All the terrible reviews you read about this website are true. They take forever to get your items to you, yet they have no trouble taking the money out of your account or bill your card immediately. When you have to take time out of your day to make MULTIPLE calls about the status of your order, the customer service representatives blame you or give you every excuse they can think of. Buyer Beware! Find another site to purchase your baseball items from. I know I will from now on.
This site is the absolute worst. They take your money, wait weeks, then tell you that most of the order is not available. Why take the money when they know it is out of stock? Communication is terrible.
Caveat Emptor! Buyer beware! Stay away at all costs.
My complaint is mainly about shipping... and their dishonest and cheap shipping practices.
1. Order items separately. If you have one item that says that it will ship next day and another that says it will ship when it is ready (I ordered Cubs world Series gear literally the same day that they won) they will ship all items when the one that is not made yet is ready... which could be up to 2 weeks. I am bowing down to the mercy of online retailers as I did not live in my hometown anymore when the cubs won.
2. They use the CHEAPEST method to ship your goods to you. I expect it when it is free shipping but when I pay for it I expect decent shipping. They do FEDEX Post which means it is originated by FEDEX but then shipped by USPS... I don't have a issue with either but when you use 2 different shipping services... you add a middleman... it takes longer... right now I have been waiting 6 days for a hat that was supposed to come on day 7 but now it is continually being pushed back. It has now taken 2 extra days to have my goods delivered to me
3. Customer service is the worst... they will try everything not to refund your money to you... they will offer you store credit everything... the customer service folks also say to you well "I am not authorized to do that"... they are not authorized to do anything.
Just avoid yourself the headache and the emails and calls to customer service.
Big Letters, Order Before December 22 and Guaranteed before Christmas. I entered the code, made the order, arrived well after Christmas. Didn't read the fine print, "only on selected items". My local JC Penny had item in stock the day I made the online order. If not for the "Guarantee" I would have gone there and it would have been under the tree instead of an empty promise.
I ordered a Cubs World Series champion sweatshirt after they won. Not only did it take forever to ship, but it is awful quality and I decided I wanted to return it. For some reason when I went to start the return process, it didn't recognize my email as having any orders. Keep in mind I was getting SHIPPING UPDATES to this email address. I tried contacting customer service TWICE by email and by phone. By phone I couldn't even get a hold of anyone, and by email I never got any response. Looks like I'm keeping this sweatshirt now. Guess I'll regift it and save my money buying Christmas presents this year.

Answer: No! No success story at all. I will never order from this clown outfit again.
