This site is a big big rip-off! They have so much false advertisement! I ordered a memorial
Baseball with case showing in their picture, for $50.00!, all I got was the cheap plastic case, no baseball! Sorry for the inconvenience they said.

This company has been scamming for years

Customers keep paying top dollar for shirts and shoes and MLBshop keeps sending the cheapest, thinnest materials. One $50 shirt I received was a thin $5 Starter brand- the economy brand Walmart sells. I bought a pair of shoes and they were cheap dollar store/Walmart material that was threading. The shoes started taking after the first use. MLB shop get the lowest of the economy clothing items made around the world and prints their team logos on them. Then they sell them at a huge mark up and make you believe you are actually buying quality. I have to return everything I buy every year- I don't know why I still give them chances. I'm not buying anymore. Also their app and website lies about shipping time. If they say 5-7 business days, it's actually 21 business days. When I complained to customer service about this, they told me I needed to ignore the main time frame they advertise at checkout and go to their terms and conditions link to read the small print that says it's really 21 days. That's how they do business

LOST MY ORDER

I had purchased a jacket online on the mlbshop.com thinking it was from the official MLB. It was a Starter Boston Red Sox windbreaker pullover. After almost 2 weeks the order didn't move and never got any tracking updates. Every agent was useless gathering it was live chat and no contact # at all. Finally 2 days before the estimated delivery date the tracking finally updated only to be lost (probably stolen by a Landmark carrier employee) or must've fell off the truck. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

This site and their service is such a complete joke! Placed an order, called and verified the order after receiving an email with verification issue and they will not process because of an unprocessed order 2 years ago to someone else! WTF is wrong with this company!
They have no realistic resolution capabilities, and they really do not seem to give a crap.

We won't order from Fanatics anymore because their overall customer service is the worst we have ever experienced. Fanatics quality also is poor. Items shrink a lot & the custom logos wash off after a few times of laundering. Fanatics is the supplier for several college & pro teams. We have found alternatives thankfully.

I must say I'm very happy and please. After I purchase my items I checked the reviews yeah I know backwards lol but let me tell you everything don't happen to everyone. I was scared that my items wasn't coming just by the reviews but check this out it came today! Before valentines day. Just like they said it would on time items look great! I honestly don't even know how this ecommerce business is allowed to operate without a phone number on their site. If you like talking to automated idiotic robotic customer service systems, you've come to the right place. Don't try and return anything. Its one big circle jerk after another. "I'm sorry, we can't find your order." Right. I'm contacting the better business bureau next.

My card information was stolen and used…
My card information was stolen and used to make purchase on this site. When I called to report that someone was stealing from me, they refused to, one cancel the order and second to validate that the information, that should match the card was used. They are directly allowing this person to steal from me! I even offered to email a picture of my card, so that they could see that the information from the order DID NOT MATCH the information as the card holder, myself. This is completely unethical and directly tells me that all they're concerned with is money and not was is right or to do what is right. This person will be prosecuted and MLB just as well should be help accountable. There are many other websites that you can order that same items that are on this website, DO NOT just out of moral standards.

Terrible service

I ordered a shirt 3 months ago. I have been patiently waiting and it never came, I didn't even receive a tracking number. After being in contact with them I realised it'd be sitting at the post office for a week, I went to the post office, it wasn't even there. I got in contact again and there is a different operator each time and each one is educated differently and it's so frustrating. I was advised since I moved addresses I could change the address once I physically filled out the form, another agent told me I cannot change the address. I'm so over this website. I am never ordering of it again.

Returns are not that easy

Again i get 2 damaged Rawlings Mach Pro batting helmets and do everything for a return send them pictures and circled the damage paint but yet no return label just stalling their word is fake do not trust them even with proof.

Should have known this website was trash with the amount of grammatical errors and incomplete sentences that are not even appropriate English. I've spent $85 on a jersey, which was charged and according to UPS delivered the same day! This package, however was never delivered. The odd charge through a PAYPAL that's not even labeled for MLB would not help with the return. MLB will not answer the email listed (a hotmail email?!?!?!, again ODD). They won't answer the contact inquiry and the email that was sent for package tracking. They've ignored all attempts to contact and won't issue money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I ordered a jersey about four weeks ago, I expedited the jersey to get it one to two business days and it's been four weeks... and still no jersey. It was suppose to be a birthday present and now it's a belated birthday presents. I will not be using mob shop to purchase anymore of my gear, because there delivery service time is inadequate.

Very dissatisfied with this company. Order shirts at two different times since May, 2021. Both were for birthdays and were ordered more than 2 weeks ahead. Both failed to arrive on time even though the items were shown to be in stock and ready to ship and the delivery date was well within our timeframe.
The second order took almost a month to arrive. I tracked it all around the country and was given three different arrival dates. Thought maybe the label had been damaged, but when it arrived the packaging looked fine.
When I opened the package I was very disappointed. The shirt was so thin that I could almost see through it and the screen printing was very poor. This was a $39 shirt. I have undershirts that cost $4 or $5 dollars that are much better quality.
Very disappointed. I will not use this company and do not recommend it to anyone else.

I ordered directly from the MLBshop.com thinking that I was paying for a quality t-shirt.

It was super thin and took about 3 weeks to be delivered.

I purchased a T from Walmart that was an MLB official T fir only 15.95 vs 35.00+ from the MLBshop online - the T from Walmart was a much better material and 1/2 the price. I would strongly advise you NOT TO PURCHASE anything from this shop EVER.

**** SUPER DISSATISFIED ****

What a completed rip off! I feel very cheated!

Per customer service cannot guarantee shipping on larger items. I bought an all star jersey the day they were released, but weeks later no jersey order still processing. If I ordered S, M, or L sizes they would ship next day, but anything larger ill be waiting until the world series to get it.
