I have been ordering products from Monoprice for a few years. They have hands down the best price on ethernet patch cables, and for my location, items typically arrive in two days with their cheapest shipping option. We have not experienced any problems with any items we have ordered, from HDMI cables to ethernet cables to USB-C adapters of different types and more. The only issue I had was with some touch screen monitors that would not work with the Macs we needed to use them on. Monoprice provided a prepaid shipping label to return them, and refunded the entire purchase price, including shipping once they received the monitors.
I used the online request help function on the monoprice website about a dozen times, from several different email addresses without so much as a confirmation email. It wasn't until I had to hunt down their tech support email address that I got into contact with someone. After that they were quick, streamlined, and very helpful. Despite the annoyances, still a good company that I will continue to use.

I have been using my MP Mini Delta printer for almost a year. A sensor failed, and MP offered me a new unit or replacement part. The service rep responded quickly to all my emails, and the service manager even checked in to make sure all was correct. I received the replacement printer within 2 days of them getting my old one back. I am now printing again and am "one happy camper." Thanks.

I have been a customer of Monoprice for over 10 years. I find most of their products to be high quality. On the rare occasion a product was not a good quality or not working correctly I would send an email requesting a refund or a replacement and I never once had a problem. Their cables come with a lifetime guarantee and I have had several cables replaced after a year of everyday use, again no problems. I have purchased TV mounts, various charging accessories, speakers and accessories, earphones and so much more. I highly recommend Monoprice.

Ordered a SSD that they had on sale and played for the two day shipping. Over a week goes by and I hadn't received my package yet. I call customer service to figure out what was wrong. The first gentleman I talked to was very helpful and empathetic. A short conversation later I was told my package must have gotten lost. He told me he would have a replacement shipped out the same day. Well later that day I logged in to see if it had shipped. The website showed I was being refunded instead. I thought that might be another mistake so I called customer service again. Spoke to a lady and she confirmed it was a refund because they had no more of that item and nothing comparable to it to ship instead. So now I'm not getting the item i wanted and have to wait almost a week to get my money back to buy another. The customer service rep told me that was their policy and I was welcome to buy another product from their store later. I asked since they no longer had the item I originally wanted, and nothing comparable to it along with having to wait 6 days for a refund, on top of waiting over a week for 2 day shipping why I would want to buy anything from them? I was basically told sorry about the bad luck, buy from us again. Bye!

I have used Monoprice for about 14-15 years now. And ever since day one they have amazing prices. Even today as prices of products rise. Out of all the years, I have return/exchanged only 6 items. And when I needed these items replaced, it was never an issue, I spoke to support and they replaced the item. All they did was ask what is wrong with it and replaced it. No canned responses or anything, they just talked to me like a human. Over the years the one thing I know I can count on is product quality. And if I do not like it all I have to do is tell them and they will fix it. I think anyone needing something for a great price and amazing quality will enjoy MP. They stand behind their products and customers, whether you buy one item or 1000, you are treated the same. Amazing prices and quality.

Monoprice 15-Watt, 1x12 Guitar Combo Tube Amplifier with Celestion Speaker
I heard the Monoprice tube guitar amp in a YouTube clip. At last a tube amp that everyone can afford. It's not a Fender of course, but sounds good enough for me as a hobby guitarist. Since I live in Sweden I'll have to wait for it to appear on the EU market, but when it eventually does, I think it will be smash hit for its affordable price.

Everything that I have purchased, thus far, I have been happy with:
HDMI Cables and some other cables were of excellent quality and price;
Glass riser monitor stand was excellent quality and price;
Computer mouse beat my expectations, however it did go out after many months, messaged them on their site, had a response in literally minutes, a new mouse arrived the following day. Can't beat that!

I bought a high end hdmi cable from Monoprice almost a year ago. I recently had problems with video intermittently dropping signal to my 4k projector and pin-pointed the cause to the cable. I went online to their website and chatted directly to customer service concerning the problem I was experiencing. Monoprice quickly issued me a rma and shipped me a replacement cable. I am very impressed at how they handled the issue. The process was easy and convenient. Even easier than initially purchasing the cable. I will buy all my cables from Monoprice from now on because they stand beside their products.

We really did not know what to expect. We did not want to mount our TV over the fireplace and always be looking up when we stumbled upon this mount. This mount is amazing. We can angle and swivel it when it in the up or pull down position. When in the pull down position it is a little far from the wall so the ability to push it in closer would be nice but all in all it is an amazing mount. We have a 75" 80 pound and this mount is solid. Glad we did not go with the higher priced mount. There is no way it could have been any more sturdy.

I've been shopping at Monoprice.com for years. The only negative thing I have to say about it is that the prices are so good, sometimes I buy things I don't need right away. The site offers videos to explain how to use certain products, and if you need help, you'll get excellent customer service by calling the company. The "contact us" via e-mail through their website does not work very well (several times I tried it and got no reply) but the rep I spoke with on the phone gave me his email address and he responded promptly.

I purchased a pair of headphones from Monoprice, the lightweight ones, and could not be happier with them! I bought them on sale for $9.00. The first pair I had an inline adjuster that was bad, so I called Monoprice and they told me to keep the headphones and they would send me a new pair! I received the new pair in 2 days and have been using them for 21/2 years! Now, that's customer service! Thanks Monoprice!

In a perfect world there would never be problems. Of course, we don't live there and things do go wrong sometimes. I am very new to 3d printing and I am not very skilled with technical matters. The Monoprice Mini Select Pro has had some minor issues but I have always been able to get great help from MP customer support. I cannot say enough about how easy they are to work with and how willing they are to help.

Answer: Hahaha! In my case, they just dumped my package at a neighbor's. Unfortunately, that property is vacant so I did not receive my shipment until almost two weeks later after the neighbor came to check on the property and found it.
