I ordered the Gold Glove Display Case and there is no Gold Glove, it's just a STANDARD DISPLAY CASE. The item read, "memorabilia sold separately" but considering the name of the item is GOLD GLOVE DISPLAY CASE one would assume (for the price) that the gold glove was included and the signed baseball was the "memorabilia" that's sold separately. I wish I would have read the reviews about his company BEFORE purchasing from them. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
I ordered an $80 boston redsox sweatshirt. It was never delivered. I have things delivered often with no issue. I called after not receiving the item, I was assured by someone in INDIA that the item would be delivered and to wait until a certain day, and if it was not delivered by a certain day, to call back and the item would he re-sent. After not recieving the item again, I called back. I was then told the item could not be re-sent and to go f myself. Never buying from MLB SHOP ever again. Horrible experience. BEWARE.
Got a fitted hat from them and despite measuring several times and making sure it matched their sizing chart, the hat was 1-2 sizes too big. I contacted customer service and one of them said to "write a review on the website" despite knowing that they do not have that feature on their website. The other just gave me the number for corporate.
I've always purchased tickets for Dodger games at MLB.com. So after searching for MLB gift cards, I come across MLBSHOP.com. I called and was told I could use them at Dodger stadium so I purchased 2 large amount gift cards for Christmas for someone to buy tickets throughout the season. Once received, I see fanatics experience on the card so i call (took about 6 calls to get through) and Im told this is for merchandise only, not tickets. Customer service is horrible and doesnt know return procedures and says they have nothing to do with dodger tickets and they DO NOT offer refunds on gift cards so Im stuck with these with no intentions of buying from their site.
I ordered a Cubs shirt for my husband! I ordered it on September 9 and received it on the 20th. I ordered it as a Christmas gift. I had no idea that because I ordered in September I could not exchange it for a different size. They only gave me 90 days. 150 days if I would have ordered it in November. I called customer service because the 90 days was only a few days short of the 90. They wouldn't budge! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE AGAIN!

Unfortunately, when I opened the packet and looked at the Jersey, it had a defect. I was quiet disappointed about that. I have made several attempts to contact the MLB Customer Service and the employees Hung up the call in 3 different occasions. Do the land Lines also have a defect? My intention was to have a Spanish speaker, there is no option to select for a Spanish Speakers... after a 30 minutes wait... I finally got in touch with a male employee who immediately put me back to the main menu when I requested a Spanish Speaker. I speak and write English but I am more comfortable communicating in my first language.
Then I spoke with a lady name Uche who took all the information/description of the defected Jersey. Then again phone got disconnected. Duration of Call 1:38 minutes
Then I spoke with an employee named Mary. Who took my number in case of the call getting disconnected. After another 30 minutes wait... she asked me to describe the defected Jersey. I got very upset because I waited too long and the transaction was just about to be done with Ms. Uche. Then she put me with her floor supervisor who appeared to be listening to the call. I explained her my frustration, the situation did not get any better... and again the call got disconnect.
I am in shock, beyond disappointed about the poor customer service and the poor land line service MLB has to deal with their customer. Here are my phone logs reflecting how many attempts have been made and no luck as of yet.
I ordered a hat that should have been 65% off WAS CHARGED FULL PRICE WITH 2 Day shipping add without my permission 60 DOLLARS FOR ONE HAT! I was refunded for the sale price but not the 2 days shipping THAT I DIDN'T WANT.
When ordering you have to choose an option:
Deliver within 4-10 days or 7-21 days.
7-21 one requires about 18$ for ship, and 4-10 one requires about 38$. Almost 2 times more expensive.
1 year ago we could choose "7-21 days"... but now we cannot. So you have to pay extra charges even if you're not in a hurry.
6 days ago I ordered a hoodie with the option "deliver within 4-10 days". Landmark tracking said "current statue: shipment data uploaded". And 6 days later today, still "shipment data uploaded"! Said Deliver within 10 days, and no progress in 6 days? What are you thinking?
I can tolerate the time my product arrives delays as I live in Japan, you have to send a thing over the sea. But if it delays because the process that can be done in u.s. progressed late, it's no excused.
Even I lived in u.s. my product would arrive late. There are only 4 days left and current statue made no progress.
I ordered a shirt and had to pay $4.99 for shipping. It was 3-7 day. I ordered on 11/17 and here it is 11/27 and still no shirt.
