I am new to 3D printing and I purchased their Maker 2 Ultimate. I have had the misfortune of having to exchange twice, first was from soldering issues and the second was from a faulty filament sensor. The last exchange I accidentally left two replacement nozzles in the accessories box. Instead of telling "too bad" they are sending me two more. Each time Monoprice customer service has been outstanding and supportive.
I have ordered only a couple things from Monoprice, but in my experience, they are the best online company. Their products ship quickly and work well. If something is a defect, they imiediatly offer to replace. On that note, their customer service is just as good or better than their products. Kind yet knowledgeable people waiting to assist. They get straight to the point of the problem very swiftly. Products are never overpriced. Very good return/refund policy. Overall, this is an amazing company. I definitely would recommend Monoprice to a friend any day.

The Minnie mouse I ordered was received broken. Could have been damaged in transit. Contacted the company and within 24 hours a replacement was on the way. The replacement work perfectly. Because if they have great customer service I would highly recommend Monoprice.

I have purchased a few items from Monoprice and I am overall very happy. Of the 3, only one was slightly defective, however, I contacted customer support and they immediately sent me a new one. I really appreciate their willingness to make sure the customer is satisfied.

If you haven't heard of Monoprice, where you buy your cables? They're the first website I check for any kind of cable needs, and most of the time, I buy from them instead of from Amazon.
Their tech products are high quality for low prices, and they can stand behind whatever they sell because they source the products themselves, unlike Amazon, who just takes a commission from third-party sellers who may or may not be on the marketplace the next day.
I recently had a 3-year-old cable conk out, and an email or two later, I have a new cable in my hands. Can't beat that customer service!

Talked to a tech on the phone who helped me choose a 40 ft hdmi cable. It cam on time an was bad out of the box. Called to return and replace and cust sc was excellent. Couldn't receive a replacement until I returned the bad one (bad product should be replaced immediately). New cable works as promised, all is good.

I initially had a problem with my order around Christmas and was not happy about it. There were some emails back and forth with customer support. Monoprice (Paul) went above and beyond in my opinion to rectify and correct it. It was greatly appreciated and I will not hesitate to order from them again. Quality products at reasonable prices. Ordered 3 items from monoprice.com Items showed as being in stock. This was on 12/11. Today I get an email saying my order was canceled 12/17. Nice they were for a present now I only have a few days to find something else. Will not order from them again. Monoprice the grinch of Christmas.
Musician here bought nice open back headphones that I love, input jack failed after 6 mos. Or so. Sent them back, 1 week later got brand new ones totally hassle free. Great service, excellent products!

I Love this over fireplace dropdown tv mount. The tensioner adjustment is a little confusing as to what direction to turn. But overall I give it a 5 star rating for the facts that i can watch tv while laying on my sofa in the over fireplace position ( or when the grandchildren are here in town) or eye level while sitting in an upright position.
I've highly recommended this to family members with the hopes that they will not hit me up to install it for them!

Monoprice is the only place that I purchase my home theater cords. They have a massive selection and the prices are unbelievable! The shipping is fast and my items have always been received damage free. Why go anywhere else, when you can get the same thing at monoprice at a better deal!

We purchased a 50' optical cable from Monoprice (via the Amazon Marketplace) to connect our new receiver to our TV. Even though we thought we were doing everything right, we could get no sound out of the receiver. We called Monoprice and, the young man in support helped us finally figure out what the problem was! The cable was not plugged in to the receiver as snugly as it should have been.
Will recommend Monoprice to anyone looking for the products they sell and will definitely go back if we need an item in their product line!

Monoprice.com is my GO TO for all things Audio/Visual, Computer, & Wiring. I have used Monoprice as the most cost effective online retailer for those needs that I can find. I've bought numerous TV Wall mounts for various homes, hdmi cables, computer equipment, gaming headphones, you name it!
On top of that, their customer service is top notch! My computer illiterate, 75 yr old mother bought my teen son a pair of gaming headphones we found on Monoprice. She had to call and be walked through how to order them online. They were very patient. Then, almost two months later, they needed to be replaced as one side inexplicably stopped working. They were very reasonable and user friendly during the entire process. He received a replacement pair expeditiously!

I bought a Christmas item on the website for a family member. Four business days and a Saturday later I received an email saying that it is out of stock. I figured it was a email saying my refund was processed. Instead the money they took quickly for product they don't have will be refunded in 5 to 7 business days. Shady business practices, never again will they get any of my business.

Answer: Hahaha! In my case, they just dumped my package at a neighbor's. Unfortunately, that property is vacant so I did not receive my shipment until almost two weeks later after the neighbor came to check on the property and found it.
