Information I received was helpful. Thank you for advising me that I need a step up transformer with a min wattage for the amp. I hope monoprice will do a version for with 240 suppy or switchable 110 to 240vac as their is a big demand for these 15 watt amp in Australia New Zealand. Please help us out. I bought this printer after a while of struggling with my M3D Micro. I wanted a smooth and easy to use printer which I could use with little to new effort.
This printer is exactly that, beautiful prints and clean moving parts.
My only complaint is the WiFi functionality, file transfer takes ages, small files take about 10 minutes, and I honestly never seen a regular size file finish uploading.

Over the years, I have made multiple purchases from Monoprice. I have never had any issues with any of their products until just recently. A 4k HDMI cable that I bought 3 years ago started having real issues with displaying any video. The audio worked perfectly however. I logged into my Monoprice account, and reviewed my orders until I found this particular purchase. I noticed that there was a "return" button available on this item. I selected it, and after filling out the reason for the return, I submitted it. I didn't expect that it would be honored since the cable was out of warranty. Much to my surprise, not only did I receive a brand new replacement cable very quickly, but I wasn't even required to return the defective one! I was already a Monoprice customer because of their quality, selection, and prices. But now, they have completely won me over with their excellent customer service!

I contacted Monoprice because a USB / Firewire cable I bought nearly 6 years ago was beginning to fray near the firewire end. No problem - Monoprice simply shipped me a replacement.

Monoprice has great service because there fast and provide great info! They helped me fix my select mini v2 and what happened was that my nozzle was clogged and also the medal gate way part. It took them less than two days to help me fix it. I had to by a new set of parts that was only 40$

Bought a pair of Monoprice Noise Cancelling Headphones and they worked great FOR ONE DAY! Still waiting for a refund after sending them in two months ago. They keep asking questions/stalling- Save your money and deal with a real company!

We have used Monoprice for years with great customer service. Trying to get a problem solved since March. Now they don't answer the phone, have to leave a message, and the canned reply is that emails are answered in 7 -10 business days!

I have bought many items over the years from Monoprice. Last October, I purchased a 28" 4K Monitor. About a month ago it stopped working. I called Monoprice and they stated they would have to give me a store credit as the monitor was no longer being sold. So RMA # in hand, I packed up the monitor and returned it. They shortly called me and let me know they had found a new unopened monitor of the same model. They shipped it to me and so far it is working great. I was quite impressed that someone took the time to work my problem and resolve it to my satisfaction.

I like that they have usb cords in different colors and exceptionally long lengths. They don't stop working for a long time. They also sell wall sockets that can charge up to 4 (maybe it's 6) at the same strength.

Had a recent issue with my new Sony X950G not passing ARC using a 15ft Monoprice Premium 4K cable. After talking with support they recommended a HOSS active cable and that fixed not only ARC/CEC but also increased my UHD llayer to output 4:4: 4 chroma at 32 bit.

The website is easy to navigate and find the TV mounting kit that fits my needs.
When I had a question I emailed it to Monoprice and received an answer withing 15 minutes.
The product I purchased is #6200, Monoprice Stable Series Full-Motion Articulating TV Wall Mount Bracket. It was very reasonably priced at $49.99.

Writing this review solely for the purposes of praising monoprice lifetime warranty on their cables. I bought 3 of these cables over 2 years ago. One of the cables stopped working (as most charging cables usually do over time) and so I requested an RMA to have the cable replaced. Monoprice immediately fulfilled the replacement request and sent me a new cable. No hoops to jump through... just a simple 3 question online form to fill out! Easy peasy! Thanks Monoprice!

Answer: Hahaha! In my case, they just dumped my package at a neighbor's. Unfortunately, that property is vacant so I did not receive my shipment until almost two weeks later after the neighbor came to check on the property and found it.
