I recently ordered gaming headphones with a microphone there, and everything was great. My order was quickly received, quickly shipped, the price was the same as the one specified by an employee of the company. Everything came in one piece, new, with a guarantee. Now I can't show enough excitement about my purchase. I can't tell you how happy I am about such good service and quality :)) )

Please do yourself a favor and do not buy anything from here. I bought a pc monitor for 32" monitors. Paid for shipping, it got here and I built it then it didn't end up fitting my 3 32" monitors. I went to customer support and they said that I can return it for a refund but I have to pay for shipping back. I told them that's crazy! It's there product that says fits 32" and not only I wasted time but I paid for shipping to here and now shipping back because your guys product! And he said ok for a one time consideration. I will add the return fee to the return. Oh yay so I just wasted 20-30$ for shipping.

I have attempted to order from monoprice.com on two occasions. The pricing for the items was very competitive.
Both were small orders of less than $20 USD. In both cases I selected the standard shipping offering. Neither time did I ever actually receive the product that I purchased. I waited over 30 days to receive the item - the tracking number showed that it had shipped and was even in my local zipcode, but it never arrived. I contacted monoprice and they refunded my money, which was good, but seems like their tracking is iffy at best. Sort of "We might have shipped it, we might not have. We're not sure. You might get it, you might not. Why don't you wait a while and see if you get it, and if you don't get it let us know and we'll refund you." Many other reviewers say the same thing. Would not purchase from them again.

First impressions
June 22, 2020

I've had these now only 4 days. So far, I am very happy with them. They come with 3 sizes of silicone tips. The large does a good job of sealing out extremal noise. Though they haven't had very much use yet, I find the battery life is amazing. I personally like the flatter sound profile without enhanced bass. I was on the pixel buds wait list. Cancelling - sticking with these! On a long phone call, the buds were flawless. Both sides were clear and without background noise.

I put in a couple of claims regarding two USB cables that no longer work like they should and it's been infuriating. I've confirmed my mailing address repeatedly, was even willing to accept a different color and because they are incompetent, it's totally sold out. Never dealt with this company until I bought those two cables, now I wish I never did. They cancel claims for NO reason and they do NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. Do yourself a favor and buy higher end cables, you'll save yourself a lot of stress than to be dealing with these clowns!

I must say I was a bit dubious when I ordered a 3D printer from them (cause price was fantastic) but alas, the products was delivery promptly and with per-loaded files ready for my 9 year-old to print away. Where Monoprice really shined however was their Customer Service. Responsive and went above and beyond to remedy a small issue. Cant say enough about what this meant to me & my Son. Paul and his team were awesome and that's why I am writing a review (something I never do!). Kudos to Monoprice for delivering on all fronts: Price, Quality. Customer Support.

In my opinion, the best price and quality re: Monoprice's AA, 9V, and AAA ALKALINE batteries. Again, in my opinion and based on using Monoprice's batteries, I can attest that Monoprice's ALKALINE batteries are QUALITY batteries at their current price point. I am amazed at how reasonably priced Monoprice's 9V and even AAA ALKALINE batteries are, not to mention AA ALKALINE batteries. I get my AA, 9V, and AAA ALKALINE batteries from Monoprice.

My experience with monoprice.com was excellent. I purchased headphones and had to contact the company twice to get some additional instructions for their use. The people I spoke to were knowledgeable and professional. I also had to return a small item I had purchased. I purchased the Monoprice Stitch Wireless Smart Universal IR Controller. It's a great little device that can control my TV, cable box, even a roku! You can control multiple devices from an app on your phone or tablet. The app is pretty easy to use, and I like being able to set up "scenarios" under the "smart" section of the app. I can then use the "automation" tab to trigger a scenario to run, either manually, or at a specific time, or using a number of other triggers!

I've been a customer of Monoprice since their early days so I was very disappointed when my order arrived, the box was very light and I said to my roommates, "It feels like a box of air". When I opened the box, all that was there were the air filled packing materials - no headphones! Boy, was I pissed! Monoprice had always fulfilled my orders promptly and accurately. I called customer service and was surprised (as was the contact person when I told him of my issue) that after asking me some pertinent questions, my order was scheduled for replacement. Overall, for me, a painless process. Within a few more days, my headphones did arrive. So, only 4 stars because of the empty box.

I recently purchase a TV mount from Monoprice and during the installation process found a manufacturing defect which did not permit the mount to level out the TV properly. Dreading the typical service call that I needed to make to get a refund or replacement, I was actually extremely pleasantly surprised at how quickly the issue was resolved. I sent a couple of photos of the problem an was immediately issued a return merchandise authorization, sent a FedEX shipping label, and instructed to return the defective merchandise for replacement. Quick and easy. I am still waiting for the replacement, but have received emails indicating it has been shipped out. Overall, a pleasant and painless experience. Always great merchandise at a reasonable price.

I use this monitor stand to hold my desktop speakers at ear level. It is adjustable in so many directions that perfect speaker placement is easy to achieve. The vesa plate rotates up flat, and provides a place to set the speaker. The build quality is good and the result is very solid. The only improvement (for my personal use) would be a white version so stand out less.
