was that it looks nothing like advertisement and has no color, just a white, cheap looking rock. When i received the second one, even though it was pretty similar to first one, i thought I'd just accept it. But when i went to grab the pairs that came with it, they had changed from silver to a cheap gold material. I was beyond shocked. I tried to get a refund but since the 30 days were up while i was waiting for the ring to arrive. They wont do a refund. Very disappointing, this is not worth the investment.

I purchased one of their necklaces as a gift for my girlfriend.
I have to say the necklace is nowhere near the quality Moon Magic made us expect.
I am not a jewlery person. However, I am an avid watch collector focusing on the restoration of vintage pieces.
I can proudly say through years of handling watches, I gained quite some knowledge on precious metals.
The silver necklace itself is of low quality.
The surface finishing is not uniform on areas where it clearly should be.
The clasp does not use enough silver on a few pressure points, which adds to the poor quality overall.
Also the Moonstone, which is the main gem; is not as clear and transparent as the pictures they showed.
Considering the value of a moonstone is largely decided by those two aspects, all I can say is that they used a top quality stone for the presentation piece, and a worse stone for the actual product.
Some say Moon Magic is a scam. I don't think so.
They used real silver, and the Moonstone; apart from the quality is genuine.
However, they seem to lack the kind of craftsmanship required. And only see their jewelry as just a source of profit.

This company does not disclose that there are import fees associated with international purchases. They have a shipping heading that you have to go to in their FAQ's. Got stuck with an import charge of over $30 to ship a tiny pair of earrings. Hopefully this can prevent anyone else having this happen. They wouldn't do a thing about it and offered a refund of $14, for an item I paid over $100

We ship our jewelry all around the world and most countries do not charge any duties/taxes on them. We include all relevant documents/information to ensure that each parcel passes safely through customs but if a tax or duty fee applies, we are not responsible for it. This fee is not related to shipping and we’re not in control of the costs, we’d advise contacting your local customs office for further information.

I purchased two sets from Moon Magic.
One set i wanted to exchange for a larger size and the other set i wanted to return and purchase one of the rings separately.
However the return process was too complicated. You are instructed to email their customer service and when you receive their instructions you are expected to return the item with 7 days of receiving the email.
You also have to pay for the shipping on your own. I admit their customer service is decent at getting back to you but honestly it is too much of a hassle.
The rings themselves did not look what they were priced at. Quality was not there.
Take your money and purchase from a different site.

I bought a Lovliness ring in July of 2020 and in November one of the side stones fell out. I contacted Moon Magic and let them know and since they only have a 30 day return period they would only give me 10% off a new ring. I decided to order another, thinking that it might be just a fluke that the stone fell out. In August a stone fell out. I'm very disappointed in the quality of these rings which cost upwards of $50. There was a beautiful set up there that I'd love to use as my engagement and wedding rings, but that's something that I really need to last so I won't buy from them again.

My husband and I chose this moonstone ring to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary, and it couldn't have been more perfect. The stone has a beautiful blue hue that shimmers in the light. It's elegant, timeless, magical and my fav piece of jewelry.
I ordered a ring wirth Aed 500, and paid online.
The ring delivered to me has one diamond missing. Nobody is responding to emails or complaints. Irresponsible service and no value for money.

I ordered the Raw Crystal Ring - Ritzy Moonstone for my close friend. The ring is more beautiful in person than online. The stone is absolutely gorgeous! I'm in love with this magical color so I've just placed another order for the same ring but for myself! :)) )

Answer: Yes, the main stone in my ring fell out after four months and the company is refusing to refund me. It's only four months old. They say it's only got a one month warranty! A month?! They only have a month warranty because they expect them to break and don't want to give you your money back. Disgusting.
