Products from monoprice are well made. Just last month I bought 3 sets of usb cables. The previous usb cable lasted me for 2 years with constant wear and tear. The product quality feels like the same so I hope they last me 2 years again. I personally only buy wires here so i dont know much about their other products. Their shipping cost is really high though for just a couple of wires. They base it on how much you spend rather than what they are actually shipping which sucks.
I have purchased many items from Monoprice over the years, with the cost and complexity of the parts growing right along with their product offerings. I started out buying USB and display cables from them, then picked up some of their pro audio gear once they started selling that, and just recently I bought a sit-stand desk frame and a huge curved monitor. The monitor was open-box and was received in perfect shape. It works great! The desk developed a grindy noise a few weeks in, but Monoprice reps were able to ship a new one to me BEFORE I returned the old one, which allowed me to reuse all the fancy foam packaging from the new unit! Awesome! I have attached a picture of the monitor. It's sweet.

I bought a simple lighting solution for my soundboard. The first one was a true dud. Once these folks were aware of the problem they acted quickly to send me a replacement. No hassle. No static. No crap. Just a good customer service attitude and a speedy replacement!
The only reason I don't give 5 stars is, well, there was a problem with the first item. But "stuff" happens and they made it right!
If I ever have need I'll buy from them again and I'll mention them to my friends!

Great company that stands by their products. I had an adapter fail and couldn't find my order number. Jovi spent a great deal of time trying to resolve my problem and did. Extremely patient customer service and resolved my problem in a timely manner. Returns were easy too. Can't say enough good stuff about Monoprice and recommend them to everyone that needs electronics.

I've used Monoprice for years for all my cabling needs. If you need an electronic cable, this is the place. Quality and service are excellent, products normally arrive quickly. Best of all, all cables are covered by a lifetime warranty. I've used that service a few times and it is hassle free. Fill out an on line form, submit, and in a couple of days you'll get a RA number (not that they have ever asked I send the non working cables back) and then a few days later your new cables show up. 100%free. During the warranty process they're really good about contacting by email to let you know where they are in the process.
They also sell other electronic items, such as headphones - I bought a pair of wireless on the ear that sound fine, for a great price. Amplifiers, antennas, and more, all at outstanding prices.
If you've never used them before, give them a try. They'll likely have the cable you need for a price that can't be beat.

I had ordered a few things and have them delivered to my new home as the delivery date was after my closing date. The equipment was actually delivered a few days sooner and thus I was not able if meeting the equipment at my new home. The selling realtor actually saw the equipment on the door step and moved it into the home. I therefore did not see it and contacted monoprice about the issue and they out it through the shipper and was ready to ship me replacement equipment with 2 days but by then the realtor had told me of what he did and I called monoprice to inform them of the situation.

I own multiple monoprice items and alot of that is because of the few times I did have to contact customer service for something It was alwayse a plesent experience and my issues were resolved quickly and I was alwayse got off the phone with a wow that was a great experience so for that I am leaving 5 stars... I have been buying from Monoprice for about 5 years and have been very pleased with their products. Lifetime guarantee on all of their cables has come in handy a few times since I have some pretty heavy cable abusers in my household. I bought a used Mini Pro from auction only to find it had a damaged bed sensor (fairly common from what the 'internet' says lol). So, on a whim I found their support email and requested some information on it. They were empathetic that they couldn't provide technical specs on the actual inductor but in the same email stated they were out of stock but I could buy from Gigdigit.com for replacement parts. Almost nobody gives out actual part specs (they don't have them anyways) but at least Monoprice directed me to where I could buy at least the complete sensor module.
Like I said, even though the printer is less than a year old but bought used they helped me out. I'm grateful for the answer they gave me, I feel confident that they value the concept of good product support.

This is a great first time buyer 3d printer, comes ready assembled so you can use straight out of the box, but unfortunately the printing head was going out of the printing area cause the g code was wrong, i informed customer service and received a speedy reply with an other g code and to my great delight this solved the problem. The models i have printed so far have been very detail and correct i am very happy with this printer

I had an audio issue with my MP80's, sent them an e-mail, and the next day I was mailing the bad pair back. An hour after they received them they shipped out the new pair! Great customer service as usual!

I purchased a 3D printer from Monoprice. The reviews were good and people were happy with the support so I decided to go for the open-box deal. For the money, I felt like the print quality far exceeded anything in its class. The printer worked great but after a few prints one of the bearings started making a noise. I emailed tech support about a replacement bearing and they said they would gladly replace the entire printer, pay the shipping and get me another one as soon as they received it! The new one worked great and I had some questions about printing a big 30+ hour job and got great advice from one of the techs who was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He even offered to look over my print file to see if he could make any suggestions. They're awesome! I'll be doing more business with them in the future!

Answer: Hahaha! In my case, they just dumped my package at a neighbor's. Unfortunately, that property is vacant so I did not receive my shipment until almost two weeks later after the neighbor came to check on the property and found it.