When I called and asked to have the shipping refunded she said I have to wait until tomorrow because of some BS excuse. I told her that the tracking said it would still be another 3 days even though it originally said it would be delivered on the 25th. She said there was nothing she could do until tomorrow and told me to call back.
I'm sure tomorrow will bring another BS excuse. I will NEVER order from them again
When I made a purchase I filled out my card numbers for a total of 49.90, and then my card was billed 66.00, and naturally couldnt reach them, to me thats fraud, so ill be making inquiries with the police!
THE WORST, MOST EXPENSIVE, PITIFUL EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY THAT IS ATTACHED THE MLB NAME! IF I WAS THE MLB I WOULD FIRE EVERYONE THAT IS INVOLVED WITH THIS DIVISION. $250 FOR 2 JERSEYS FOR A TWINS BDAY ORDERED A MONTH IN ADVANCE AND THEY SCREWED ME WITH A "NEW" SHIP DATE! HEY MLBSHOP, SCREW YOU!
I placed an order. An hour later, they sent me a notice that they could not deliver the product, but they charged my card... I called customer service. They do not know why

When they ask you to pay triple what the item is worth you would expect them to be able to ship it. Nobody tells you in advance that it will take nearly a month to get a wildly overpriced T-shirt. I've seen other complaints stating they've never received their T-shirt nor their refund. I'll let you know what happens. I'll never order from them again.
I ordered a shirt for my wife. Received the shirt on the 8th day after ordering. A little slow but happy otherwise. It was a present, and my wife said it didn't fit as well as she'd like so she called contacted customer service. They provided instructions for returning and said they would be refunding the payment. That was 12 days ago. I will update if the refund doesn't hit my statement in another week.
MLB shops is a criminal enterprise illegally conducting business by defrauding the public, They are guilty of pre-purchase selling which means they are selling products and charging peoples credit cards for items that they don't possess they are excepting money for products that they don't have and therefore cannot deliver, when victims complain they lie and say that they are issuing refunds but the refunds are never actually given. The act of pre-purchase selling is illegal in most states and this is why. This web sight MLB shops has thousands of complaints from victims and is still operating under several different factitious names such as Fanatics.com, Buyersedge.com, MLBs.com, MLBShops.com, sportsmerch.com, NFL.com, NFLSHOPS.com etc, etc. at least 13 different websites and Ficticious name statements, all the same people, and in many cases not legally licensed to sell these products
They sent me the wrong order. I called, waited 20 minutes on hold. I said I wanted the correct order in time for a birthday gift 8 days later. They told me I'd have to start over, with no guarantee of arrival date. They refused to make good on the order. Worst customer service I've ever seen.
I placed an order on June 11th, paid $16(3 day shipping) to get it here by June 15. Was GUARANTEED delivery for Father's Day or my order was FREE if I ordered that day and picked a shipping method that would come by 6/16. Did all of that and it won't even get here until the 19th! Called Customer Service and all they would give back is $65 of my $82 + $16 shipping order after it arrives late. Such crap. Never ordering from them again!
Doesnt honor sale prices! I was looking to perchase a mlb jersey on sale, put the item in my cart but got no sale price. Called in to see what the problem was, customer service told me that the jersey I wanted to purchase wasnt on sale. I told him Im looking at the page now where it has the sale price but when I put the item in my cart its the retail price! No help from customer service only lies! Why put it on sale if your not going to honor the sale price? Bait and switch? I have a screen shot to prove what Im saying is true of the jersey being on sale!
Not only do they lie on the 2-day shipping but once I received it after 3 weeks, the quality was horrible! Naturally, I returned it. Come to find out the return process is a month-and-a-half! I've never heard of such a thing. I called and they have received my return shipment however they told me not to expect my refund until mid January. When I purchase a $50 t-shirt that represents a World Series win for Houston Texas, I expected it be good quality and a good fit! The shirt I received was pathetic. I work too hard for my money to waste it on crap merchandise like this. Highly recommend you avoid buying from this store! Avoid the headache and hassle and go elsewhere.
Ive had a bad experience returning ONE single item.
Apparently they use different manufacturers and if something goes wrong and you need to cancel/refund, Good luck.
They're good at taking your money out of your account. But as far as refunds they will take more than a week.
Answer: No! No success story at all. I will never order from this clown outfit again.
