I bought an Indio Classic solid body guitar and had a small issue with it. I was contacted in less than a day and the problem was dealt with. My only "problem" is their items are very popular and I am waiting to buy another guitar which is almost impossible to find.

Monoprice is the first place I go to for electronic items. If I can find a product on Monoprice that meets my needs, I find that I can save 30-50% over branded products from other sources. Pre sales support has been great. I have not had a failed product yet, so I can't comment on post support. My only negative comment would be on documentation provided with their products. Too often the provided documents are minimal at best. Overall, I've been very happy with this company.

Monoprice has become a go-to shop of mine for a wide variety of products such as cables (their inexpensive-yet-high-quality cables, which all come with a lifetime warranty, is what made them famous), various types of stands, lamps, tumblers and a high-power blender.
The average item on Monoprice is about 1/3 the cost of 'big name' equivalent products with some products being as much as 1/10 of the cost for the same (or better) quality equivalent you'd find elsewhere which makes shopping from here, for me personally, a no-brainer.
Recently I was dismayed when the aforementioned blender failed unexpectedly on me after just five months. However, after a quick five-minute call with Monoprice customer support I was told I was being sent out a replacement blender and I didn't even have to send the old one back. To make things even better, the blender was shipped out with FedEx 2-Day International which was, to date, the speediest delivery I've ever received from the USA (I'm in Canada). That was totally unexpected and made me an even bigger Monoprice fan.
I recommend Monoprice 100%.

HDMI Switch died after 18 months. I filed RMA request on their site. They shipped me a new one 2 day mail. Easy and painless. Would highly recommend.

I received a 3D printer for my birthday (the Select Mini Pro to be specific) and it was defective. Returned with no hassles, and replaced within a few days. The replacement was very problematic and though it appeared to be functioning, it failed about 80% of the time. This is when Monoprice's tech support team got involved and my primary contact, Coty, was amazing. Ultimately, the printer had to be returned, but Coty's involvement was stellar. There were about ten different email exchanges between us, including several where Coty went to an associate for more help. They tried everything they could think of to get me through the problems and I cannot find fault with anything they, or Monoprice customer service in general, did while handling my issue. I'm disappointed the printer was sub-par, but that's the way the news goes. Monoprice still is top-notch as far as I'm concerned.

I've ordered a fair amount from Monoprice and the few times I've had a problem, they have been super helpful and easy to work with. On my last order, one of my earbuds unexpectedly stopped working after a few days of use. They replaced them quickly and easily.

I have bought several cables from MP. A few of them got bad after months of use. The process of replacement is what you would expect as standard. RMA first then they replace. A few times I had to wait for the replacement product when they are not in stock. Overall a very good experience. Would shop again.

After waiting months for it to go on sale, I ordered an expensive item from Monoprice on Black Friday. On Tuesday, I got an email saying they cancelled my order (with no explanation given) and asked me to reorder. But the item was out of stock on their site. I passed on several good Black Friday deals from other retailers to purchase from Monoprice. But since they didn't cancel until after Black Friday & Cyber Monday, I missed all the deals and would have to pay hundreds more to get the same item. Their customer service offered no apology or explanation.

My initial order with Monoprice was for 5 RCA cables. I received my order on time but only received three cables. I sent an email requesting help in receiving the missing items. There customer service responded without question and sent out the two cables I was missing. There customer service followed up with supporting emails assuring replacement was received at my door. Answer: Hahaha! In my case, they just dumped my package at a neighbor's. Unfortunately, that property is vacant so I did not receive my shipment until almost two weeks later after the neighbor came to check on the property and found it.
