I like the discounts that monoprice has. Ti has saved me a few bucks here and there. Apart from that they sell good products for each and everyone of the things I have got from them has been working as expected. THey should keep up the good work as it is earning them a good reputation.

An American built amplifier that uses only top high quality hardware, and what they say it can do, it will do. They do not fudge the numbers. And as for the subwoofer M215, there is no equal in this price range and quite frankly anything more your going to need a stadium. I am very and completely satisfied with the price and the quality and performance of the products. Will be purchasing more. With the customer service. That too was hands down top notch. The communication between my self and the Monoprice team, They made sure I received the components on time. I had a short time table and it showed up right on time. The packaging was very sturdy to handle any rough shipping. And the communication after sales is still top notch with the customer service. With all this Corona virus going on, couldn't ask for anything more

As long as you don't expect to get your items on time you'll be FINE. I would not have an issues, but the fact that I am paying for shipping the least you could do is ship timely and provide realistic delivery dates. Hopefully you will work on it for future.

I purchased 2 USB braided 6 foot cables and they started to slow down or not work. The charging capacity was lessened. I contacted Monoprice and their customer service is excellent from beginning to end. The customer service representative Jon Christian accommodated me immediately without a hassle or any questions asked. The only questions they asked was which color I wanted and to let me know the one color wasn't available and they would replace it with another. The customer service team of Monoprice is one I would like to deal with again in the future. I plan on purchasing more products from them in the future. I recommend this printer a perfect first time printer for the hobbyist, it need less messing with then most of the other printers for 100 of dollars more, and the Monoprice support is quick and helpful, had a printer that had problems and they quickly sent me another one so yes if you want to get into 3d printing Monoprice voxel is a great choose

Last time I order from them forever! Their website somehow selected an old address on my last order even though I manually typed in my correct address. There was no way to cancel the order or correct the address. I put in 2 service tickets which were ignored. Of course, order was 'delivered' to the wrong address and they are refusing to take any action to assist with this issue. NEVER AGAIN! I have no confidence I will actually receive what I order.

Had an issue with a headset not holding a charge. Customer service was great and very helpful. Monoprice replaced original headset with a new one pretty quickly.

I had an issue with my order going to my old address and was told that I would have to go to my old address to track it down. Needless to say I was a little turned off by this. However, I was contacted by Paul and he told me they would send me a replacement and even credited my account. This is way above and beyond anything I expected. I have been purchasing from Mononprice since probably about 2008. I also find their products very affordable and high quality and that's why I've been buying from them for years. I have been telling people for years looking to buy a tv mount or HDMI cables look no further than Monoprice. Best prices for quality products.

The prices of the products are very mono as the name suggetss. If you want to save some extra cash the it is a good option for you. For an online shop they really respond fast. I managed to place my order in a very short while. The delivery tie was not that pleasing though.

Monoprice stands by their customers. My package was lost in transit (no fault of Monoprice, but rather USPS), Monoprice rushed out a replacement using an alternate carrier and it was in hand in 2 days. Once they saw that my merchandise was lost into the aether, they responded and sent me a notice that they would make sure I got the next one. Will absolutely buy from in the future

I have never failed to by satisfied with Monoprice. The comfort level of being able to rely on the products that are offered when one can not physically inspect them is tremendous. My most recent purchase was a Strata Sous vide device with no knowledge of the device or the process, and it has been a complete success. I have often referred friends and family to Monoprice.
